A great little museum with lots of interesting pieces about the history of the area etc. Very reasonably priced and lots of places to sit down if you are tired. A nice little shop, toilets but no cafe.

Top of Norway! Cold, wet, but wonderful people. I felt at home here. Make sure to be a part of the Bird Safari. It was so exciting. We saw reindeer on the way ,puffins, seals and so much more. People who operate this tour take great pride in making sure each guest has a memorable time.

The North Cape Museum is a local cultural heritage museum which presents the history of the island of Magerøya and its population, from the Stone Age to Modern Times.
We are dedicated to inform about the first settlers in the region, the daily life on the island and the reconstruction of Honningsvåg after the city was burned to the ground during the Second World War.
Our permanent exhibition also covers the fishing and marine development of the region. The Museum also regularly holds temporary art exhibitions by local and international artists. -Info. From the museum-

Small but very nice and interesting local Museum, where you can learn about local history. Does not take much time to walk though but worth every NOK to visit.

Small but interesting museum across two floors. Exhibits include art, boats, war memorabilia and video films. Won't take you long to look around but worth a pop in.
