I recently bought a couple of suits from Nordstrom in Northpark, and I can't praise the experience enough! This store has been a part of my life since I was a little kid, going there with my parents, and it has always maintained its impeccable standards. The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with the best products. What truly sets this Nordstrom apart is the exceptional staff. They are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly cool and approachable, making shopping a pleasure every single time. Compared to Neiman Marcus, this location stands out as my preferred shopping destination, offering a consistently superior experience. Nordstrom Northpark continues to exceed expectations, and I can't think of a single negative thing to say about it. Highly recommended!

When you enter this particular Nordstrom's you're introduced to a new brand of female advisors of the most luxurious perfumes and colognes that exist. There were plenty of women that came to my aid to give me advice and to introduce to me every single new product that was on the shelf. But I want to give out a great shout to Evelyn extension 3615 who is the advisor for such brands like Dior and Marc Jacobs. Evelyn is actually a prototype of perfect marketing. She knew how to bring out the best in the sale. Next is a wonderful woman named Misty who works for Armani and Valentino. These two women are the best in the business and it would be in your best interest to speak with them. There were many other women who spent so much time with me and they introduced me to many different brands that I never thought I would ever look at. Despite not knowing their names I still think of them and would like to give a shout out to anyone who remembers a person who loves perfume and cologne. Out of 25 to 30 different types of colognes and perfumes I submit the pictures below because they were out of this world and brought a new sense of clarity to my senses. There is artistry and then there is God like artistry which is what these perfumes that I have put down here so that you will take a smell of them. Believe me I will return and I will buy those $500 bottles of perfume from my lady love. These perfumes are perfect in that they bring out the best in everyone. So I give a message to management that each of these girls is to receive a magnificent raise and don't throw away those displays of new perfumes. Instead be generous and give it to those who spend their day trying to sell the company and its products. If you can't give it to him then let them buy for 50% off. But include a nice little vacation and a few days off for them to enjoy themselves. They are the best that you have and they do better when they have been given something as precious as those things that they know so much about. To all of you who plan to go and visit North Park Mall I would encourage you to spend an hour or two with these people and get to learn of the ingredients of these perfumes and the oils that make it possible for you to smell good for an entire day.

Super experience. I booked a personal styling appointment with Marylou. She was patient and kind. she was able to stay within my tight budget and found a style that made me feel confident and beautiful.

Yesterday, September 15th, I stopped by Nordstrom to purchase a handbag for my daughter. I browsed for a while but couldn’t get any help. I noticed two associates, but neither acknowledged us no greeting, no smile, nothing. I couldn’t help but feel like maybe they assumed I wasn’t going to purchase anything, which was disappointing. I honestly wanted to leave, but instead I decided to seek out another associate. That’s when I met Sergio, and he was the complete opposite. He greeted us with kindness, offered assistance with a smile, and made the experience pleasant. A simple “hello” goes a long way, especially in retail, and Sergio reminded me of that. Thank you, Sergio, for helping my daughter and me. The one star is solely because of the young ladies who walked by me three times without bothering to help—but Sergio absolutely deserves recognition for his professionalism and kindness.

I had a personal stylist appointment with Jessica, and she had a great selection of items ready for me in the dressing room. I loved several pieces, and after chatting more about my style, she even went out to find additional options that were a perfect fit. I’ll definitely be back to see her again soon!

Awesome experience today with Mr. Alex from the designer shoe department. He was so nice and just made the whole experience easy and comfortable. He gave me options to try on and helped me find the right size. Even though they didn't have the slides I wanted in stock, I was able to order it online with him. Absolutely fantastic service. There are so many shoes and options at this location. I was like a kid in a candy shop. Everyone was very nice and eager to assist. Purchased my first Dior Dway slides today for my birthday and loved them! Can't wait to receive them! Thank you Mr. Alex! Highly recommend!

I've been shopping here for over six years with Kieran in the Men's Department. Kieran is an incredible guy who provides the highest levels of customer service. He's helped me with business suits and shirts, as well as some casual clothing from time to time. Every time he's just always so kind and accommodating with my schedule and made me feel like the only customer in the store. I had such an amazing experience with Eva yesterday. My husband and I had just briefly stopped by the Tom Ford counter, and Eva approached us with such kindness and talked to the both of us like we were longtime friends and it was so sweet. I haven’t experienced that in such a long time with a sales associate before. For a while now I’ve been struggling to find a Tom Ford scent that I resonate with the most and she was so welcoming and kind, and I didn’t feel judged by her in the slightest like I have in the past with other associates when it comes to prestige and high-end perfumes. I just wanted to say thank you so much Mrs. Eva. You are such a kind soul. Thank you for making my experience so special. She also hooked me up with two samplers and gave me special tips and tricks. I just adore her!!
