This store is located in Fashion Mall Keystone. The store has always good products and all the staff members are very friendly and always there to help customers. I went to Tom Ford area and special thanks to LaTesha for helping me out. I will surely return to this store again.

Went to return a fragrance I blindly bought online, I absolutely hated it and under Nordstroms return policy I’m allowed to return because I only sprayed it once. I was assisted by Pandora, she was very rude the entire interaction, she acted like I was a nuisance to her and she questioned me like it was an interrogation. During the return one of her coworkers came to her with a question and she snapped her fingers at them and pointed. It was then I realized she’s actually a manager treating guests and employees like this. I can’t imagine this is the type of person Nordstrom wants representing them. I will not be returning into the store, which is unfortunate because there’s only one in the state. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend Pandora humbles herself.

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Nordstrom, especially for bras, so I was excited to bring my mom in for a fitting. Unfortunately, our experience this weekend was far from what I expected. On our first visit, there was no one available to help with sizing. Determined to make it work, I called before our second visit to ensure assistance would be available and was told there will be someone available. The staff member informed me that someone was already being helped and that we would need to wait. We waited for 20 minutes while she continued to fold clothes and converse with another customer in the dressing room. My mom, who is handicapped and uses a walker, needed assistance, but instead of moving customers to accommodate her, the staff member insisted on waiting for the other customer to finish in the ADA approved dress room was not handicapped. Her demeanor was rude, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that my mother’s size influenced the staff's reluctance to help. Another coworker did assist my mom, but the sizing was incorrect. The one positive aspect was that they suggested we try Barbara's, located nearby. There, we received a warm welcome and respectful treatment. Due to this experience, I won’t be returning to Nordstrom or recommending it to friends. It’s disheartening when customer service falls short, especially for something as personal as a fitting.

I was just here a couple of moments ago and me and my mother came in for shoe shopping and the Asian guy with glasses has very bad customer service we politely asked if we could try a shoe in my mothers size and after my mom not liking the the way the shoe fit we wanted to keep browsing for something she liked, he came up to us and asked how everything was and after we explained that we did not like how it fit but wanted to keep looking at other options he proceeded to give us an attitude and grab the shoe box, and tossed it on the chair and while giving us a dirty look, said see you and get out of here. Very very bad experience will not be coming back to Nordstrom after this horrible experience.

He was so friendly and willing to make my day special and positive. I know it is busy there today, New Year's day and Seth was patient and did not rush my questions. Was at this store the other day and needed some help in the fragrance department. This employee named Rose helped me with things like questions and showing me other fragrances etc . She went above and beyond to help me and it made such an impression on me as a customer because you don't find that very often in a store at all . I believe all staff should help their customers like she did and be very polite and understanding what I was looking for etc . Mother died September 16 of this year. She loved to shop. I was reminiscing of her this evening and remembered when I took her to Nordstrom for the first time at the Keystone Crossing. She looked so frumpy with this homemade hat on she wore with pride. Nordstrom staff treated mom as if she was their favorite customer. She loved it! Thank you for this beautiful memory. This location's customer service is top-tier! I was in urgent need of a suit (following day) and Nordstrom delivered! More specifically Tom Tathem in the Men's Clothing (suit section), and Kathy who works in tailoring/alterations. Tom was quick to see that I needed help and within 20 minutes we had a suit picked out, it was getting marked up for alterations and I had checked out. Between Tom and Kathy -- they were able to set me up with a tailored suit that I was able to pick up 4 hours after purchase (same day!). This duo is the absolute dream team and I am so glad that they were working when I walked in! Thank you and KUDOS to you both!!!

This Nordstrom is ok. It's not comparable to Saks, but I did manage to get one item I needed. I went in for Le Labo Santal 33 perfume. Most niche perfumes must be ordered and delivered now, so I wasn't able to get one. I did get Parfums De Marly Valaya. They also carry some of the Beis luggage I've been eyeing. The store is clean and clutter free. They have a courteous staff and the layout is easy to navigate. My visits was ok, I was not wowed.

This place has gone downhill from what it used to be. A lot of the merchandise has gone from high-quality fashion made to last, to fast fashion synthetic material junk. The makeup, kids and shoe areas are still top flight (Al is the best!) with solid professionals holding those areas down, and there are a couple of guys in men's who are still solid salesmen but a lot of veterans have been replaced with younger folks who look like they have a vibe yet have no skills interacting with customer, nor do they seem to desire to do so. The Nordstrom at Keystoneof old was an amazing, special place to spend a day, the Nordstrom of now is just another storefront before your buy something online. I hope this location can recapture its magic.

