I visited the perfume department yesterday and was assisted by Maya Yenenko. Honestly, I have never met a more knowledgeable and professional representative. She doesn’t try to convince you to buy a product—instead, she makes you truly enjoy the process of choosing the right perfume. It was a fantastic experience. We ended up selecting a Creed fragrance. Highly recommend Maya if you want a memorable and personalized shopping experience.

Not the same store it used to be. I used to come here for all of my beauty needs and now employees are just rude and unhelpful. Went to the Chanel counter to get some help with a product I know and love—I’ve been using it for years and I wanted to get a summer shade it in it but they don’t make one with my correct undertones. Called the Chanel customer service for help and they advised me to go in a get a sample of a lighter shade to mix with the darker shade I bought for the perfect match. Decided to come here and the sales associate was arguing with me over what my shade would be. She suggested a lighter shade and I told here it wouldn’t work because the lighter shade is my winter shade and the undertones don’t match. In the summer I get more of a golden overtone so I need a shade with a golden undertone. She refused to give me a sample of the lighter shade and told me that I’m wrong and that the lighter shade works for me. I’ve had such horrible experiences at this store for the past few months, this was my sign to spend my money elsewhere. I see now not all customers are welcome in this store.

Doesn't have as great selection as the Cherry Creek location. Also this location puts ALL perfumes and colognes together in one tiny section, really disliked it last time as I was trying to check out some of the more delicate fragrances but a man was filling the air with many strong colognes.

Purchased a Hart Schaffner Marx suit at Nordstrom. Rarely wore it because of remote work. Went to have it altered and Nordstrom couldn't do it in time. Then I took to a professional Taylor only to learn Nordstrom hacked the original alterations! Very expensive suit and look what the Taylor showed me. The Taylor can't alter it due to Nordstroms horrible alternations! Look at the cuts they made. Never buy a suit here! Mine is worthless now! I'm never buying at Nordstrom again.

I was talked into buying a very expensive pair of AG jeans here a couple years back on the promise that they were a lifelong purchase. I took amazing care of them and rarely wore them. The knee blew out last week and I brought them in to return given Nordstroms flexible policy and the sales pitch I was given when buying. The manager completely disregarded my request without considering the circumstances and vaguely referenced an unclear return policy. Stand behind your flagship products and your return policy, Nordstrom.

Janice to the rescue! I was on a Hail Mary of a mission- the coat I had ordered online was far too big which left me with only this afternoon to secure a replacement. Since this was after Black Friday, I had little hope. Janice confirmed that the coat I purchased online was too big but found the PERFECT one in the back. This one is longer and will keep me warmer in the Canadian winds. So thankful to Janice and her magic of finding "The One"

It's been almost 6 months since my last visit to Park Meadows Mall. I came to get a new cologne for men, MYSLF by Yves Saint Laurent. I have been using miniature testers I got at my gym, Denver Gym & Fitness in Denver. This cologne does not instantly cause a congested nose for me as most other colognes. It has a earthy floral scent but not overpowering. The men's cologne area is on the east side of the escalators near the east entrance. They have a large selection of products + other cosmetics. This cologne is unusual because the spray bottle is refillable. I got the smaller (2oz) bottle for $120 + tax. The top of the spray nozzle can be removed without breaking it. If you buy the larger bottle, you can transfer the cologne to your smaller spray size. There were two ladies providing small tabs of paper to spray colognes on to so you can smell them. They do not spray your wrist. I got Nordstroms Rewards for my purchase.

Typically, they have security following BIPOC people around the store. It is often hard to get assistance. They will follow you around like you're stealing but can't help you buy anything. Sad to see Denver, Colorado stores have not evolved and realized not only white people spend $. I like the store and selections overall but hate the bias and lack of service. I will say that it I bark loud enough I do get service in women's shoes. Most of the young men are helpful. I know you can do better and if not I can spend elsewhere.

