Love the vibe! Always busy. Great cocktails. Good oyster and the lovely thing is Accor Plus member can use here. Service is amazing. All the young ladies' staff are done such a great job in the heat. 🫠

Have great memories of eating here pre covid when it was a Peter Kuruvita venue. It’s bright and airy with lots of white and a good vibe. It was hard to find a seat and a little ‘fend for yourself’ by making you order and pay at the bar. We ordered and got our drinks but the only thing delivered to our table was a bowl of water with lemon in it to clean your fingers after peeling prawns. After 25 minutes and with no acknowledgement from staff who kept trying to remove the bowl of water - we asked where our food was. Were told it’s a 20 minute wait (which had well and truly passed) and we were a bit over it by this stage. Briony saved the day by acknowledging the delay and our wait, and offering us a drink on the house. When the food finally did come, it was top notch. The salt and pepper calamari was light and popping while the margarita with burrata had a light and chewy dough and was perfect. The king prawns hit the spot and were plentiful for $35 although they’re served with a boring aioli and 4 pieces of toasted slice bread, lol. Surely the kitchen could come up with something a little more creative than the aioli and toasted sliced bread!? Credit to Briony for swinging things back to positive - she’s a true professional!

Pain au chocolat mediocre, as the cappuccino. Our table was not cleaned from the previous guests. The place is nice and well maintained.

i went here for a birthday dinner with my partner, and the service and atmosphere were absolutely amazing. The staff were attentive, and the ambiance made for a really special evening. While the food was well-prepared and beautifully presented, none of the dishes really stood out for us. However, the wine selection was fantastic and paired perfectly with our meal. A lovely touch was the special happy birthday plate at the end, which made the night feel extra special.

Went for breakfast 15/12/24. Coffee (long black) was awful, omelette was undercooked and flavourless, toast was cold and dry, we were told that the menu out front was ‘the old menu’ so we couldn’t order what we wanted (pancakes), even though they had some breakfast items (pancakes) moved to the ‘children’s menu' so we weren’t able to order pancakes as adults. Servers were unfriendly and very unhelpful. Looks nice inside though, especially from the street - it is part of the Sofitel, after all. But avoid for breakfast at all costs.

We were fortunate enough to visit family in Brisbane and spend 5 days in Noosa, where the Beach Bar came highly recommended. It exceeded our expectations; we ended up going every night, drawn in by the impressive dinner menu, swift service, generous portions, and exceptional value for money. The view was simply stunning. We will definitely return to the Beach Bar, as it offers everything one could want.

I want to share my experience at this restaurant, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it for the food. It seems that those who eat here may not have high standards when it comes to dining. I believe it is essential to receive good value for your money when dining out, and I did not feel that was the case here. The staff preparing the meals appeared to lack the skill one would hope for. While I understand that chefs may not always be present, the overall experience felt lacking. In terms of ratings, I would give the presentation and food quality 2 stars. As for customer service, I would also give it 2 stars. When you see those teenage kids working there, it's clear they lack customer service skills. Most of them appeared to be hungover from the night before, and their angry faces and attitudes were quite off-putting. There were no smiles, and it felt like you were entering a place with bad energy. The only redeeming quality of this place is the street view and the drinks. You'll find better food options in the back of the hotel food court. I always get my food there. This restaurant is overrated, and when it comes to dining, it offers the lowest quality and is one of the worst places to eat anything that would truly impress you.

Yelp
Just arrived to Noosa and this is the spot! Ben was kind enough to squeeze us in...much appreciated. Good is fantastic, try the lamb saddle and the bugs! Wine selection is top notch...we had a wonderful Chardonnay, as well as a Pinot. Service is first class !!

Yelp
A good restaurant but not at the level you would expect with a big brand chef. Started with bugs tempura salt and pepper style, which were nice. For a main, had the tuna. While it was good, the outside was cooked too much, rather than seared. Not bad but not up to the standards I was expecting.

