Nordstrom Rack

. The manager today in store gave me such a hard time on pants I was returning because they had a little cut on them, even went back to look at camera to see if I purchased item. The pants didn’t have tags on it but I had receipt and you can look at pants to see they never been worn .. and she refused to return them after she did all the camera reviews to see if I purchased item.. she saw clearly I purchased item but said the pants didn’t have a buzzer on them.. and refused to return them .. 😡.. but saw where I purchased 189.00$ worth of clothes. Terrible unprofessional management treat customers like criminals!

It's small and has no deals. Two employees were standing right in front of the entrance, facing the door talking to each other. Did not say hi or knowledge us in any way.

I had a great time browsing, and checkout was a breeze! There were no long lines or wait times. Markia (I hope I'm spelling your name correctly, love) was cheerful and friendly—everything a sales representative should be—and did an excellent job of "selling" the Nordstrom rewards program to me without any pressure! Someone, please let her know what an awesome job she's doing! Everything else was great too! The store was clean, the music was at just the right volume, sales were clearly marked, and I left with a pair of the cutest shorts!

Great place to shop. They keep it clean, well organized, and great selection. Prices are great too. Dont why why ppl pay retail for the same stuff at the department stores.

My experience today was very upsetting. This location is one that I frequently visit, although for some reason today there was one employee up there by herself. I felt bad for her because the line was tremendously long and seemed never ending. Thanks to my receipt, my heart goes out to that worker Andrea. I will also be doing a survey talking about this situation. It made no sense how she was all alone with no help, I thought this place was supposed to be professionally organized with enough employees. Sadly, I see it is not. Your company owes her an apology.

Shopping is always a chance of what is in stock and what design and style fits you. The Rack at times is a little gold mine. There are constant sales and sometimes excellent deals. I shop Saks and hate online shopping I prefer to see and Try on before purchase. Great selections again it's a pop by often to see what's there most good things don't stay. But a great little bargain spot for Baton Rouge for sure

Black Friday!! Nordstrom had GREAT deals today! I got a $200 purse for $20, a pair of $90 boots for $5, and an adorable $30 baby outfit for $6. It was a little crowded, but associates had a nice flowing going at checkout. I didn't get the guy's name, but he was working handbags and he was friendly.

Management really needs to train their employees on customer service. If you don't like dealing with customers then why are you in this position? A customer in front of me was checking out and had a question and as soon as she walks off the 2 women at the desk are trash talking her in front of me. The lady that was checking me out had a personality of a wet mop. She didn't smile, she didn't make eye contact, she wasn't helpful and she had this nasty attitude. After that unpleasant experience I had to get back into line to purchase something else and this lady was no better! I can just imagine what these ladies had to say behind my back. It blows my mind how these women still have a job. They make Normstorm Rack look bad.

This store is very hit or miss. At times, I've found some great bargains on the clearance racks. I've grabbed new Brooks running shoes for half the price I would pay elsewhere. Other times, I've found nothing. The customer service is also hit or miss. There are most always staff chatting behind the checkout counter about their awful work schedules and how tired they are. I've experienced that on several occasions.

This is the first Nordstrom Rack that I've been to, and I walked in with high expectations. The store itself is great. Clean, organized, friendly employees. But I didn't find the price range for the women's clothing here to be right for my wallet. I found it to be very pricey, even with markdowns. Maybe it was a coincidence that everything I touched was expensive. Or maybe not. Sweater for $80? No thank you! ... But I do have to add that there was an impressive shoe selection. Nice, stylish, and durable footwear choices for both men and women.

I went to this location on my birthday last Wednesday looking for something to wear out to dinner that night and to ramp up my work wardrobe. When I was in the dressing room I was about to try on a pair of pants but happened to look down and see BLOOD in them. I was so disgusted that I just wanted to get out of there. I showed one of the women working the fitting rooms and she just said "oh okay" and did not do anything to rectify the situation. I am not sure if this is how the brand wants their customers to be treated when something this gross and potentially dangerous (considering I almost had someone else's bodily fluids on me) occurs. Extremely disappointed and turned off from this store.

I often order online and return in store, and i have never had a bad experience. staff are friendly and helpful, store is spacious and inviting to just walk around and search for a good deal. great size shoe section!

I've been to one or two other Nordstrom Racks in bigger cities, and was so excited that one opened in BR. I even drove from New Orleans to shop there. Was it worth it? Perhaps - I did find a deeply discounted, super-cute pair of booties. But other than that, I was a little unimpressed. Many of the racks seemed to be missing clothes - and there were hardly any smalls/mediums in comparison to larges/XLs. The purse section was SO SMALL and it felt more like a TJMaxx than the other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. Will I return? Sure, if I'm in the area, but I won't be making a trip specifically to this location again.

I live in New Orleans and I drive all the way to Baton Rouge to shop at this location! The employees are always friendly and helpful. Hats off to the Store Manager, keep up the awesome job!

Nordstrom was one of my first words as a child and after I moved to Louisiana and there weren't any I was devastated. I was so excited to hear about this Rack. I thought it be well worth the hour drive from New Orleans. However I was disappointed. The selection was horrible and the staff wasn't helpful at all. I always felt like Nordstrom's customer service policies extended to the Rack stores but that was not the case here.

I love Nordstrom Rack! I am super excited that Baton Rouge has one. You will love this place too, because they sell a lot of high quality merchandise. Some items are made for them, such as Nordstrom Rack dress shirts, but compared to the other outlet lines they are a better quality. You are looking at roughly 30-70% off of the original prices. Women trust me, this will become your FAVORITE store. The shoe section is out of this world! There is even a men section so they can browse while you shop. Trust me, I hit one in EVERY city I travel to. Start your Nordstrom Rack fund, because you will need it.

I am always excited to find a Rack in whatever city I'm visiting. Upon entering the store, I could hear the employees cackling before I could see them. This continued throughout my "shopping" experience. There were approximately 15 employees clustered about and not one asked if I needed help even though it was obvious I did. They acted put out. The clothing selection was dull. The clothes were in no particular size order unless it was a new grouping. Sad this store has the name Nordstrom attached to it!

Witnessed a young guy shoplifting last night. The clerk literally ran in the opposite direction then had the nerve to make a very sarcastic comment to me about not stopping him at the door... I could not believe it. The store had a very poor selection in my opinion and had a very small cosmetic section. Went there to look for toddler girl clothes to find only one or two racks. Not worth the trip.
