Nordstrom at King of Prussia is my go‑to when I want a nice shopping experience without the stress. The store is huge and super clean, with everything laid out so it’s easy to browse — clothes, shoes, beauty, and even home stuff all in one place. I love that they carry a mix of everyday brands and some higher‑end designers, so there’s something whether I’m just window‑shopping or hunting for a special outfit. The staff here are usually really helpful and not pushy at all, which I appreciate. I’ve gotten solid advice in beauty and shoes, and they’re quick to grab different sizes or styles to try on. Customer service at returns and the register is generally smooth. It’s a bit pricier than your average mall store, but the quality and service usually make it worth it for me. If I’m in KOP and need something nice — a work outfit, a gift, or just a great pair of boots — this Nordstrom is where I head.

This Nordstrom is very nice. I don't buy many things here, since a lot of their merchandise is rather expensive. But it is a very nice place to shop, especially during the holiday season. They decorate very nicely and I have gotten a few items here for Christmas, including a rather expensive glass ornament, but it was really nice. I especially like their Cafe.

I haven't been to K.O.P in years. Went to find moon boots for my daughter. She sat down and no one asked her for help. I told her to go find someone and they didn't have her size in any of the colors. Never was told they could order then or anything, so we left. Before 2019 Never, Never had that problem. They always asked if you needed help and if they didn't have your size they would look it up and give you a slip. SMH!! I don't know if my daughter just asked the wrong lady, but for some reason she was the only one on that side.

Never shopped there before but i wanted a better look so booked an appointment with a stylist. Three hours later i had many outfits all tailored to me. Not cheap! Don't go there if on a budget but everyone was very nice and I am very happy with the experience.

I've been shopping at this store, at this location for over 30 years. It's always the highest level of service! It's always spotless, easy to navigate and you're always greeted by a warm and friendly staff member. Thank you Nordstrom's for keeping the bar so high

This Nordtsrom is huge and very close to the parking garage. Just paek your car walk to the car. The maintenance of the store is perfect, The staff is very friendly to assist. The collection of the clothing and shoes which we were looking for at this visit is great.

I brought a dress for my daughter’s wedding. The dress was absolutely beautiful and the price was so reasonable. Before purchasing from Nordstrom, I had visited a number of bridal shops and wasn’t impressed with anything. What makes Nordstrom so special is the alteration service. They tailored a beautiful dress to my shape. I never received so many compliments in my life. I am very grateful for the amazing talents and kindness of the seamstress. Thank you so much!

5 Stars - Amazing Service from Ko-Shin at the Estée Lauder Counter! I had the best experience at the Nordstrom Estée Lauder counter thanks to Ko-Shin! I came in looking for a foundation, and she spent so much time helping me find the perfect shade. She was so enthusiastic, honest, funny, and clearly knows her products inside and out. She even recommended a few other items I hadn't planned on buying -- and I'm thrilled with every one of them! I left feeling confident and taken care of. Thank you, Ko-Shin, for your incredible service. Nordstrom is lucky to have you!

I went here today (I've been before but I bought something today) and I was so pleased with the service! I found cute dresses for a wedding I'm going to and it was nice to find a store that had a good selection of dresses that were actually cute. (Very expensive though but I guess that's to be expected at KOP mall) An employee named Jennifer helped me and she was so kind and supportive. She let me stay later to try on dresses and helped me find other sizes and kept checking in and asking how everything was. She was also bilingual which was very cool! We talked when I was checking out and it was nice to have good customer service which I find is becoming more rare in PA. Thank you Jennifer and Nordstrom for making my experience so pleasant and helping me find a dress to wear to the wedding!!

Parker in the men's clothing department was absolutely fantastic! I found a coat on sale that I really liked, but I noticed a tear in the inside pocket. Without hesitation, Parker offered to take it to Nordstrom's tailor to have it repaired. In just 30 minutes, it looked good as new! He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process, and I'm thrilled with my new coat. Exceptional service--thank you, Parker!

