When you enter this particular Nordstrom's you're introduced to a new brand of female advisors of the most luxurious perfumes and colognes that exist. There were plenty of women that came to my aid to give me advice and to introduce to me every single new product that was on the shelf. But I want to give out a great shout to Evelyn extension 3615 who is the advisor for such brands like Dior and Marc Jacobs. Evelyn is actually a prototype of perfect marketing. She knew how to bring out the best in the sale. Next is a wonderful woman named Misty who works for Armani and Valentino. These two women are the best in the business and it would be in your best interest to speak with them. There were many other women who spent so much time with me and they introduced me to many different brands that I never thought I would ever look at. Despite not knowing their names I still think of them and would like to give a shout out to anyone who remembers a person who loves perfume and cologne. Out of 25 to 30 different types of colognes and perfumes I submit the pictures below because they were out of this world and brought a new sense of clarity to my senses. There is artistry and then there is God like artistry which is what these perfumes that I have put down here so that you will take a smell of them. Believe me I will return and I will buy those $500 bottles of perfume from my lady love. These perfumes are perfect in that they bring out the best in everyone. So I give a message to management that each of these girls is to receive a magnificent raise and don't throw away those displays of new perfumes. Instead be generous and give it to those who spend their day trying to sell the company and its products. If you can't give it to him then let them buy for 50% off. But include a nice little vacation and a few days off for them to enjoy themselves. They are the best that you have and they do better when they have been given something as precious as those things that they know so much about. To all of you who plan to go and visit North Park Mall I would encourage you to spend an hour or two with these people and get to learn of the ingredients of these perfumes and the oils that make it possible for you to smell good for an entire day.

I had a personal stylist appointment with Jessica, and she had a great selection of items ready for me in the dressing room. I loved several pieces, and after chatting more about my style, she even went out to find additional options that were a perfect fit. I’ll definitely be back to see her again soon!

Awesome experience today with Mr. Alex from the designer shoe department. He was so nice and just made the whole experience easy and comfortable. He gave me options to try on and helped me find the right size. Even though they didn't have the slides I wanted in stock, I was able to order it online with him. Absolutely fantastic service. There are so many shoes and options at this location. I was like a kid in a candy shop. Everyone was very nice and eager to assist. Purchased my first Dior Dway slides today for my birthday and loved them! Can't wait to receive them! Thank you Mr. Alex! Highly recommend!

I stopped by today to look for a new pair of Levi’s jeans after having a disappointing experience at Levi's. The sales associate named Bri was extremely helpful. I really appreciated her help and she was a burst of good energy. I will definitely be buying my Levi's at Nordstrom! :) I had a wonderful experience here!

David in the designer shoe department is the best! I was in search for shoes for my wedding day and he made the experience so enjoyable and fun for us. He was so knowledgeable and pulled several shoes I would’ve never picked out for myself that I ended up loving! Highly recommend and thank you David for making it such a great experience!

Special thanks to Rickey and Aaron, hats off to you guys for the awesome work you do at this store. I wanted to write this review with all my heart. You guys got really great knowledge of all the items in baby section and of course more. You guys are Extremely helpful, kind and ready to go out of the way to provide all the support to ensure a customer walks out of Nordstrom with a happy face. You guys literally spent a long time with us in selecting the correct product as per our need. I have not find such service in any other store. Also, thanks to the manager there as well for being nice and helpful. God bless you guys.

Aaron on the third floor assisted us in the baby department. This guy was heaven sent. He knew exactly what he was talking about and helped us make a decision during a very important moment in our lives. We are 1000% satisfied with his level of expertise, professionalism, and customer service.

Ignored completely once again. It has happened multiple times. The white lady next to me is acknowledged and greeted and I am just given a dismissive look. The color of your skin does not reflect your spending power. It is so sad that these sales personnel can't be bother to be polite to all customers. I was there around noon on Sunday. The folks over at free people section completely ignored me and my family while being attentive to the white families around us. Same thing with the women stationed by the mall door around American Eagle. Same thing with the women by HOUSE of CB. Do better!! Money has no color.
