I’ve stopped in here several times. I was plus size don’t see anything! I’ve lost about 80lbs & still don’t see anything. They have some nice items. I have never found anything that I wanted. I think some of the prices is high. I can shop at other stores and get just as great as quality for less. It is a nice store. It was very organized. Very clean & neat, so I do appreciate that. It is not my taste.🧣👗👚👕👔💍💎

If your shopping for Men's fragrance, its 2 display cases at best near shoes when you walk in. No one manning them. Lots of women's fragrances and beauty supplies. Overall store is clean and organized.

She was professional, detail-oriented, and made the fitting process smooth and stress-free. Both Max and the tailoring team provided exactly what you’d expect from luxury customer service — attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I had such a wonderful experience at the Nordstrom fragrance counter today that I had to share it. I brought in the same scent references I’d been using on my wedding fragrance hunt—something in the family of YSL Blouse or Ellis Brooklyn Myth—and was lucky enough to be helped by a lovely woman whose name I unfortunately forgot. I believe it started with a “J”—possibly Janice or Joyce? Whoever she was, she was an absolute all-star. She took her time walking me through a wide range of Jo Malone scents, truly listening and understanding the kind of fragrance I was after. She made the process feel so personal and fun—not rushed or transactional at all. What really stood out was her thoughtfulness. She put together several Jo Malone samples for me to take home and try out at my own pace, which I really appreciated since it can take time to see how a scent wears. She even packaged them beautifully in one of Jo Malone’s signature little bags, which added such a lovely touch. I left the store on cloud nine—not just because of the fragrances, but because of the care and attention she gave. It made me feel genuinely special. Nordstrom, please give a big thank you to this wonderful associate. She turned a shopping trip into a memorable experience!

I needed to return a suit jacket and your sales person Jackie MAURER assisted me she went above and beyond she’s an excellent sales person! Because of my experience, I went upstairs and purchased a suit and was assisted with excellent customer service upstairs in the ladies department as well This is top 5 star Store all the way around!!! Excellent service!

I decided to give Nordstrom a try after hearing how helpful their sales associates are. I looked at sunglasses for a while and not a single associate came to help. I shopped some other stores and had lunch, and came back after a few hours. Once again, no help, and the store wasn't even busy. It's frustrating that a store with sunglasses at a price point that requires every pair to be tied with security cables or locked in a case doesn't have anyone around to help a customer. No sale, and a missed opportunity to win me over from a competitor.

I really like this store however when I shop upstairs in women’s clothing I get a feeling that I am being watched. I was in the store today, an older lady with grayish hair followed me around while I was shopping. I caught her staring at me several times. I prefer to be left alone when clothes shopping, I don’t need someone coming up to me every few minutes asking if someone is helping me or if I need help. If I need help I will ask, and please don’t follow people ( pretending like you are fixing clothes on the racks ) when they are looking.