As a former Nordstrom employee at the Christiana location I often envied THIS Nordstrom because the selection here is sooooo much better. I also miss my discount but I can earn points in the Nordy Club faster, schedule my personal triple points day and get free alterations. I also got a Cyber Monday e-gift for making a purchase that day. Being a Nordstrom customer has benefits and of course the more you spend the better they get. The Level 4 customers got treated to a private shopping party complete with wine and champagne. (Not me, I'm still working on Level 2 lol) But as someone who has been on both sides of this company I can honestly say customer service is priority number one and no one does it better.

Here comes Black Friday day, usually open at six, opens at eight today. I'm upset. I'm aggravated. The normal black Friday shopping experiences have been ruined.

Jada in the Shoe Department is super friendly & helpful! She even went the extra mile in setting up shoes for me to try on.

Your associates are horrible. Where do you find the staff. I am certain Nordstrom will be the next chain to file bankruptcy. Most of the oroblem is because of staffing and the people you have already employed are idiots. Your quality of goods has diminished in addition to a poor selection.

5-stars goes to Jaclyn C, manager of the shoe dept but really putting out fires and helping all over the whole store! I live in Seattle and even at the flagship stores nobody went out of their way to help me track down an item I was looking for over the course of 6 weeks! I went in person to another WA Nordies and was equally disappointed that nobody was willing to go the extra mile to help a loyal customer order something that was hard to find. Once upon a time there was an incredible employee named Carla at the little Northgate location - store #2 (a location that is no more) and her star power did not go unnoticed. She was promoted up through the corporate chain and my favorite stylist was mine no more! I have yet to find another dedicated stylist/employee in all of the Nordstrom brand until Jaclyn in King of Prussia, PA! This professional gets the highest praise from me all the way out in WA state! Thank you for making your store shine in a sea of regular Nordies!

What can I say, it's Nordy! My favorite place to shop for higher end merchandise and clothing. Generally a positive shopping experience overall. Clean store, friendly staff and consistent store layout. A great return policy. You pay for what you get.

My wife and I came into Nordstrom to return a gift from her grandmother. Her grandmother places a big Christmas order each year for everyone with all gifts from Nordstrom. We typically return items in less than a few minutes and are on our way. We live around 40 minutes away from this KOP location. We came in to process the return with Kaleem M. in men's. We told him we had a return and he let out a groan. We gave him many, many pieces of information to process this return. Kaleem became increasingly frustrated, and shut down on us. He wouldn't tell us which information wouldn't work and what was. We apologized for the inconvenience multiple times to be met with not a single moment of eye contact, a kind gesture, a "no problem" nothing. As Kaleem's patience wears thin, he finally finds the correct return. He immediately processes it back to the original credit card. Even though it's a gift and we asked for it to be put on the gift card that we were holding out the entire time, he processed it and got angry that we asked him to perform a void after. After many more minutes of him struggling, he left without saying a word while muttering "this is going to be a lot more difficult than i expected." He walks a few aisles over, pretends to look for a manager and then returns saying " the manager is gone, I can't process this return without the manager, come back another time" we were absolutely appalled as we knew that was a lie right from the bat. A manager is not needed for a return and there's an MIC on each floor but thanks for the rudeness, hostility, impatience and dishonesty. He stared us down as we asked for the item back and the receipt. The first time we received eye contact. We went upstairs to TaMya in active and she processed the return within 2 minutes and was incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable. If you don't know what you are doing, just say so or ask for help. Sending us away is so rude. And laughable when two employees treat you in exact opposite ways. We will avoid the men's section in this store and Kaleem in general. He needs a lot of training in the POS system and customer service.

I made an appointment with Corey at Bobbie Brown before a big event. He was extremely professional, and did an amazing job! I have never looked so beautiful! I was running late, and was not able to review my skin and makeup choices, however, I will be back to purchase the products he suggested for me. Corey is an outstanding makeup artist and I recommend him for anyone looking to get a makeover. Nordstrom in King of Prussia is lucky to have him!!!