Me and my husband went in today to upgrade our stroller and we were looking for a nuna Demi and getting a 360 car seat. There was an older lady who was there helping EVERYONE that was in the stroller area then eventually everyone that was there left and she did not even acknowledge us . We feel extremely discriminated because everyone there was white and we were the only Hispanics. I guess she thought we couldn't afford it but we will be going elsewhere to get our Nuna stroller nuna 360 car seat and even the nuna high chair. I do not recommend this Nordstrom.

I ordered 2 items from Nordstrom this year for my wife for Christmas. I usually go into the store but was not able this year. I got one sweater for $374 and a pair of slacks for $296. I was surprised to find that gift boxes were not included and they wanted $5 extra for each. I remember ordering the boxes but didn't receive them. When I called back to check, Crystal (Nordstrom rep on chat) said that boxes weren't ordered. Could have been my error somehow, but I remember being a little surprised when I had to pay extra but ordered anyway because I wanted my wife to know they came from Nordstroms. The items I ordered are nice but certainly not worth the significantly higher prices I paid for them, especially considering the pitiful customer service I received. I used to shop in Nordstrom's because I was impressed with the service. Now, the service is gone and the prices are exorbitant. Probably my last time shopping there.

I had spent my whole afternoon in the mall looking for a particular clothing item for a wedding and not a single place was able to help me until I got to Nordstrom's. My first thought as I walked in was "VEGAS BABY!" They had vibin' music on , the lighting was perfect and everything was delicious on the eyes. The cuts of fabric, the patterns & colors of the different clothing were absolutely perfect. Now , if you're on a dollar menu budget, you might need to save up for a splurge here. But if you're looking at getting your credit cards to the limit to get some vacation trip points , this is the spot to get yourself ready for said vacation! Everybody was delighted to help me , I literally said out loud "Macy's you lost me forever, Hellooooooo Nordstrom's!" Even the security guards were helping me shop. I very much enjoyed my visit.

The only saving grace of this store is Vicky, who checked me out. She was the only one that had a pleasant attitude and provided great customer service. I walked around the women's evening dress area for over an hour with eight dresses in my arms and not a single person asked if I needed help, assistance, or a dressing room even though at least four different workers passed me by. For a store that sells luxury items, the customer service should match.

Trying to find help in the cosmetic and jewelry department is nearly impossible. All I was told was my line was no longer available. which in all honesty is probably true. I wanted to look at some blush and I picked out one. But wasn't shown many options. We are visiting in our 20 hours away from this particular complex. I asked the young woman if I could have some samples and she said and I quote no we don't give out samples today on other days we do. I will never go back there. I went to Dillards and had an excellent experience.

We've been shopping at Nordstrom's for nearly three decades and have spent tens thousands of dollars here. One of the reasons for this is that Nordstrom lead me to believe that they will stand behind their product. I've purchased an $850 pair of Gucci sneakers for my child less than 10 months ago. These sneakers are falling apart and Nordstrom has refused to do anything about the situation. I've visited the Park Meadows shoe department last week and spoke with manager on duty by the name of Raisa. While she couldn't assist with either exchanging, refunding, or sending the item to Gucci for warranty repair, I was promised a phone call from the store manager to discuss options. This has not happened. Not only does Nordstrom no longer stand behind their product, they lack the common courtesy of decent customer service even on a Sr. Management level. I would not recommend shopping at Nordstrom, as stores such as Neiman Marcus and Saks provide the same products often at lower prices with absolutely superior customer service and guest experience.

You guys, whoever said "money doesn't buy happiness," has never tried on a fresh pair of skinny Mother jeans. This place is luxury... This specific location has some of the best shoppers and Inmon literally did my entire Christmas shopping- I would never have gotten it done without tons of stress and overspending... As with all Nordstrom locations, be ready to spend way too much. I now go to The Rack

Nordstrom is a good upscale mall anchor store. All three levels give you a wide array of high quality merchandise that you would come to expect from a high end retailer. I was looking for some dress casual clothing and some bedding and I found everything within reason. The store employees are friendly and able to assist you in what ever you are looking for. I now look and sleep in comfort thanks to Nordstrom.

