Limited to SPA experience!!!! We had yesterday used spa, particularly couples massage 45 minutes. The welcome is awesome, there is waiting room with coffee, tea, some cakes. My wife enjoyed the massage itself, with very low customer service level. But overall, the massage was good. I had a young guy, and the massage was so-so, I may need to ask him make it stronger. Kind of entry level plus massagers. So till now, they deserved solid 4 stars for sure. The point is during the massage, under window there is coffee place smoking area, and cigarettes smoke with load chat is coming inside the room. It’s really not fun… Ok, so now it comes to 2 stars. But the champion is the owner at reception, once I told him about the smell, his accountability for client experience was very limited: “it’s outside, nothing to do about”. The overall experience does not worth the time I spent there, off course the payment as well.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location for market hoppers and architecture lovers and anyone else, really. Clean, good service, 24/7 coffee, tea and cookies ✨️ We got the disabled room which was significantly less breathtaking, but still alright. The hotel is surrounded by pubs and cafés, the noise from which may seriously disturb your sleep at night. It is NOT quiet. Also, no view from the back rooms.

This is a great place to stay in the heart of all that is best of Tel Aviv. It is above many excellent cafes and restaurants along the Nachalat Binyamin walk, close to the Shuk, Rothschild Blvd, and the beach. There is no parking, but a public lot is half a block away. There is no health club, but 3 blocks away you have access to Rothschild 22's gym. The hotel also has a roof top which is quite attractive and a service for providing massages. The only problem with this place is that if you are looking for a good night's sleep, forget it. The noise all night long from the night life, trash trucks, and overhead airplanes will exhaust you. And so this brings the rating down to a 4. This can be remedied if you bring good ear plugs, and after 3 days I learned my lesson. The Nordoy room with its two balconies and view over Nachalat Binyamin is my favorite. The breakfast in the morning is in their chic restaurant and is good. Elena and Anna are excellent hosts and helpful in every way. Overall, if you are an adventurer and wish an alternative to the high priced beach hotels and wish to get a real feel of Tel Aviv, this place is great.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER EXPERIENCED! I wanted to book the penthouse suite for my wedding preparation and I asked for a late checkout (at 1pm) but this request has been refused because they consider I should book an extra night and told me they will not accept external guests (make up artist, hair dresser etc) to enter my room if I don't take another night. The manager has no respect for clients, it's unacceptable!

The included breakfast is amazing. The staff is nice and cooperative. The area is great for strolling around and getting the TLV vibe. The rooms are big, well equipped. The mattress is firm and very good. We had a room with a balcony facing the street. The room had no minimal noise isolation from the outside. No double glazing, nor any kind of isolation in the door towards the outside balcony. We were aware that's it's a noisy area, but still, seems there is no effort for making the room a bit quieter. We requested for a change of room and got a much quieter room in the back of the building. Thumbs up for that. Would recommend taking a room not facing the street. Would have given 5-star if didnt have the noisy (not sound proffed) room issue.

Spa was great. Very good massage and everything feels so relaxing and calm. The hotel and facilities were so nice, the decoration and everything felt so magical. The hot tub was a bit unclean but it didn’t bother much. Highly recommended ❤️

This is an outstanding hotel stay in Tel Aviv. The location and the design of the hotel are perfect. The service at the front desk is very kind and generous. And the hotel's restaurant is amazingly good. The only downside is that it could get quite noisy, especially if your room is overlooking the street at one of the lower levels. All in all we would highly recommend this one.

Good location. Good service. Wonderful massage. Nice room. However: 1. It takes hours for the reception to answer the phone. 2. We forgot our chargers and after various reminders we were told that they would send them to us (locally) . That was more than a month ago and they haven't arrived. Did they send them at all? Tired to remind them. 3. The bathtub is for young people. Older ones, like us, will find it difficult to enter. Too high.