I returned, as promised, to get my Jo Malone! I tried to be loyal to Kimberly, who I had last time, but apparently she has left the company. I had the official Jo M rep this time, Natalie, and she was so sweet! She hooked me up with the GwP for Jo Malone, and the one from Nordstrom, which was a TON of samples from everywhere (Cartier, Bvlgari/Bulgari, Dior, Tory, Tiffany, YSL, Prada, etc.). Bought three large Jo Malone bottles, though two had to be ordered online because they were out of stock at KoP. OUT OF STOCK! I have never heard of that with a fragrance. It was annoying, but the free gifts softened the blow! I was able to order one of the two I still need, myself, but the third bottle is out of stock online as well as in store. Natalie told me to check back in 3 weeks. The ordered ones will be delivered to my door for free, though, which is great! Took a look at the Tom Ford this time, and Sarah helped us there. Both associates we had provided business cards so I could remember all the details when I go back. The Nordstrom piano man is officially gone. In his place, they had a lame holiday decor display. Boo! Security officers in uniform were VERY present, which definitely hampered my mood. I get why they're there on Dec 23, but it's not very merry to put you in a shopping spirit, feels oppressive. Thankfully, despite festive ornaments and decor everywhere, I did NOT hear cheesy Xmas music blaring in my ears, which was very nice. Parking lot was blocked off with gates and cones. We had to drive all though the green garage, the long way down by L&T, to get back around up to the Nordstrom lot, which was filled with empty spaces. WTH, Nordstrom? Very annoying. I joined the Nordy Club, and for all this recent shopping, I should be getting a "Nordstrom Note" which is a voucher store credit. You earn points no matter how you pay, so no obligation to a store card, which is nice! I will say that Nordstrom is way more of a big deal on the West coast, particularly in OR and WA, where I have family and friends. One of my college bfs was obsessed with the half-yearly sale, which is a BFD out there in Portland. My sister and BIL live and die by Nordstrom in Seattle. It's just not as fancy here, but it's still a very nice store. * * * UPDATE 1/2/19 * * * I neglected to mention that I wanted to smell Tom Ford scents as I never had before, but have heard a lot about them. I had just bought a bottle of Jo Malone for $185 + tax (not cheap), and had my bag in hand when I went to smell the TF. The associate spoke as though you can only wear one fragrance, or one brand. Who made that law? Weird. She quickly lost interest in my desire to be able to smell all they had on offer (and we never got to smell all we hoped to). I mentioned, laughing, that I like the neroli scents because they smell like Coppertone suntan lotion, and she acted appalled. Please. A.) This is a true fact if you have a nose to smell. B.) You are dealing with customers, period, and whoever that is, you should be grateful for their business. But especially in a luxury store, come on. C.) As a Yelp reviewer for the nearby Gucci store put it, "You work in a mall." I don't say that to judge, but rather to put it into perspective (as that reviewer intended it). All in all, the experience with Jo Malone, where I made my purchase, was overall positive, so I am happy with Nordstrom. I wish TF had been more friendly. I don't just wear ONE scent, nor just ONE brand!

Mary who worked the Dior desk was incredibly kind and patient and so so so polite and friendly. She told me and my friend her experience with products and was so patient in helping me find the ones I was looking for! Amazing customer service and made me feel so welcomed ~ will 100% be coming back

The staff is amazing I went with my son. Brian was awesome he was able to get my picky 15 year old son to get some awesome clothes. He even got me a glass of water . (He must know what a tired moms look like). Awesome clothes great customer service. Brian definitely made the difference. We will definitely be back to see him!

Went to buy a gift. Found a pair of leather gloves. Told to go to customer service for a gift box. Long line . No gift wrapping available. Such an expensive store should have better service during holiday shopping

Great store but the perfume department can be a little snooty and racist. I hate to say it but sorry . Poor customer service when it comes to people of color.