I had great service at Nordstrom's today! Jan, in the ladies department meant helped me find a gift that I was looking for. I found a couple of things, actually. The store has some really nice upscale yet stylish ladies clothes. It was almost fun to shop. Jan boxed up my items so beautifully that I won't need to wrap them. I left a happy camper. Nordstroms is located in the Fashion Mall at Keystone. Parking is difficult unless you get there early in the day. Nordstrom's actually has a garage adjacent so parking is a bit easier.

Do I have to actually pick 1 star? Wow what an experience. Nordstrom's WAS one of a handful of stores that I shop from when getting semi-higher quality Brands but after today's experience I am done. They apparently ran a special for their card holders with large discounts. No problem with that but we went to the counter with a couple items regular price 110 discounted too 77 and another 229 discounted to 179. Said we could not buy them so we said the hell with it we will just pay the regular retail price. They said no. Apparently it seems that is how a lot of people feel. You want to reward your card holders send them discount cards or gift cards Tony alienate and piss off others and out your sales staff in a challenging position as I'm sure they take the brunt of it

I was at Nordstroms today at Fashion Mall at Keystone. I found the perfect pair of Converse and asked for my size, they brought the shoes out to me and I said perfect I will take them. It was at this point he asked if I was a Nordstrom card holder and I said no. He said well since I was not a card holder he could not sell me the shoes. I said I would be happy to apply for the Nordsroms card, I really wanted these shoes. He then said even if I applied for the card I still could not purchase the shoes today, I would have to wait till the 15th. So disappointed, I was willing to pay the full price not even the early access price. When I asked him for a size in the shoe they did not say anything to me about it being an early access or a Nordstrom card holder only purchase, got the size was about to take me to the register and then told me no sorry. Very disappointed and upset with this situation. So I see other reviews that this also happened too at Nordstroms today. I will have to share this with my followers. Not a happy customer.

Word to the wise- don't visit the makeup department an hour before they close. I came here with a girlfriend to find my lipstick color for my wedding. I was pretty excited! Sadly the customer service we received made the experience less than enjoyable. We started off with Bobbi Brown and had to ask for assistance to test the lip colors. The lady just didn't seem to be in a good mood. At one point the associate walked away and never came back so we just helped ourselves to sanitizing the colors. Then we went to another section and had to ask again for assistance even though two associates were nearby just chatting away. I loved three colors so I was going to buy them all. They're were out of stock of two of the three. My friend asked if we could take a sample because I had my makeup trial the following day. The associate was cold and said they don't give samples of lip color. We asked if we could just take some on a stick and wrap it for my trail the next day. She talked down to us and basically made my friend feel dumb for asking. I purchased the one lip color and we walked out of the store at 7:59pk befor they closed at 8. Just wish they would have been a little more cheery and helpful.

My experience was less than enjoyable. The sales person was not interested in helping us find what we were looking for. Never even pointed us in the right direction. After wandering around aimlessly a nice gentleman in the men's department asked us if he could Help and he took My daughter to the exact item she was looking for. Grateful that he came along but we will not return to Nordstrom's. They are not to kind to people of color.

I went to Fashion Mall Keystone to do some shopping and decided to go to Nordstrom's to see what I could find. It has been a long time since I've been to Nordstrom, and I realize why I stayed away for so long. The merchandise is highly overrated as well as the prices. The sales staff looked miserable and looked like they were frustrated and did not want to be there, so that made shopping not so enjoyable. Luckily, I was able to find a couple shirts on the clearance rack at good prices, so it was not a total wasted trip. I hardly ever go shopping, so this was a first time for me with Nordstrom. It is safe to say that I will not be back here to shop, mainly because it is too expensive for me to shop here and it is a waste of time to check out the merchandise that I do not find appealing. Plus, if the staff are not happy working there, then it makes me uncomfortable being in the store as a customer. I do wish them well in their success at the Fashion Mall Keystone. You just will not see me here shopping.

