Nestled beneath two majestic oak trees on Paarl's historic Main Road, Noop was the setting for my very first dinner on my very first visit to the Cape Winelands.
As a first-time visitor, I was personally blown away by the Kudu main course—it was cooked to absolute perfection, making it a standout experience. Beyond the main menu, the kitchen keeps things interesting with daily chalkboard specials that feature seasonal items like wild mushroom risotto and fresh seafood, proving the chef is capable across the board.
Make Noop your first stop when visiting Paarl. It successfully blends high-end cuisine with a relaxed, almost home-like setting, all supported by an incredible wine program and impeccable service. As a first time visitor to Paarl, experiencing Noop as my introductory meal set an incredibly high bar for the rest of the trip. It truly lives up to its reputation as one of Paarl’s finest.