Today I was hung up on by Lucy in Lucy bridal department regarding the below text I received from them 3 days before my appointment that was booked months ago. Had I known about this I would have never committed to driving 2 hours with my entire bridal party. Called the customer service line and could not get a human so I called the store back and spoke to Scott Scott seemed to be unphased that I was hung up on by one of his employees. Nordstroms is one of my favorite stores and I'm a tad embarrassed to admit I've actually never been to this location (pretty much because of the dreaded drive up from the city). Today however, that changed. I had a great experience that will certainly determine how often I'm willing to schlep up here now! This location is quite large and has an awesome variety, much more so than my usual Cherry Hill store. I was super impressed with the childrens' department. They even sell some sleek looking strollers at this one. I also loved the Anthro displays and seasonal items up on the third floor. The lingerie and shoe departments were also quite impressive! Their Hanky Panky display was drool-worthy! Everyone in the shoe department was eager to help and were super friendly. Tony E. was especially helpful. He helped me pick out a killer pair of boots and I'm a pretty picky customer as I don't wear leather. He was super patient with me, checking labels and running around. Thanks, Tony! The store was super organized and very well stocked. You can sign up for their points rewards system even without being a card-holder! You get 1 point for every dollar you spend in turn, and a $20 'Nordstrom Note' for every $200. There are special events and pre-season shopping days exclusively for card-holders. Their anniversary sale in the summer is by far my favorite time to shop here. You can shop the fall collections before they're available to the public!! It's the best time for back to school shopping, if you ask me! *park in the green garage to enter at the bag then cosmetics departments!

Alexis in the Lingerie Department is my Fairy Bra Mother. She sized me right away, because I have ZERO clue what size I am. I've been sized at 32DD, 36E, 36D, 34DD....I have no clue except that 36E, a recent sizing in Europe, felt the best, most secure, least side boobish, uplifting, AND uplifting, because there is nothing more depressing than confronting my 40-year old sagging bust in the mirror AFTER putting my bra on, up until yesterday. Alexis aka Fairy Bra Mother to the rescue = side boob no more! Alexis sized me at around 32G/34F. I was skeptical at first, but both bras - a strapless Wacoal and a strapped Chantelle looked and felt divine as in the most divine I have ever felt trying on bras. I felt like a million dollars. The Wacoal felt super secure. I even did a quick jog in place, and my boobs hardly jiggled. The fit was seamless and lump-free, too -- no spillage anywhere. And don't get me started on the Chantelle number. Heaven. I felt Bardot sexy. Thank you, Alexis, for being the best Fairy Bra Mother a girl could ever ask for. Because of you, I will be able to wear tons of strapless dresses and tops this summer. Bibbity bobbity boo: I never have to step foot inside another Victoria Secret or Soma store again. These bras are well worth the price.

I really like Nordstrom. Especially the KOP location. Great sales staff. My only complaint is that this store went from nice organized and spacious sales floors to cluttered tables, shelves and hanging racks. It looks sloppy and it's hard to maneuver through the men's department.

This place has the best customer service of any department store I have ever shopped at especially if you use the concierge service. Pick ups and returns are no problem with the curb side service. Never have had problems returning items even without receipts. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products in the store. Pricey but worth it.

Nordstrom is always a terrific experience. During a recent visit, I was assisted in Men's by Boris T., who is a credit to the King of Prussia store. He is friendly and helpful, and importantly, he knows the clothing brands and selection in the KOP store. He offered suggestions for items I didn't know were available and had an excellent sense of brand style and fit - both important to me. Thanks for a perfect experience, Boris and Nordie's KOP!

I purchased a perfume from Le Labo, and did not realize the wrong label was printed onto my bottle until I got home. I have been trying to get in contact with someone that could assist me in fixing this, which led to me calling the store. I was transferred to the Le Labo extension in the store where I was then put on hold for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone in which I just decided to hang up. I am hoping I can get my problem resolved soon, highly disappointed.

I have been a long time Nordstrom client. Today I went to the lingerie department to return merchandise from two departments including undergarments. The woman indicated I had to go to customer service to return dresses which I did. (i have always been able to return at any department). After standing in line at CS, they suggested next time I could return items at any counter. I told them the clerk wouldn't allow me to return them. As annoying as that was, the restaurant was worse! No one was in the restaurant except us. They served warm wine and I asked for another class. The waitress never returned. I had to ask another employee to get her. I asked for another class. It took her FOREVER to bring it. I ordered a cookie for dessert and again it took eons to get. She was the worse server I have ever encountered. Never apologized and seemed annoyed. Never came back to check on us. Note to self. NEVER give a tip at the register when you order. Abysmal .