I actually had a very 'pretty woman' moment while shopping here. I was looking for this new perfume and couldn't remember the name. When I walked over to the perfume section multiple ladies came up right away and asked if they could help me. I attempted to describe the perfume to no avail. Finally I found it in my Google search and one of the women that was working in the Jo Malone section came over and I said do you know if you happen to have this perfume? And she gives me a dirty look and says "Is that a man's cologne?" And I said no it's a perfume...she replied, "we don't have that, I can't help you" and literally lifted her chin and walked away from me like I was some weird peasant. I was kind of insulted when she asked if it was a man's cologne when I said it was perfume for myself...and then her attitude. Had she not been rude to me I was about to buy some other perfumes but then decided I'd rather just go elsewhere cause of her rudeness. Sure I wasn't dressed super fancy but seriously everyone's money is good and to try to insult me cause your store doesn't carry a luxury perfume isn't my fault. It was my fault thought cause I realized the brand was located at Saks...so I left and went there instead.

Nordstrom was the place to go to find nearly any kind of shoe. The selections used to be pretty large with a great variety and it would be difficult to narrow down to just one shoe to purchase. Not the case anymore. The shelves/shoe area was around half full, mainly it seemed like tennis shoes and low heel grandma shoes. I would think finding a black, 3 3/4-4", strapped high heel shoe, I'd have a multiple to choose vs ZERO. I was told I could order them online, ..what? Shoes need to be tried on and I don't want to purchase 4-5 shoes to return them. Do better Nordstrom Keystone Fashion Mall.

I do really love the people here. They are super friendly. Over a year ago I was asked if I wanted to apply for the Nordstrom card. I thought about it for a few and then applied. I was told I would get a 50 dollar credit. Never got it. It was later explained the guidelines for the purchase. I honestly should just cancel the card, I just hate that I can ding your credit report for a short period. I just order from the manufacturer now. Honestly, I get better deals.

Note I was just accompanying my wife to find a new outfit here. I didn't need anything on this trip but was as usual impressed by the great service by all the staff we encountered. They had the pants my wife wanted and a great array of different options and sizes. There was even a nice chair to sit in while my wife tried on the clothes. She found all the items we were looking for and we were quickly checked out too. The best was they had a cyber Monday sale oddly in the store but hey i am not going to complain. We will be back when we need to look for more items here.

I went to pick up my packages from curbside pick up. I called the line because I wasn't sure if I was in the right area. The rep advised she can just search my info while I'm on the line. I provided my name but it didn't seem to pull anything up. I then provided my order number and after a few more searches we located my information. The rep came out and asked if I wanted the items wrapped. Even though I did reheat this when I submitted my order, I just advised she could bring the boxes and I can wrap myself. The rep I was speaking with brought my order out, along with a manager, who apologized for my wait. In my mind I'm thinking this is perfectly fine service. I wasn't upset, mad, or anything. I was content so far. And may I add that the store manager came out in a flawless leather skirt! Her outfit was amazing!!! Anywho, they put my packages in my trunk and told me to have a happy holiday! I thought it was a smooth transition! I get home and look in my packages and find a Nordstrom gift card as well! I assume for my wait. Thank you so much! I wish I would've had remember the rep and managers name! You guys did a great job! Thanks again!!!

In the same day I shopped regular Nordstrom - and then Nordstrom Rack. I was pretty surprised to see 2 of the exact same items being sold in both stores. A $200 dress at Nordstrom was at this Rack location for $150, and a $300 blazer at Nordstrom was at this location for about $200. In the same day. What a deal, right? Well, I was honestly a little disappointed because this just highlights how much Nordstrom takes advantage of its customers, but also how little inconsistency there is with their inventory/inventory management. As much as I like shopping for high-end brands, the women who work here treat everyone like garbage. I'm young and not the normal clientele they see so every one of those sales ladies likes to make it clear that they don't like me and will refuse to help me. They give you dirty looks and even if you're dressed the part, acting kindly, and yes, can afford their overpriced merchandise, they still treat you like a hound. I really don't come here unless I have to.

I am a tried and true "you have to go to Nordstrom" customer so I'm not sure how unbiased I can really be. I appreciate that the staff will take time to discuss options! I like to go to the jewelry counter and look at costume jewelry and they are always kind to allow me to try things on - you really can't beat this kind of service. I really like the easy layout of the store and they still great you at the front of the store and ask if they can point you in the right direction. Most of the time -- I know where i'm headed, but this has been helpful-- for instance when I've been shopping for a gift for the hubby and I don't quite know where the item is - the staff have been excellent at pointing and steering me into the right item. Park at Nordstrom.. and you will end up at Nordstrom is a good motto :)

I love Nordstrom because I can walk through the entire store and not a single person will ask me if I need help. Ahhh, introverted bliss. I'm free to just browse by myself without having to talk to anyone. Nordstrom is always the first place I go to find a fancy dress or shoes -- they always have something. If you're looking for deals, you might find some with a little effort, but for the most part, you go to Nordstrom not because of deals, but because they have the designers that you want. This Nordstrom has two levels: on the first level is shoes and men's clothes; on the second level is women's and girls clothes, as well as the Cafe Bistro.

