Vivian in the cologne department did a wonderful job helping me select two separate Father's Day gift sets. They were doing complementary engraving on certain brands. Those two ladies engraving were very professional and pleasant!

I love Nordstrom‘s at NorthPark, if is absolutely my favorite store to shop in. If this is not the flagship store—then it should be 🎉. The service is exceptional and the associates are amazing in the cosmetics and beauty counters. I love being invited to the Master Class and Fall and Spring Trend Shows—everything is ALWAYS Done in the Spirit of Excellence 🎉🎉! I have been a card holder in the store for the last seven years, and I love stopping in and learning from the beauty experts and ambassadors. I have made so many friends. From the perfume counters to the make up, it is ALWAYS one of my favorite places to go. Special shout out to following Associates: Salam ❤️, Tamika, Jennifer, Chi-Chi, and Mrs. Eva.

This is a very beautiful store inside a very beautiful mall packed with very beautiful employees. If you are looking for a higher end class of style, you have found your store. The clothes aren’t really my style but everything inside the store is great eye candy. Be sure to check out the restaurant upstairs 😉

Found my dream pair of pants after months of research so I was super excited to get them tailored! Booked my appointment and went in the next day. Met with the lady doing alterations and immediately (within 2 minutes) said she couldn’t help me, that was just the way the pants were made and walked away. I’ve never had someone tell me they couldn’t take in the waist on jeans and fix the length. I definitely don’t plan on going back for sometime, customer service was terrible and I immediately returned my jeans. For the amount of money I paid for them didn’t make sense to keep them plus the bad service.

Darius in women’s shoes is an EXCELLENT salesperson - I came to browse and he sold me 3 pairs of shoes. Great suggestions, attentive, though not pushy. Great experience!