Ah how I enjoy shopping @ Nordstrom. I haven't bought too many clothes from there, I mean seriously $150-$250 for jeans? Who buys this stuff? But anyway. The shoe department is awesome. Great selection, decent prices, and a great staff. Extremely helpful without being pushy. And, if you wanna be all fancy dancy, you can get a great shoe shine. Besides the shoe department, I also buy a lot of my toiletries here. So far, they are the only place that carries my favorite pruducts by Theirry Mugler. They also carry the Anthony line of skin products for dudes. I use the algae facial cleanser and some great moisturizer. It's weird, I'm a dude, and dudes usually don't buy this sorta stuff. But they put a few samples in my bag one day and I was sold after the first time I used em'. Maybe it's because it made my face tingle. But I don't care. Ya gots ta take care of yourself right? The only problem I have with this Nordstrom is the cafe. It's not terrible mind you, but it's nothing compared to the Nordtrom I visit when I'm in San Diego. Our cafe here is just basic sandwiches. You can't get a hot pasta dish or chicken like they have @ the Mission Valley location. They also don't serve the to die for Chocolate Lava cake. Bring that in and a 5 star rating will be granted. The other good thing is if you wanna get some of the nicer duds on the cheap, you can head across the street to Nordstrom Rack. It's previous season stuff, but you know what? A great pair of jeans never goes out of style. Save some scratch and buy your denim there.

I was here yesterday; not as a shopper, but as a crazy girl trying to win sold out Jingle Ball tickets. The catch was that we had to try on at least one pair of Ugg boots in Nordstrom's shoe department to enter the contest. The guy who helped me, Mike, was extremely professional and courteous. He helped me figure out which kind I wanted to try on, without any pressure to buy. He also brought out other boots in my size he thought I would like to try on. Plus the black short Uggs with a double layer of Sherling were like having my feet encased by pillows. I wish I had $179 to spend just so I could feel like I walked on clouds daily!

Everyone here is always super friendly, especially in the shoe department. Every year or two I walk in, looking vaguely for shoes, and they always take the time to help me figure out what exactly I want and find it in an uncommon size (10.5). Additionally, the Encore (plus-size) section has gotten bigger, nicer, and trendier, which is always appreciated! I've been to other locations and haven't always had good luck with the shoe department or the Encore section. The cafe is also a tasty place to grab some food for a shopping break. My only "complaint" is that they don't seem to have the piano player anymore (or at least, they haven't been playing the past several times I've been at Nordstrom)... the piano player was one of my favorite things coming here when I was younger!

Nordstroms is a yearly experience for me. Karen in the plus department was my personal shopping assistant most of the hour I was there and she was very patient. I am tall and plus size so this is the place for me for jeans that fit. The only suggestion I have is to increase the floor size of the Women's Department. Yea, I am 55 but I'd like to be shopping in more than like 100 sq feet of selection and I'd like younger hipper styles like other department stores have. The petite department was at least 6 times larger in dimension and selection. Please pay attention to this Boomer demographic. You can't beat Norsdtroms for personalized service. TOP Notch! I am a fan.

Making a bridal appointment to look at bridesmaid dresses was easy peasy, with less than 7 days notice I was able to name my time and date for a private appointment. I sent our stylist my pinterest page full of Amsale, Jenny Yoo, and Monique Lhullier dresses. On the phone I was asked for my bridesmaids' shoe & dress sizes. I was also asked to describe what colors we were interested in, and what styles we definitely did not want to see. When we showed up for our appointment the bridal suite dressing room was full, so we were ushered to the regular fitting rooms. No biggie, but it was awkward and cramped. Turns out Nordstrom didn't have any Amsale dresses we requested, nor did they have the sizes we needed. When my size 6 wearing friend asked for shoes she was given a pair of black pumps several sizes too big (maybe an 8 or 9). It was also difficult to view the colorways each dress came in - the sales associate ended up bringing us her ipad to show us the options, but this sort of defeated the purpose of being in-store to see the dresses. After trying about three dresses, it was very clear only one of them might work. Unfortunately the Jenny Yoo dress we liked takes up to 4 months to order, and our orders would be final sale. Also a bummer? They didn't have any dresses or fabric swatches in the color we were interested in. With so little flexibility we were left with no choice but to leave empty handed. Honestly, the sales associate tried to be helpful, but my friends and I left wondering why we made the appointment in advance when they didn't have the styles, sizes, or colors we were interested in.