Great place to shop quality items. Big selection of apparel and shoes for men/women/kids and many brands represented. Obviously, priced above average, but you can wait for major holidays to get a nice deal on whatever you were interested in. They also have extra services like custom tailoring and you can get some perks by signing up for Nordy rewards. Nordstrom employees are always courteous and welcoming!

I love this store, so clean, nicely displayed and sales people are friendly, knowledgeable and available. Unlike a lot of stores these days the people who work at Nordstrom are trained to help and happy to do so. So often I go into larger department stores and everyone is working on a project or talking to the other employees but never at Nordstrom. They are available to help; help you find things, explain products, make suggestions, let you try on shoes! I worked retail management back in the 80's and I can tell you, their customer service is stellar! Oh and they carry great lines; AG, Bugatchi, Max Studio, Falconable, Peter Millar. And makeup brands that are not available in other stores; Arcona, Shisheido, Laura Mercer, Bobbi Brown. Plus small leather goods; real leather, lots of quality brands. And truly, it's the good customer service that makes it one of my top 5 places to shop!

Helpful doesn't begin to describe the employees in this department of Nordstrom's!! It was time for new bras (ugh) and, since i have had great service there in the past, that was my first choice. The associate who helped me, Breanna, was very knowledgeable, knows her stock and treated me like i was buying 1000s of dollars worth of lingerie. The size i thought I was turned out to be way off. Breanna got me into bra after bra (hence the ugh) and i found several styles that are extremely comfortable. So, to the ladies out there who want a good bra and a good fit, i highly recommend this store.

The sales person who we were told works the counter on Saturday 5.7.22 was so rude and basically told my mother and I she couldn't help us because she was busy with someone. I proceeded to look around then saw our favorite guy Geoff who used to work at the counter but now works at Tom Ford. Needless to say I switch my entire makeup routine because of my experience with him. My mom bought new foundation, a duo bronzer, primer and I bought new foundation, the body oil, lip, and duo bronzer. I just want to say honestly we would have left empty handed without anything; thankful for the Tom Ford employees who were so nice and welcoming

Well I can't believe I've never reviewed Nordstrom! It is one of my favorite stores. I think they have the best shoe department in the state. If you can't find a pair of shoes here then you should go barefoot. I also really like their selection of dressy dresses. If you have a special occasion you will find the perfect dress here. Great accessories department also.

I was disappointed to be turned away prior to 8:00 for a simple return. The staff member was standing at the door and said "I'm sorry but we are closed you can't come in." I had made a trip just to return shoes I had ordered that did not fit. Apparently closing at 8:00 actually means earlier than 8:00! They had plenty of people in the store shopping & I saw another individual enter. Maybe my clothing did not appear classy enough to receive proper entry?!

My boyfriend has a really nice pair of Gucci leather shoes that he's beaten up over the past year. We came in to get his shoes scuffs buffed out and shined. The people at the shoe checkout area were really pretty and chatted with me about fashion for a few minutes. And I browsed around while his shoes were cleaned up. There is a large selection and a lot of good sales. I'm more of a jelly shoes kind of girl but I saw a lot of sturdy women's work shoes that would be great for someone on their feet all day, and the store overall has something for everyone. From the beauty to the clothing to the shoes sections there is a large and friendly staff who are happy to help you. Bonus- his shoes ended up looking good as new! It was only 2.50 for a shine. Better than what a shoe repair place would have charged, that's for sure.

This review is for my one and only Nordstrom experience. I found a pair of shoes I wanted and looked online for the best price. And believe it or not I found them at Nordstrom.com. They were $30 cheaper than anywhere else. They arrived within two days and were a little too big. I called customer service and they arranged to send the right size and they even sent a free return shipping label. But since I was going to the mall I decided to return them in person. I walked right in and was helped immediately. The return was done lickety split and the lady that helped me was awesome! Great experience all the way around.

