Beautiful store! Three levels of men’s clothing. Generous amounts of sock. Great selections. Lovely to stroll through. Clean. Friendly. Pleasant experience to walk through while visiting New York.

Everyone was incredibly rude. Upstairs sales person with the suit and glasses on top floor was the worst. Won’t shop here again. Was there Thursday 2pm. Bottom stairs nobody even talked to me. Just got dirty looks the whole time. All I heard was sales people complaining it’s slow and threatening to go to Hermes because of it. Smelt like weed in there

I visited this store today with my boyfriend and a friend to look at the perfume gift sets. The associate working there, who had short hair, kept watching and following us around. Every time I picked up an item, she would immediately come over to ask if we needed help. I politely said, “No thank you, we’re just looking,” but she continued to watch us closely. I also noticed that she didn’t treat other customers this way — even those who were opening boxes. When I asked for a price on one of the items, she made a face, took the product out of my hand, and walked away with it. She then stood off to the side, still watching us. The whole interaction made my friends and me feel uncomfortable and singled out. Based on how differently we were treated compared to others, it felt like the associate’s behavior may have been racially motivated. It was an upsetting and disappointing experience.

Great men's department. Be aware that the offerings are from the best designers and luxurious fashion houses available. The bar, tailor, and barbershop are a great addition to those who are shopping on the premises. Much thanks to the gents in the suit department for their assistance during my visit.

It is so fun to come in here and see all the holiday decorations, and and all the fantastic merchandise. I had such a good time going up and down the floors and seeing the fashions and shopping for some shoes such a fun and festive Nordstrom.

During my visit today, I approached the entrance carrying several items. An employee standing next to the door observed me but chose not to open it or offer assistance. While I don't expect special treatment, a simple gesture of help would have reflected better on the customer experience and the company's service standards. I hope the team can reinforce basic courtesy and attentiveness at the entrance. Thank you.

Best service ever from the shopping assistant Ivy, she spent hours with me picking out outfits and she has an amazing sense of style.