One of the best places to find shoes!! I LOVE their shoe department! Especially if they're having a sale. Nordstrom also has a great return policy, super easy, super quick. Service is always friendly and thorough. Other great departments are the handbags and cosmetics. Sometimes they have special makeup events and you can get great bundles, gifts and makeovers. Plus they usually have great parking. Definitely a fave!

Came here for a Scheduled appointment in the Bridal Dept. to search for my cousins wedding gown. We were Greeted by the trash mess first (please see photo). The appointment was similar. I echo the other yelpers experience. We were Not greeted, knew no ones name, and were basically told nothing would be available in time. When you're shopping for 10k dresses you deserve a 50k experience. Luckily, BHLD in Philadelphia was AMAZING. Top Notch treatment. Wine, water, and most importantly dedicated attention from our salesperson. GO THERE OR (frankly) ANYWHERE ELSE!! I'm pretty certain we only saw the back of the heavy set older sales woman at Nordstrom, whom was FAR more focused on her Frosty Starbucks than us. For an hour I assumed she was a customer as she leisurely sat at the desk. We had no idea, none, that she even worked there. How shameful to have that kind of service in a department that is retailing high end designer wedding dresses. I wonder if those designers would appreciate that low level of representation. I'd venture to say probably not. Shame on Nordstrom for allowing this to continue.... I just read through the rest of the reviews. Take Note, almost All of them are for the Bridal Department.

I went to Nordstrom's to return a pair of ugg boots that stretched out after wearing them about 12 times. This was the first time I been to the mall since Covid. I had the receipt and box and the manager came over said they are suppose to stretch out and I cannot take them back. I was not trying to get over on them. Their return policy is a bunch of bull so please do not believe them when they tell customers about their return policy. I have been shopping there for years nut never again. I am done. This is the 2nd time in 18 years I have ever brought back an item . Nordstrom's stop telling customers you take back returns.

I loooooove me some Nordstrom but found this particular location to be a little less cared-for than others. Sales racks weren't very well organized and no one came up to ask if I needed help with anything, which is unusual for Nordstrom. When I helped myself to a dressing room (again, no one to be found), the open rooms had piles of clothes and the room I ended up in wasn't super clean, either (I'm talking dried spills on the tables - ick). All that said, this location is the largest in the area and has a really great selection of clothes. The woman who rang me up was also very sweet. I am not a fan of driving out to KOP but when I am in the area for business I always make Nordstrom a stop.

Came to the watch counter and was greeted by Jade. Had purchased a Burberry watch for my husband and just brought it in for adjustments. It did take a little time for the adjustment as we waited I got to try two Burberry women's' watch. I am excited because I will come back to purchase the rose gold two tone Burberry watch for myself. So excited to come back and make my purchase. The store was packed and always beautiful as expected. Love love Nordstrom's.

Bridal Department very Dismissive. They obviously judge a book by it's cover. If you ever want to feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Women or just feel invisible take a stop in nordstrom's bridal department. My daughter's and I were not ignored by 1, or 2, but 3 sales associates! They felt kibitzing among each other was more important than nordstrom's customers. I approached one associate and asked if they had a particular gown that we found on nordstrom's website. She said "no we don't have that in the store." Then back to kibitzing with the other 2 biddies. I just gave her the perfect opportunity to ask if we needed any assistance and she blew it! Note there was not 1 other customer in the bridal department. This is Not the customer service that nordstrom's is known for. I find it appalling and extremely unprofessional This particular department definitely needs customer service training. Unfortunately for them we took our business online and spent $1800 on 2 bridesmaid gowns. Big loss Nordstrom's Bridal department. Your Commission just walked out the door. Thank God your online customer service is on point and extremely helpful. Can't wait to receive the gowns. Shame on you 3 Women! One should NEVER JUDGE a book by it's cover.

I actually have not met a sales person at this location that isn't SO nice and helpful!! I'm not even going to waste time writing departments, because every single one has fantastic sales people!

In the dresses department awesome customer service I mean from everyone that I encounter ! I met a number of 4 ladies sale associates , they all was wonderful . Nordstrom keep up the good work . The wedding department is breathtaking .

