The best of the best place in Armenia I've ever seen. Stunning canyon, huge rocks mixed in different colours, creating amazing landscape around. You just can't stop looking around this beauty.
In photos you see only 50% of its greatness or even less.

Located nesr the town of Yeghegnadzor in Armenia, irs fascinating to learn that the gorge is known for its tall,sheer & brick-red cliffs,directly across from the monastery. What I love is the fact that most monasteries are located in the mountains ( because 87% of Armenia is mountainous) . The monastery is one famous destination for tourists.

Very nice monastery in beautiful surroundings. Any pictures don't really do it justice. You have to visit it to grasp the really unique location.