Erick in the Men's suiting section is a dream!! We placed a pickup order this morning that hadn't been fulfilled for several hours. We decided to walk in and see if they had the suit jacket we needed. We came down the escalator and talked to one associate who directed us to another section. Eric saw us and had noticed we came in a few minutes earlier. He greeted us and asked how he could help. We showed him what we were looking for and he walked us right over, asked what size we needed, and immediately found it for us. Fit perfectly. He had us try on one more size and then rang us up. He also offered to call and cancel our pickup order on our behalf!! Very attentive and helpful. We were in and out in 20 minutes.

Recent visit to this Nordstrom was very disappointing. The store is barren in some departments and packed full of junk in others. Labels on most of the clothing are now low end. It appears they may be closing and are using this location as a discount/liquidation center. Very sad how this location has gone down hill since I last visited a couple years back.

I went to get some long overdue shoe shopping done today, visited Cherry Creek first and I'm not sure if it's something in the water there but all the stores I visited in there I didn't feel welcomed and my hard earned money didn't seem good enough, so I left and decided to go to Park Meadows. As I entered Nordstrom the atmosphere was completely different, friendly smiles, helpful staff and tons of new styles. I was assisted by Sebastian, very professional, extremely helpful and polite. He brought out a variety of colors and styles for me to try (more than I asked) and I did end up buying them. This entire process didn't even take fifteen minutes. Quick and efficient! Five stars and two thumbs up!

Worst customer experience in a Nordstrom today! Spent an hour shopping for an outfit on a very tight timeline. Took my 4 items to the register only to be told that the items I picked out were Anniversary items and I wasn't eligible to purchase them because I am not an Icon member. First off - nowhere in the store does it say you have to be an icon member to make a purchase - that is absurd, are you open for business or not? The second issue we had was a sales associate was extremely rude to us because she had to ring up the purchase and wasn't going to get credit for the commission as someone else helped us. This is not the first time I have had that particular experience in Nordstrom unfortunately. Not only did you waste our time, that we didn't have, you have lost 2 customers for life over your requirement to be an icon member to make a purchase. It would be one thing if this was made clear throughout the store but your sign that says "early cardmember access dates" doesn't tell me we can't purchase without being an icon member. Your rude sales associate was the icing on the cake. Once upon a time Nordstrom was known for their superior service but those days are gone. Unfortunate.

This is specifically for the Bobbi Brown make-up counter. I stopped by here while doing some other shopping in the store a few weeks back. I asked the store associate for an eyebrow pencil recommendation. She acted annoyed and impatient as I reviewed my options. When I decided what to purchase, she said she would put the item in a bag and ring me up. When I arrived home and emptied my bags I realized she put a completely different item in the bag (an eyeliner instead of brow pencil). I live almost an hour away so when I finally had time to go back today I spoke to a lady working the counter. She acted irritated, bothered and annoyed. No apology either. I wanted to try some additional make-up items while I was there and asked her opinion on several items regarding which colors looked best on me. Every time she said "it's just personal preference, everyone is different." I couldn't get an opinion or any type of answer on what she thought looked good. While I was deciding she stood there looking around in different directions with an impatience. Then when I decided, she checked and told me they were out of the item I wanted. If you've ever shopped in a store where the employees act like they are better than the customer, this is the vibe at the Bobbi Brown counter. When I got home today I went online and shopped my make-up with a different retail store. I won't shop my make-up at their counter again.

This was my first retail clothing experience since Covid started 5 months ago and, in typical Nordstrom fashion, they have their systems dialed in! You can place an online order and have store personnel bring it to your car or you can pick it up right inside the store entrance. I was in a time crunch for a new outfit so I actually tried on clothes that day. I asked the salesperson why the store had a rope across the door to the fitting rooms and she told me it was extra security to make sure no customers could slip in before each room was thoroughly cleaned after being used.