I went to Nordstrom about 15 minutes before closing on July 12, 2020. All I needed to do was return about 15 items and I knew I didn't need to do any shopping so I went really late when I figured there wouldn't be a lot of people in the store. I was right, and it was a very nice experience without having to navigate a lot of people and social distancing. When I entered Nordstrom they had somebody welcoming people near the café with hand sanitizer and a mask if they didn't have one. Masks are mandatory in indoor locations after July 9, 2020, so this was a very nice thing to see. I know Nordstrom wants to keep their employees and their customers safe and it showed through their actions. The return went smoothly and I was out before they closed.

If you are a regular shopper at Nordstrom you will be more than just disappointed but even surprised by the drop off from what you're used to and this store. Brands and offerings more similar to Macy's than Nordstrom, service on par with a gas station and tailoring so bad that I had them return a Canali suit after multiple attempts at even getting the tailor to show at the agreed upon time. "Shoes shined in 30 minutes" so I dropped them off. 5 hours later when I drove out of the way to retrieve them they never even started them but didn't bother to call and tell me, either. Skip the attempt and go to Saks and try there. Or, do as I do, shop Nordstrom out of state

I have been a Nordstrom shopper since I was a little kid. I live for the Anniversary Sale (no, really- I take the day off and shop). However, Nordstrom at The Fashion Mall is incredibly disappointing. The selection is nothing compared to what is available in other comparable stores. There are no high-end brands (Louboutin, Dolce & Gabbana, etc.) available here, you are ignored more often than helped, and there is never anyone available to assist you when you finally need it (Accessories department, I'm looking at you). Customer Service at this location is extremely sub-par, with the exception of a few employees that are few and far between. Unless you are an Indy Influencer, you are not assisted when you shop. On more than one occasion, I have been told to try shopping a certain department "when I have more money." Online shopping is far preferable in the Indy market.

The store was open, however 90% of the store was roped off and unavailable to shoppers as they prepped for a sale. I checked online and the store hours showed the store was open. Very disappointing for a store known for customer service. I will not shop at Nordstrom in the future.

My complaint is this: I stopped by the Nordstrom shoe shine booth after being told that their guy was the "best in town." I wanted to know their hours so that I could stop by for a quick shine before a gala I was attending that evening. The kid that was shining shoes at the time told me their hours were the same as the stores', including a truncated schedule. Again....the same as the stores'. I stopped by again, hours later, during store hours. Booth closed. Dude....you had two jobs: Shine shoes and know your stuff. Least of all your own schedule. Very frustrating experience and won't be returning to this location.

My two wife's, yes my two wife's and my 7 month old twin girls were here not even 15 minutes ago visiting from Illinois for a funereal. We were in search of two all white dresses for the twins and as we were looking we were asked multiple times if we needed help after saying "no" and as we were heading to our car we were followed closely by a security guard and a employee all the way to our car. The employees at this Nordstrom's made my family and I feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. Not only are we an lgbtqa+ family we are an interracial family, we were clearly being judged and discriminated because of our appearances.

No doubt it's my favorite, number-one spot to shop in the fashion mall. Now if only I could actually afford it..... But anyways the store is always immaculate and highly appealing. I stick mostly to the main level, browsing shoes and purses, but occasionally up high fashion clothes upstairs beckon me to look upon them. On my most recent trip I was looking for parfume for a birthday gift. With the assistance of Pam Caldwell, I was able to find something striking and yet simple. She is an absolute expert at what she does. I left with a beautifully wrapped gift as well as some bonus samples and cosmetics bags. I will stop by to see her on my next trip there and hopefully leave with many fine products!