Yelp
Only came in here for cocktails but this place seems solid. It's open early, is usually full and has an all day food and drink menu for those seeking an early lunch

Yelp
A beautiful restaurant with dining area up top, separated from a lively bar on the street level. At first we were seated towards the back and just didn't feel part of the restaurant, but they were nice enough to move us when we requested to. Not an inexpensive restaurant but some great food options and tasting plates. We started with seafood tapas, the selection will vary. But we received 4 different servings: a prawn, tuna tartare, scallops and cuttlefish. I would say I liked all except the prawn which was a bit fishy (and difficult to share). But even my 9 year old nephew enjoyed them all. My favorite was clearly the tuna. For dinner my sister had the Yellowfin tuna and I chose to local specialty, Moreton Bay Bug. You had 4 different options of how it was cooked and I chose ginger, shallots and coriander. One of the most popular. It's served with all the proper utensils and a side of Jasmine Rice. Although, the rice was in such a small ball, it was kind of hard to add the crustacean pieces to the rice bowl, but if I'd added the rice to the Crustacean serving bowl, it would have simply disappeared. End of day, I was messy, but didn't really care. For dessert we stuck with another tasting platter. The tasting platter consisted of a small taste of all the desserts except the Souffle and Cheese platter. Definitely easy to split by 2, they weren't that small. The chocolate sphere was probably my favorite with the saltiness of the caramel and tartness of the freeze dried raspberry. Only downside was the service was a bit slow and nearly impossible to get the attention to pay our bill. Not the best ending, but still a wonderful dinner.

Yelp
Indulge in a nice light lunch at the Noosa Beach house. Had some lovely pear cider with some calamari, scallops and oysters and now finishing with a passion fruit mojito. Got to love the lazy summer days. Especially in Noosa.

Yelp
I was not impressed with the food but the environment made up for it. Go here for a drink but I'd go elsewhere for food. The chicken tortilla was cold and I assumed it was going to be warm as the menu did not state served cold. The salsa was sliced tomato and I'm not sure what planet the chef was from but a sliced tomato is not salsa. My partner had the wagu burger which was very average and sure maccas could do a burger better then this on their fancy burger menu. I won't be going back

Yelp
This place is all smoke and mirrors. Touting to have a fusion of dishes from Sri Lankan influence, when you ask the main ingredients of a particular side or sauce, they could not name what was inside, instead you get a history lesson. Then we are told that the chef knows all your allergies, so the chef must be an allergist/nutritionist as well? Nonetheless one must bring their medical report which in most countries is confidential to a restaurant to let them know ahead of time... really? Well the reality is don't waste your time spending a hefty price per dish to eat here.

Yelp
Worst milkshake ever. I think they melted the tablespoon of ice cream before putting it with milk. I asked server how much ice cream she put in and the response was a lot. Don't serve anything you don't do well. If milkshake is any indication of other food, then skip. Other restaurants on Hastings have better offerings.

Yelp
Overall great location and service. The food was alright for a middle of the line restraint not what I expected when we tried to book a table and looked at the menu. Thought it was a much classier restraint than what I was greeted with. Tables very close together and crammed alot of people in there. When we phoned up to get a table for 5 adults and a toddler was refused...... Turned up to the front of house and was seated right away? Phone staff need better training....

Yelp
This is a fantastic restaurant! The service was really good and the food was one on the best meals I have had. I ordered the corn fed chicken and it was delicious and was cooked perfectly.

Yelp
In Noosa over long weekend and trying to get a table for a single mum and a 3 yr old was almost impossible. However the Beach House bar ended up being very accomodating. You have to order at the bar, which is almost impossible to do alone with a three old and keep your table. Staff were great and could see that it was going to be hard so gave me table service. Brought over pencils and paper and we're just lovely. The food was ok. Burger pattie was over cooked and dry. Chips were yummy. Tortilla chips and dips lacked flavour. Staff and service outdid the food!

Yelp
Great food as usual but service was a little off. Peter K was in house and was saying hi and delivering mains, lots of staff, lots of rushing and activity but not that effective. Eg delivered to table, given menus, water and drink orders taken all done quickly, then wheels started to come off, water glass filling was irregular with long periods of empty glasses, initial drink not taken away once emptied or half table done and not rest, drinks finished i was waiting with wine order but no one came close till entrees, order taken and then I had to ask where it was. Came was poured but I had to top up glasses from that point. Empty mains left for way too long. Issue I think is too many people no one reaponsible, i think we had 4-5 different waiters needs a reorganisation. Never been an issue before. Will see how next time is.

Yelp
Indulgent beachside treat. Well, Hastings St- you know where the beach is! Wide open windows, modern fresh food, attentive service. Top class wines.

Yelp
A great addition to the refurbished Sheraton Noosa. The food was excellent, as were the staff. Very reasonably priced - including the plonk! Our Craggy Range Sauv B was half what Cafe Sydney charge - and their view doesn't justify that rort. We actually caught a glimpse of Peter - would have been nice if he'd done the rounds....