Let me start by saying that I do not shop often. As a man, I have very limited time to be able to go out and shop for clothes and shoes and other things. Over the last few years I have noticed that nordstroms associates are less engaged with their customers. Particularly I find that the customer service and of what Nordstrom has always been known for has been lacking. I buy several hundreds to thousands of dollars worth of clothing and shoes a year when I shop. To have my clothes altered and be told that they'll be ready in a week and three weeks later I have no phone call is simply unacceptable. Finding a department store has always been a difficult thing for most men. However I believe that Nordstrom found the right business model many years ago. Unfortunately the business model has changed customer service has lessened and I find myself getting more frustrated every time I go back.

I went to a Nordstrom for the first time ever very recently. Newly minted larger-than-expected bonus check in the bank, I decided it was time for a "treat yo'self" day and came here to invest in some really high quality, well made work wear items. Yes, I am a nerd because business casual is my idea of treating myself. I usually have this motto in life, which is that only suckers pay retail. But I guess I'm a sucker now because I totally disregarded the sale section and shopped to my heart's content! Carol was my lovely personal shopper and partner in crime for this endeavour. We browsed through the "Individualist" section for a while, picking out things to try and she got a sense of my style and what I needed from my workwear. While in the fitting room, Carol kept the new items flowing. I'm not exaggerating when I say I think I ended up trying on over 30 items without having to get re-dressed and go hunting myself! Shopping being thirsty work, she brought me some bottled water and happily brought size changes whenever I needed them. I felt so pampered and well looked-after that I will always plan my future shopping excursions for a Saturday when she's working. Carol gets me. I tried on several items I wouldn't have picked out myself that I ended up loving so much, they made the final cut. The hardest part of a successful shopping excursion is having to select the final purchases from a full slate of good options (super rare for me, I am the original fashion Goldilocks). That was really tough, especially since I didn't go in with a real budget in mind. I ultimately ended up with 4 dresses and 3 blouses that I absolutely love and required no alterations. A week later when I was preparing to wear my favourite blouse purchase I discovered a small mark on the ivory silk and a tiny pull in the fabric which I hadn't noticed before. I took it back in and they happily ordered a replacement to be sent to my home. The service here is really great. Carol even managed to sell me on opening a Nordstrom card. I have never, ever opened a store card before, but the rewards system with Nordstrom is particularly favourable and considering what I was spending that day, Carol made a solid case to make it my yearly "triple points" day so that in a week or two, I'll have $80 worth of Nordstrom certificates to use. Hello, summer vacation shopping!

What has happened to Nordstrom KOP?? The past few times I've shopped there the store has been crammed with racks full of discounted out-of-season items. Why not send all that stuff to Nordstrom Rack? I used to love shopping at Nordstrom for an exclusive shopping experience. They have fallen to the level of Macy's and other failing department stores. So disappointing... If I wanted to shop at TJ Maxx, I'd go there.

Welp, I'll start by saying I shop at this location quite frequently and I am happy with the sales people in general. However I am very disappointed in the service NOT received by the cosmetic department for a very special occasion I am attending this weekend. Now I'm aware of Covid restrictions and kept that in mind when calling but I'll just start out by saying the MUA Cory at the Bobbie Brown counter is just plain inconsiderate. I called about a month ago to schedule a make up appointment at MAC and was told the services are no longer available. I was ok with hanging up at that point and finding someplace else but Mr. Corey offered his services and booked me after he assured me he was well versed in all products and could use MAC products for my natural makeup look I was booking. I was very happy with the fact he had the date available and was willing to assist. I asked if he had any social media accounts so I could view his work but he said he didn't and would send me pics within the hour of us hanging up. No pics were ever sent but I ignored that cause I thought maybe he forgot. A few weeks go by and now we are 2 days prior to my event. I call the store to confirm cause he said he would give me a call a few day prior to my event to confirm. No call. So I do a courtesy call. He answers the phone and to my surprise When I announce who I was and just confirming since I didn't hear anything I get Dead silence. He then tells me he isn't in this weekend and that he asked someone to give me a call to reschedule and apparently they didn't. Plus he didn't have my number while he was out for a few days. In efforts to save face and before I could literally curse him out he says he may have someone who can do it but he would need to confirm. Right. No call back or anything. Now I'm pissed and have to scramble to find a MUA at the last minute. No sorry, no courtesy call back or nothing. Never will I ever visit or spend money in Nordstrom's makeup department ever again. This was so unprofessional and down right disrespectful. No way this should ever happen. I have no idea what Cory had going on but it's his responsibility to call his clients that he books if something changes. No lame excuses. He threw the cosmetic team under the bus instead of reachI got out to me himself. If I could call and get in touch with him at work he should have made sure HE CALLED ME TO CANCEL. I hope people see this and take heed. Not a good look at all