Visiting Indianapolis for work and my MAC fluidline ran dry. So decided to hit up the local Nordstrom to pick up a new pod. Unfortunately for me, I picked the wrong day to bother the people that were working there to look for an item I was intending on purchasing. Indicator #1: NO one was at the MAC counter. That in and of itself should have been a clear indicator. Indicator #2: Two other employees at a nearby counter were talking to another two employees from other neighboring kiosks. And I was most definitely the least of their priorities. Indicator #3: The two employees that were behind the counter were deep in conversation about matching the right shade of make up of some sort to even look up at me. You'd think after this many indicators I would've just walked away. But no. I'm just as stupid for sticking around. (Those damn Nordstrom points got me good!!) Mistake #4: Two other customers approached the two employees behind the counter and were immediately assisted. I'm not sure if it's because I was in the MAC concession, because of my ethnicity, or because I hadn't walked up to their counter. Meanwhile other employees would pass by unbothered by my presence. Finally, after a good 10-15 minute wait, one of the employees behind the neighboring counter adamantly said, "look, I don't work for this vendor, but I'll try my best to help you out." I wasn't sure if I should be appreciative or insulted for soliciting business. But I stayed. At the end of the day, I did need that fluidline. And sacrificing a kilometer of beauty was not an option. After a good 5 minutes of searching, the woman was able to find my product. But was unable to ring me up. So I had to wait in another line for another 8 minutes just to pay. All-in-all the 30 minutes wasted to buy $20 worth of makeup was not justifiable. Especially after the unwelcome treatment and lack of urgency. As a visitor, I would say this is one location Nordstrom fails at most, out of all the Nordstrom's I've visited across the nation. It's amazing this place is even in business with that type of customer service. Note to self: come prepared so I don't have to deal with this Nordstrom location again!

I went into The store last week to grab two of my best friends a nice bottle of perfume for their upcoming birthdays. First, I went over to the MAC counter because they have a perfume that I love, the MAC associate wasn't there, but an associate from another section was near, so I asked her for assistance so that I could purchase my item, she was very dry, nonchalant, and was basically helping me because of course what choice did she have? her customer service just wasn't there-no I'm not saying that just to complain, but I've worked in customer service since I was 19, there is just a certain way to conduct yourself. Next, I wandered over to the perfume section, I was looking at the Dior perfume online, but wanted to explore other items. I was looking back and forth for about 10 minutes, I know I looked completely lost, but yet, no one came to help, and there were other associates around I walked in a circle, went back to the perfume, an associate that was working with another associate finally told her co-worker to help me, the woman was very nice and helpful, and helped me choose a nice perfume for one of my friends gift and she took the time to gift wrap it for me and she gave me her business card. The next day I had to go back and exchange one of the perfumes because I wanted something different for my friend, and one of the young lady's I noticed working yesterday was there, she helped me immediately. I say all that to say my experience started off rough. The store should definitely train more in customer service and to be attentive to customers that you see walking around confused, even if they are helping other ppl, it's ok to let the next customer know that you see them and will help them once you're done with the current customer. Some ppl like myself are ready to come into the store and spend their hard earned money, I'm happy that my experience ended ok, but the beginning definitely through me for a loop. I'm going into the store tmrw to treat myself to a purse, hopefully my experience is great.

Well folks I am a long time Nordie fan going way far back. Today I went into the shoe department to pick up a pair of sandals. I picked a pair out and they happen to be in the $50 range. It took 5 minutes to be greeted and the sales staff was not busy. Finally I was greeted gave my shoe size range. He never came back nor did any of the sales staff ask if I needed assistance. I sat for 15 minutes. They dropped the ball. I expect this at the half yearly sale. Nordstrom get your act together you will start losing my business. This is rare for me to leave a negative.

The customer service here SUCKS!!!!! As a former Nordstrom employee I know what the Nordstrom standard should be. If you work on commission then customer service should be the upmost importance to you and your paycheck. I'm only giving one star because I "have" to give something otherwise this would be a negative 6 stars. I asked the associate about white tights she pointed in the direction of where they should be and that was it never offered to call another store or look online...I get the feeling that she thinks I can't afford to purchase anything and I'm a waste of time, but sweetie this is a REAL Louis Vuitton I'm pretty sure I can scrape up $16 for a pair of tights. Will not spend a dime with this chick and give her commission, period!

I hate this Nordstrom so much. I just moved to Indianapolis two months ago and need a ton of new things, so I've been visiting Nordstrom at least once a week. I usually almost always get fantastic service at Nordstrom back home in WA, but this team at Keystone has got to be the rudest, most unprofessional group I've ever seen. It's not just one or two people who ignore me, don't offer help, etc. It's the majority of them, which is so unfortunate. I loved going to Nordstrom back home (or whenever I travel) and now I dread stepping foot in this location because I know that I'll receive more bad service than good. I've brought this up with the customer service desk at the store and was told that the manager would take care of it. That was last month and I've seen no improvements. This Nordstrom store brings shame to the company. So terrible. I truly hope the management will step up and fix this issue with the employees.