I love this beautiful, upscale department store. Nordstrom carries luxurious brands of makeup, handbags, shoes, and clothes, and their staff are extremely friendly and professional. It's sophisticated and stylish, but not as snooty as other stores. During the current pandemic, they are doing a marvelous job of enforcing social distancing, and providing hand sanitizer and masks to guests. I've always been a big fan of the Nordstrom coffee shop too. They offer excellent espresso and a good range of vegan and gluten-free snacks. Five stars all around!

This review is for the Charlotte Tilbury counter. We had an appointment scheduled at Charlotte tilbury for my teenage daughters make up for her pre quinceañera photo shoot. We were there on time and no one was at the make up counter. Someone from another makeup brand called the general manager to help us. The manager said no one was there to help us, apologized and took us to Laura mercier counter for makeup. The mua at Laura mercier said she doesn't do the style my daughter was looking for and told us we're better off waiting for the CT mua to come back from lunch. The manager never said the ct mua was at lunch she implied no one was there for the day. We decided to wait after the manager talks to the ct mua and said she would be there in 20 minutes. By the time the ct makeup artist arrived it was 45 minutes past our appointment. She started doing her eyes and my daughter loved her eye makeup. When she started doing her foundation it was so much darker than her skin tone and orange. We are Latinas and don't have orange undertones. She wiped off the makeup and put on a slightly lighter tone than the previous but still too dark and orange. She didn't try different colors until we approved she just started with the new color. The lighting at the new counter was terrible and she assured that it would be good for pictures. Once we're outside the makeup was way too dark. My daughter has beautiful olive skin and has a tan so she's darker but she didn't match her skin color and she didn't even need foundation. We received the photo proofs and the makeup is so much darker on her face and orange.We planned our day around the appointment time for makeup and photo shoot and do not appreciate the inconsideration for our time. It was not a "misunderstanding" like the Nordstrom manager and mua said. It was their mistake. I don't ever leave reviews but don't want someone else to have this terrible experience.

I like Nordstrom so much, but how to say today??? I just stepped out off Nordstrom at Park Meadow Mall. I bought some products that I really love. I stopped at Chanel's station and bought some stuff. The two ladies who work there not really nice to me at first but I did not care for them. However, after buying a product for a gift, I asked them for a bag because I do not want to put it in my bag. One lady told that they did not have a bag while they had a bunch of bags under the table. Then she ran around to take one for me and they both kept whispering and snickering at me. I feel really disappointed because of their attitude when a customer just asks for a bag. It's so rude.

My wife was racially profiled and asked to leave when she tried to make a return to Nordstrom. Wow! Never in my life did I think I would write this about Nordstrom. My wife is Hispanic and doesn't look like the regular customer. When she went to return some items she bought online. The salesclerk clearly didn't believe her and then made her go to customer service. At customer service, she was asked for ID, basically told that they didn't sell the stuff she was returning and was told to leave the store. I went back today with the exact same items and returned them with no questions asked. So, I asked to talk to the store manager and made them aware of what happened. Never in my life would I think that Nordstrom would have slipped to a this level of disdain. I will never again give my money to Nordstrom and my family has been shopping there for 30+ years. Never again. If anyone at Nordstrom reads this, consider investing in some sensitivity training and realize there are more colors than just white. If you are any color other than white, shop elsewhere because I have no confidence this will be fixed.

My girlfriend and I came in looking for a pair of heels for a wedding we're attending. We found a pair of Steve Maddens she liked, but the display was half a size too small. We stood there looking for someone to help us and made eye contact with, I think, six employees, two of which I even waved my hand at. One employee even looked at us while I was waving my hand and began talking to another employee and completely ignored us. Then, two ladies came into the section we were at and were just strolling and almost immediately had two employees stop by and ask if they needed help. We walked out right after that. If you feel like buying a style from this Nordstrom, take a picture of it and shop online for that item. You won't get any help in this store if you're not decked out from head to toe.