I came here back in April. Nordstrom is usually out of my price range, but I was really desperate for a good bra fitting with someone who knew what they were doing. Macy's and Victoria's Secret associates were not cutting it, and usually didn't even have my size. I took the long bus ride in from Philly, and went straight to Nordstrom. I was dreading the experience, because bra shopping is usually painful and fruitless for me. I went to the lingerie department and asked for a fitting. A young lady named Giselle helped me, and I still remember her name seven months later because she was so amazing! She asked me what type of bra I was looking for (everyday) and measured me. She was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable that I didn't feel judged about my old, misfitting bra, or feel uncomfortable about the intimate measuring process. If I remember correctly, she measured me as a 38DD, and then she went and looked for bras while I stayed in the dressing room. Already, this was way easier than shopping usually is. After I tried a few on, she realized I was actually a 36DDD. At Victoria's Secret or Macy's they usually just stick with what the measuring tape tells them, but Giselle realized there was more to the story. She kept bringing me more bras, and using my feedback on why they were wrong to pick new ones. Eventually we settled on the Natori Element, which fit correctly, gave me coverage, was supportive, and basically just perfect. I can't stress enough how amazing of an experience this was for me. Today I am on a yelp kick, writing a ton of reviews, but honestly I usually don't bother to give feedback to stores or write reviews or anything. However I was so impressed by Giselle that I emailed the store and told them how great she was. (And that they should give her a raise! haha) The store manager wrote me back the next day and said he would pass my message along to Giselle.

One sales person, named Nico Echevarria was rather insulting when he did not want to shake my hand when I first met as a customer to be shown clothing. He also kept texting on his phone while talking to me. That is pretty rude. Now, I just go there to try on pants, and then buy them online, just so I don't have to give any of those guys any commission.

I put some serious time in at Nordstrom's across the country when I was in my early 20's and worked in this store and one in California. For years before and after I worked there I have been a loyal and sometimes to frequent customer. A recent shopping trip with a friend reminded me why I love the store so much. We spent some time in the cosmetics department(which is where I spent my time when working there) and played around with a few things before going upstairs to look at dresses and suits. Everyone is so helpful and no one gave us the attitude that some other department stores must have as a requirement for hiring. My friend was able to find a beautiful suit and the woman who helped us ran all over the store finding shoes and proper sizes, all with a smile on her face. We stopped in the shoe department on our way out to ask a quick question. Although the department was packed with customers, one of the sales associates stopped between running to get something for a customer and answered our questions without making us feel rushed. Nordstrom is always my first stop when I head to the mall and that is due to the great service and the fact that I almost always can find what I am looking for!

I think this Nordstrom's shoe department is better than other locations. There was a lot of variety and they carry some higher end lines here. The sales professionals were very good. A gentleman named Erwin helped me locate two pairs of shoes throughout the Nordstrom's network AND price matched them to Bloomingdale's clearance sale price. And no charge for shipping and handling. Nordstrom's has won my loyalty due to the very high level of customer service!

Judy, in the designer bags section, is just about the sweetest customer service rep ever. She was attentive and helpful, with a perpetual warm smile. The actual selection is just okay but the service sets this location apart, for sure.

I AM SO UPSET! Just paid 450$ for Gucci dog tags right off of Nordstrom.com and the jewelry I received was so scratched up and damaged you would have thought they were from war! I am extremely upset and dissatisfied

The product selection at this Nordstrom is stellar. Especially for brands that other divisions only carry a small allotment of. The expanded The Rail section is great. However, I don't find the staff particularly nice or helpful, which is odd considering that is what Nordstrom is known for. For example, I can often shop around for about 30min before anyone approaches me. The shoe department is the greatest offender. Almost feels like they think I can't afford the merchandise.