I'm giving them 4 stars because their service is awesome. They have salesperson helping you get the right fit and the right color, giving you their opinions on the fit and color. This is unlike what I was treated at other department stores such as Macy's and JC Penny. I went in there for a couple of dress pants. I basically don't have to leave the fitting area and have clothes handed to me to try on. They also have tailor on staff to do basic alterations for free. They have dress shoes that you can borrow when you try on their dress pants or suits. So you can basically come in with t shirts and shorts. Do note that there selection is pretty small though. I couldn't find a pair of slim fitted bonobos pants at 33 30.

I had a great experience at this particular Nordstrom and just thought I'd share. I went in here totally randomly while I was traveling for business, I did need a new suit since my last one was pretty much on the way out. I ended up browsing and was helped out by Carlotta H. - who basically was the most patient, understanding and low-pressure person around. Having not shopped for a men's suit in some time, Caroltta took the time and effort to explain everything - all without not making me look like and idiot, which trust me, was not an easy feat. In the end, I got a great recommendation and suit that I really love. To further complicate matters, I had initially planned to stay in the area so that alterations could be done - however my work at the last minute changed my travel plans. Carlotta shipped my final tailored suit home for me. Thanks again, if I'm ever in the area again I'd gladly visit again.

The wife and I took my mom out shopping for a new coat. Mom's closet was full of coats that were in style back in the 60s and 70s...and not in a cool, retro classic way. Since the Northside is the place with a Nordstrom, we made our way there on a Friday afternoon. While we were looking around, we were soon approached by a salesperson that was exceedingly patient and helpful. With her assistance, we found a nice, dressy, fashionable coat for my mom that she liked, looked good on her, and fortunately for my wallet, was on sale. It did require some alterations (unfortunately not free) since she's a very petite person, but they were willing to ship her coat to her for free when it was done (score!). Indianapolis definitely isn't a shopping mecca. Thankfully, there's still one Nordstrom in town at Keystone at the Crossing.

Nordstrom is a nice store for everything else except boys shoes (size 4 and up). Their selection is like 3-4 type of shoes and that's it. Rest is for infants or todlers or girls. I asked a sales woman to bring me a particular sandal. She brought 4 boxes with totally different styles telling me the one I wanted they did not have in size 4 (Youth). Why bother bringing me something I wasn't interested in?

I stopped in to the new Nordstrom after dinner one night to see what all the fuss was about. I had been a fan of the downtown store for a long time....admittedly mainly a fan of its cosmetics department because of the huge selection. The Fashion Mall store is very nice and sleek, but I wasn't bowled over - I didn't think the service held up to the legend that Nordstrom is known for and prides itself on. Case in point: we walked past at least three cosmetics counters "sans customers" before anybody greeted us. The woman who finally did was very pleasant and actually listened to my concerns and then spent a great deal of time showing me some products at the Kiehl's counter. Even though she wasn't right on target with my needs, her enthusiasm and professionalism made up for her missing the target initially. I would definitely return to see her again. Kudos: to the woman who helped me with the Kiehl's for all the samples she provided, I found a product in the batch that has totally won me over to the line - and it wasn't what I was originally looking for! Shame: to the woman who interrupted her associate whilst we were inquiring about whether or not this location would carry Annick Goutal fragrances in the future like the downtown location used to (or still does???) - really! you couldn't wait for her to finish with us??? Oh well, neither of these two had even heard of Annick Goutal :-(

So maybe the Fashion Mall was a bit disappointing (I expected a more glamorous mall) but my Nordies was as expected. Excellent, quick service (though a bit slower in shoes, but they were swamped). Reasonable prices when considering brands & quality. Over the top cleanliness. I took my sister here to buy her Christmas present and I was glad that the store met my expectations. If you like to buy higher end clothing & accessories, Nordstrom tends to be cost competitive with the rest of the bunch and I've never found one that didn't have the best service in the industry.

Very rude when comes to returns with out a receipt here!! I have been a customer for over 20 years and i have extensive credit with Nordstrom and trying to return a simple gift with tags over one year old I only received pennies for and the lady even mocked me and said it was only worth pennies! It felt insulting. This was the manager at the time who was called to do the return also. They are not the same store they were 20 years ago and this is reason their stock is so far down and they loose customers like myself and all my friends and family because we tell all our friends and so on....very sad for such an amazing store to go down hill. I shopped in AD center, Pentagon, Paramus, Shorthills, San Diego, and even Honolulu but not anymore!