Decked out for the holidays, we were amused to see all the lively Christmas cheer and decorations on all floor levels of the "Nordy." Some positives from our experience was meeting a wonderful, patient and respectable man who worked at the men's leather handbags and suit department. Dressed in a snappy suit, bald and fine fella, who recommended my hubby and I, a nice store in downtown Denver for matching gloves! Aside from his interaction, we were dumbfounded that we couldn't find any elegant, women's black handbags and found absolutely nothing!! We were directed to level 1, but found crazy overpriced miniature handbags that couldn't fit any of my full size planners or folders!! The young lady working at this section was also very pleasant and nice and even wrote down the item number for a handbag that was $180.00. The nice fella from the men's department recommended Nordstrom Rack, that was across the street to us. Their online inventory was definitely stocked up on backpacks and purses of every filter and price range I was looking for, but it would be in my favor to try them on.

An online order went sideways with a few returns resulting. The park meadows location refused to take them back even though the items were tagged, the receipts were presented and the purchases were in the last 2 weeks. It was a big order for my spring wardrobe but Scott refused to actually help me return my items that didn't work out. (I kept 75% of the order and have only ever had one other return) I'm floored at how I was treated and will be cancelling my account.

5 Stars for just the number of shoes they have in stock + their great customer service. I am actually not a regular shopper at Nordstrom, but they have never failed me when I really need them! Today, I went shoe shopping for my husband. Deep breath :) First off he didn't want to shop and he has had major trouble in the past finding a good fit, but he needed good work shoes! I literally walked right in front of them two different times to see if I could get their attention but, they thought their conversation and socializing was way more important than helping a customer find an item. We did have a nice gentlemen finally approach us when we went back to the area with Open Edit. Eric did his best to make up for the lack of service by the men near the fitted suits and tuxes. Nice Nordstrom location with lots of parking and good selection, but staff isn't too helpful- I had a huge pile of clothes and nobody offered to start a fitting room or help me pick anything out. I was on a bit of a shopping spree, but didn't end up getting as much as I would have because the service wasn't good. Just moved from LA and needed a bunch of jackets, warm stuff, boots, layers, etc. I kept thinking, does anyone even work here? Oh well. I ended up ordering most of what I needed online.

You guys! Oh my gawd, Nordstrom in Park Meadows has this new "Curbside" pick up. Yes! I mean YAAAAS! How amazing is this? I ran out of my favorite perfume and mascara, bought it online and opt for store pick up and got my confirmation via curbside pickup. You have no idea how much this option can save me and other women a ton of money! I am having to watch my spending and only buying the necessities (Those are necessities). This curbside pickup just made my day! Also, imagine this during snow and cold days?! Every woman like myself who likes staying warm would love this so much. Good one Nordstrom, still making that sales when no one wants to get out of their house or car and deal with the hassle of parking. Not to mention, unnecessary spending! Bravo!!!

I'm a gal who loves thrift stores and finding stuff on the cheap. That being said, Nordstrom was never on my radar because I've found it to be a little hoity toy and too rich for my blood. But I'm getting married and can justify on spending some dough on a nice dress and Nordstrom was recommended to me not only because of their selection and service but because they do free alternations---sold! A lot of my coworkers said that the Park Meadows is far bigger than Cherry Creek so I made my way to the Park Meadows location on a Saturday morning and from beginning to end, the experience was top notch. Lucky for me I'm not looking for a traditional wedding dress but more of a fun dress. Larissa in the dress department helped me for a good hour and together we found some dresses (two of which I ended up buying because I couldn't make up my mind) perfect for the big day! I never knew that Nordstrom had such a wonderful dress selection, from fun and whimsical to classy and refined. I couldn't see myself coming here on the regular but the service at Nordstrom really knocked my socks off so I will definitely be back when I want to treat myself!

