..a truly magical place to be celebrating my 72nd birthday 🎂 at where the dishes served are as close as dammit to home cooking! Home baked bread 🥖 and cocktail “Vet-Cakes” are served on the table. Service is Royale, being served by JJ who has been here for the past 20 years working with both owners! It’s fascinating because every time he makes a round there is a new story to be shared about the history of “Noop” The bestest story is where the name “Noop” hails from apparently the first owner went on a trip to the USA 🇺🇸 and he crossed parts with “Snoop Dog” and liked the name soo much that he adopted a nick-name for himself “Noop”! Here is another fact “Zian” the current owner is also the chef so one can savour the passion in every dish that comes out of the kitchen, very unique and insidiously delicious and very home-lii only absolute-lii professional presented. I had the Kalahari “Gemsbok Carpaccio” and stuck to Game by having the Kalahari “Springbok-Loin” both dishes was top class succulent and just about melted in my mouth. The “Mussel-Starter” was so different from other restaurants as it is served in a milk-ii garlic sauce very yummii. Our mains was: - 1, Deboned Lamb neck served with farm fresh vegetables. 2, 200g Rump-Steak served with a side of your choice and onion rings. The meals served was so sufficient that we only ordered one dessert 🍮 and that was the Chefs Caramel treat which the kitchen turned into a “Birthday-Wish” plate so delightful-lii beautiful almost not wanting to eat it up. We real-lii had the time of our lives here and will recommend a visit to this restaurant to all We will most definite-lii return here in the near future. NB! There is enough rooms available on both floors for Private Dining! A love-lii private bar upstairs with a very interesting display of lots of different whiskies and even a private “Cold-Room” with very unique and expensive wines up-to R15000.00 per bottle..Toilets are clean and very well maintained….

Wonderful lunch. Service was excellent and chefs were on top of our dietary requirements. Delicious food made from fresh ingredients and a special treat for our anniversary! Can't wait to come back and try more!

Genuinely one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Tried the seared tuna starter, the crispy duck main, and crème brûlée for dessert. Every single course was a 10/10, as was the service and environment. Truly a hidden gem and a must visit for anyone who loves great food.

We had a tasty lunch and a great experience. We tried almost everything on the menu and didn't find any significant flaws.

Had dinner here last night and had to quickly give it a 5-star review. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. We had 2 chef specials to start - tuna tataki and lamb dumplings. We both got beef fillet for dinner, mine au poivre. Not only were both cooked perfectly but the sauce was terrific. Our waiter recommended a red wine to pair with dinner and it went fantastically. Safe to say woke up this morning still dreaming of dinner.

Noop has been on my radar for a very long time, mainly because of the wine list. It definitely didn’t disappoint, great food, with specials on a chalk board, which changes according to what’s available, and that wine list - the best I have come across in South Africa! It was a warm evening in Paarl, so I went with a tomato salad with bocconcini and a wild mushroom risotto Service was pleasant and pricing very reasonable

Noop was recommended and WOW it did not disappoint in any way AT ALL. Ambiance, food, service, a contrast between relaxed, warm, welcoming with the style and delivery of a fine dining. It’s a place to visit often, and a place that shouldn’t be missed when travelling.
