What a Store! Great and huge selection of the special furniture, of course with the special price tag on. Great assortment of living accessories. Friendly and helpful staff. Will come again.

I don't know about the customer service or online store but the bricks and mortar store has stunning pieces. If this was in Japan I would have bought something, maybe this light.

I have sent messages to three different customer service email addresses regarding my order, as I haven’t received any response from any of them. It has now been three weeks and six emails, and I’m still waiting to hear back.

Feels like a museum but it’s actually a shopping place? This is the best!! Cool design, creative lively vibe. Love this place.

I don’t know how to leave a review when I placed an Internet order so I’ll leave my review here. What an utterly useless company and staff. It takes 20+ emails to correct a sofa which they delivered with one piece being the wrong colour. It already took 3 weeks to deliver when it states “3-5 days” The staff on the email are completely incompetent, have no awareness how it can be to be delivered with the wrong colour of part of sofa, no sense of urgency to resolve the situation. I would leave less that 1* if I could. The situation doesn’t end even now I get a vague email response when they tell me they’ve shipped the correct piece, no notice of tracking number unless I ask. I can’t say a good word about any of this.

Nice place and very interesting furniture! I will come back.
