Nord Laboratoire Culinaire was definitely an experience, and a unique one at that. The staff was great and extremely accommodating very good customer service 🙏🏼 The dishes were not quite what I expected, and while the culinary experience was nice, it was not completely my cup of tea. Perhaps we just visited during a month that wasn’t the ideal menu style for my husband and I, as the restaurant changes its menu every month, I believe. Because of the food for us we give a 3.5 ⭐ That being said, there were some dishes we absolutely loved the volaille de veau, it was merveilleux! 🙏🏼 and the salmon over potatoes was fantastic. The Brussels sprouts were also great, though that’s more a matter of personal taste, as not every one likes brussel sprouts. The petonqule really wasn’t my thing, but if you enjoy that type of seafood, I’m sure you would love it. The gnocchi was good and one of the highlights for me was the sauces for each dish; even for the servings I enjoyed a little less, the sauces were amazing and really added to the dishes. I just wish there had been more beef options, especially for meat lovers. They had beef tartare, but for those who prefer their meat cooked, the choices felt a bit limited. While I understand that the monthly menu is designed to work with high-quality seasonal produce, I still felt there weren’t enough meaty options. The desserts were also good, especially the sauces, which truly made each dish shine. Thank you to Alexander and the whole staff, they were all fantastic, making the experience even more enjoyable. That said, the restaurant itself is very cute. While some of the dishes weren’t exactly to our taste, the overall experience was memorable 😍🙏🏼

After going to some of the best restaurants in the world I can honestly say Nord is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. I’ve had the pleasure of going twice and experienced two of the most well curated menus of my life. Well done

This was quite the dining experience.!! Not the usual dining everyday food. It’s definitely a must try for anyone who enjoys trying a different plates. The chef did a terrific job with his plate creations and wine pairing. Will definitely recommend this place … cannot wait to return. Thanks for the staff as well for the outstanding service.

Great experience with delicious food. Just one suggestion, when serving a plate for two, make it 4 bites instead of 3. Everything else was perfect.

Too often we pay a lot for a fine restaurant and leave thinking that we could have prepared a better meal at home. Nord lived up to our (high) expectations. We had a memorable dining experience and we’ll surely return.

What a nice time! On a fly, we decide to reserved there for 2. Having our second plate of the menu degustation, we decide to invite family over to taste. They make it up, to reserve the table aside, slow down our services and make it arrived so we could enjoy our third plate together. An amazing food, a lot of taste, discovery, and well accord wine / food! We will come back for sure!

Ce fut une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle! Tous les plats étaient délicieux, très belles présentations et les saveurs étaient au rendez-vous! Le service était impeccable! Nous avons été servis par le très sympathique sommelier Alexandre. Si tu est un épicurien comme moi, alors c’est un endroit que tu dois mettre dans ta "bucket list" car on peut goûter à tous les délectables plats du menu. Et ça l’air qu’ils changent le menu à chaque mois, alors j’y compte revenir au moins 12 fois en 2026!