What can you say? It's Nordstrom - the people that invented and perfected high end retail. We love shopping at this location as it's in one of our favorite malls, Park Meadows. This Nordstrom is always clean, bright and well stocked. We have found staff to be very helpful in every department we have been in. Their restaurant is a nice option as well for a bite to eat.

I was looking at so many shops for a wedding dress, we had extra time so we thought we would stop bye nordstroms. Laura was helping us and suggested a dress off the rack.. I tried it on and it was the one! Only 320$! Laura stayed with us and helped us figure everything out. And then again the next day when we came back for everything. She was helpful, and figured out all my bridesmaid dresses as well which I was totally stuck on!! She is kind, thoughtful, efficient, and knows her stuff! We had such a great experience. Thanks Nordstrom!

Generally I have positive experiences in Nordstrom and today was different. Two associates, one named George, and the other whose name i didn't get, provided a poor customer experience. They were both indifferent toward my needs, seemed put off when I asked for help, and didn't attempt to add value or find out what I needed. I wanted to get a couple dress shirts but they were just lazy. I ended up doing my shopping online.

Worst customer service from the men's Dept. If you aren't willing to spend at least $1500 they can't be bothered. Yaki left us twice to help other customers, for about 7-10 minutes at a time. The second time we went in search of someone to answer a question. The second sales person, when asked where the Nordstrom's suits were told us they had been moved out of their department Men's Casual. No offer to help us find their location or introduce us to someone who could. Even King Sooper's employees offer to walk to the the aisle to help you find your item. Shame on the Men's Depart at Park Meadows. I am a level 4 shopper who has had an account since 1983, never have I been treated so rudely! Oh the manager apologized but that is their job to say that they are sorry. Why don't you try training your people better!

I can finally afford to shop here and I really enjoy it! I work with John Riley when I come in and he always takes care of me. I just text him before I'm coming in and then he's there to greet me. He's got a great eye for men's clothing both formal and causal. He's a friendly dude and he'll hook you up. This place is not cheap but between the service and quality/style of the clothing it is worth it if you can spare the coin.

Last weekend, my fiancé and I went to The BLK Tux for his measurements. I asked them if they could measure me. His response, "The ladies in the bridal suite would love to measure you." Upon arriving to the bridal suite the ladies were not warm or friendly. I told the lady what the gentlemen downstairs told me. She said, "Will you be buying a dress from us?" This lady wasn't interested in her task to be a decent customer representative! I told her no because I already purchased a vintage dress from Chicago but needed measurements to purchase my rehearsal dinner dress. She said, "No. I can't help you with that since your wedding dress isn't from here. I don't want to deal with the liability issue." These ladies weren't doing ANYTHING! I can't help but feel her service would have been warmer if I were a white woman with straight blonde or brunette hair. However, as a melanin rich woman with a white man...she couldn't handle it. Never going back.

Love this Nordstrom. Got my brows done by Yesenia at Anastasia salon and she did such an amazing job!! Anniversary sale is going on right now, I picked up a few items from women's clothing department and some makeup too. Got two pair of dress pants, both on sale, Hugo Boss and Lafayette. Also found a red blouse by Nordstrom Signature that fits so perfectly, even around the chest area. Anyways, I go to this location frequently, and it is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

Friendly staff and wonderful selection of high end fashion. Sometimes if you time it right you're able to get some decent deals on Men's shirts. The staff is attentive and friendly and will help you pick out an ensemble that compliments you and also within your budget

Absolutely best service hands down. Love their makeup/beauty. They are the *best* (yes I still love getting my Laura Mercier, and now just expanded to Philosophy.) I am so excited they price match where right now through Thursday (tomorrow, 12/17) a lot of beauty and perfume/cologne items are 10% off. Started getting Mens clothes there (no, not for me!) and really enjoyed our experience in that area too. Someday I will head to women's, but that will happen after my kids get out of college. :) I can't think of a better place to go then here. If you are looking for top notch service. Martin is fabulous, along with Melissa too.
