Nordstrom Rack

Ok if you are new to Rack here's how it works. Some of these goodies are from Nordstrom (many will have their original tags and then a new Rack tag) some are high end refurbished returns these are deals! And a lot are Nordstrom Rack purchases that are still a heck of a deal. I over heard some people thinking it was like Ross....no it is much nicer, and the quality generally better. You have 30 days to return and can return from Nordstrom online! Can you get a deal YES! Can you spend more for a pair of jeans than you expected also YES! Know your budget, and know the value of the item you're shopping for. There are deals to be had! But not everything is a deal! Have fun. So far this is a mid size currently well stcoked store. I look forward to shopping here frequently!

This store is a serious joke, the employees and managers stand around talking about everyone in the store instead of customer focused. Also if you don't fit in to childish click with these people you will not ever want to set foot inside their store. Management does not have it all together when managing. If you want to return to grade school this is the perfect place for drama filled days. This store caters only to minorities. The equality of the store is very poor.

Sort of a high class Ross or Marshall's. Better quality items here and there but with that comes more of a premium price.

Great selection of purses, jewelry and men’s clothing. Women’s clothing is hit or miss. But their hours are awful. You close at 7pm, and Sunday don’t open till noon, what the heck?! The ones in Denver have better stuff and stay open til 9. But glad we finally have one in Wichita!

Extremely rude staff and bad experience! I purchased full-price makeup product from Nordstrom online, and the Nordstrom return policy shows it can be returned to any local Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack store, and the exception is Fine Jewelry and designer items. This is the only one store located in Wichita, so I have to return my purchase here. However, the manager here, which is a short haircut woman(She said she’s the only one Manager here),She refused to follow the Nordstrom return policy and said she only follows Rack’s Policy! She behaved so rude! How could you make such a rude person be your manager?! I purchased from Nordstrom, Not from Rack! Should you follow the Nordstrom’s return policy?! Isn’t it a common sense?! Worst experience! Low quality service!

Disappointed that they didn’t have a big and tall section. The largest sizes were 2x

Love it!!! My favorite shoe, purse and clothing store.. Update(7/21)Horrible experience. The two young ladies at the dressing rooms last night were super unprofessional and immature. And after I was assisted by their supervisor.. and had to return to the area a 2nd time..their behavior continued right in front of him. I informed “him” and them that chatting and giggling with each other while a customer is waiting for assistance at your counter is totally unacceptable. And for them to be appalled that I actually addressed their behavior was even more concerning to me🤷🏽‍♀️. Management I hope you find a more respectful crew that isn’t just riding the time-clock.

Went for the grand opening! Product selection was excellent. Dressing room experience was phenomenal. The entire store looked so nice. Tons of designer brands. I had a great experience. Will be returning!

Not nearly as messy as similar concept stores I've visited. I was pleased to find several cute tops in my size in Adrianna Papell and Calvin Klein. Fitting rooms were clean and politely attended. Wish there had been a petite department.

Management stands around talking about people and do not work. The environment is terrible for shopping due to no customer interactions. I will never return to the store again.

Small Nordstrom discount store. It can be hit or miss but when it hits it is great! Purchased a timeless Ralph Lauren suit jacket for a fraction of retail. Good place to go if you just want to explore what's available vs shopping for something specific.

I was looking for a special dress with my daughter. We both found one, but I'm having a problem. Going to have to two see if it will work with a special pair of shoes. It's so beautiful really like it. Cost was good. My first visit, fascinated with the many choices.

Thought i was getting Tj max rewards account, turns out they signed me up a Tj max credit card and i didn't know until after the fact. Thanks morgan

Yes, although I prefer shopping at Nordstrom versus the Rack! However I did visit The Rack at Bradley Fair and was pleasantly pleased with the quality of merchandise in comparison to other Nordstrom Rack across U.S.! They had quality shoes that were decently priced as well as their clothing and jewelry! Their staff were excellent as well as extremely helpful! Which I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to witness the quality of professionalism was of such that mimicked Nordstrom! With that being said, I highly recommend shopping at the Rack!! Hopefully this tidbit was helpful! Again great place to shop until you drop!!
