"Occupying a building that has been attractively restored and extended and now offers an extensive choice of rooms and apartments. With its internal garden, you’d be forgiven for thinking that you’re a long way from the centre of the city!" - Tablet Hotels

This wonderful hotel was exactly what we needed. Extremely comfortable bed, super helpful staff, pretty outdoor space & lovely pool to dip in. The location is central, just around the corner from good restaurants, bars & beautiful shops. Just a few steps from the red Eiffel Bridge. |We treated ourselves to a suite with views over the pool & a very spacious room & full bathroom. A superb stay here in lovely Girona. Highly recommended

This hotel was fabulous. The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything and bent over backwards to assist me in shipping my luggage home after a wedding we had things we didn’t need for future travel. The rooms were large, clean. The pool was amazing. Highly recommend anyone traveling to Girona! We loved our stay here

Google
Fantastic option for a convenient way to visit Girona. Located in a quiet street within a short walking distance from all the city's landmarks and lots of cafes and restaurants around. It has a relaxing, boutique hotel vibe. Our room was spotless and specious. Very comfortable bed. No complaints at all.

The hotel looks lovely but our bedroom ( room 2.4) was awful. It overlooked an internal staircase and we had no natural light. I could have lived with this but the worst part was the smell which was a strong, air freshener type of smell which made me think it was to mask smoking on the stairwell. I could be wrong but it was so strong that it gave me a headache and i didn’t sleep. I mentioned this to reception in the morning because i would hate someone to have the same experience.

Gorgeous little hotel within walking distance of the old town. Very comfortable room and a delicious breakfast. Service was a bit hit and miss, but I would still recommend. Small pool in the garden was lovely for a quick dip after exploring the many beautiful local sites. Lots of fantastic restaurants close by.

Very nice hotel, super location, room was great, but for the money we paid the staff were unfriendly and the overall service was not that of a 4 star hotel. Every time we approached reception it felt like we were an annoyance to the staff as we had interrupted their conversation. No help with luggage either. Fine for one night but I wouldn’t stay longer.

Rooms are clean and very spacious. Breakfast was wonderful and such a good location. The pool could use a cleaning but was very refreshing and had some nice loungers around it for relaxing. The staff was so wonderful!

Yelp
I stayed two nights in this lovely hotel. I arrived by car and had some difficulty finding it due to it's location on one of the narrow streets that one is not sure you are allowed to drive on. I called from my car and was assured I could drive to the front of the hotel, drop my bags and then continue to the parking garage around the corner. I did this succesfully although nervously. The front desk clerk was warm, professional and helpful. She told me I had been upgraded to a larger room which was a nice surprise. The room was large, clean and well appointed. There were three large french doors that looked out over the back of the hotel and it's pool. It was lovely. The location is superb as it is just around the corner to one of the bridges that crosses the river into the historic area of the city. Check out was easy and straightforward.

Yelp
I was looking for a place to stay after touring the Dali museum in nearby Figueres. Based on my research, it seemed like Girona was a better place to stay than Firgueres and it was closer on the way back to Barcelona. Found Nord 1901 over on Trip Advisor, but I also needed to Yelp it here, of course! This wonderful, elegant boutique hotel is in the heart of wonderful Girona and walking distance to most everything that you're likely to want to do. Not grand or opulent, but this hotel and its rooms fit my taste more than most others in which I have ever stayed. Excellent front desk service with good English speakers. Parking is a little strange, off premises around the corner, but it works, and you can unload easily on the quiet street in front of the hotel. Some of the third floor rooms involve additional stairs after the top floor elevator, so plan accordingly or ask for help with your bags. Wonderful small pool in the back beyond the main lobby. There looked to be a nice optional breakfast buffet, but we didn't partake. Rates were very reasonable considering the quality. Definitely recommend! If you have ever been to Lucca Italy, Girona may remind you of it a bit. Many streets are old, narrow, one way or even dead end. My biggest tip is that even though this is a smaller city, you will most definitely need a good MAP to find this hotel and to get around. This is especially true if you are driving in. We got hopelessly lost on the way in. I only wish that we had more time to explore this wonderful, vibrant and ancient city!

Yelp
I'd say this is a nice hotel for the price. Staff was very nice. Rooms are fairly clean and come with a mini fridge. Didn't get a chance to try the pool due to it being cold and cloudy/ rainy. It looked very cool though. Also great location to be in the middle of the city! I'd come back here for another trip if I end up in Gerona.
