Nordstrom Rack

This store is surrounded by so many other commercial places like Macy’s, Ulta, DSW shoe, many restaurants. It is in a shopping complex which is a good thing. Staff are courteous and never crowded, no struggle to park, plenty of space to park. The store is good but they have a very few brands or varieties. For an example, Prada, Ray Ban, Michelle watches these are not available. I have been to the store several times for a sunglass purchase but I could not locate branded ones. Could not find tons of sales stuff either. That’s the negative but everything else is good.

Beautiful choice of everything. Fashionable clothes. Helpful staff. I enjoy buying here.

Outdated store for a norstrom rack. They didnt have many clothes that were XL. Also didnt have a good selection of dresses. The plus was that they have an amazing selection of shoes, especially women shoes 9 1/2 to size 11. Great selection of mens shoes as well.

Focused on shoes mostly but liked what I found. Good selection of various shirts, pants, shoes.

I never really go into Nordstrom Rack with an agenda or looking for anything in particular but I always end up finding something that I want to take home. I love their shoes, purse and jewelry selections. I've been seeing the alphabet necklaces around and found my initial while I was there. It's so cute! I'm not a huge fan of the style of clothes but every now and then, I'll find a gem.

Good store good clothes but sizes tend to be inconsistent

This store is a mediocre store.. they might have some good stuff every now and again. It’s always dirty in the store, the customer service is horrible! You have to watch out when you purchase the shoes I’ve been noticing a lot of switching old shoes for new ones leaving the old crusty dusty ones for us to buy! It’s disgusting!

I love to shop be it clothes or groceries, I enjoy shopping. I like to stop in here from time to time because you never know what you may find. Years ago I saw a pair of designer boots that I'm still kicking my for not getting. They have a good variety of competitively priced items but you will have to spend sometime looking through everything. The employees are always friendly and helpful even when I had to make a return. I would recommend this place, I don't always find what I need but when I do it's good!

The staff are great here. The selection is nice and we always grab snacks here when we don't want anything heavy.

I was excited when it was first announced that we would be getting a Nordstrom Rack. I've visited numerous times and I'm finally writing a review. The store has ample parking which is great. It's in a easily accessible area as we. The store is always neat and easy to navigate. The beauty section is by far my favorite. All of my brand name favs right in one location. The prices are great. I love stopping in whenever I'm in the area.

Overall 3 stars bc of good product and organized. 2 stars for customer service bc they do not greet you and sometimes have attitudes like they hate to do their job.

Love the value! Great service I always get designer clothing at low prices. I will be back!

Pleasantly Surprised (A Guy's Review) Yes, I was surprised at how much MENSWEAR is here at NR Memphis! Big selection of designer & "going out" shirts -TaylorByrd, Thomas Dean, Vineyard Vine, etc. The Nordstrom shirts look good, too. Some athletic wear and tons of designer jeans. Great shoe selection! I often don't have this many options in size 12. Most dress shoes were around $100. I was NOT surprised at the prices. Still pretty high and comparable to a department store clearance price. (Disclaimer: I'm pretty THRIFTY -but not Frugal. Well, maybe a little cheap.) If you look hard, you can find some hidden gems. I found TaylorBird Polos for only $11.92! Customer Service was excellent! There were workers everywhere willing to assist. Although the checkout line was long, it moved very fast. I came here on the day after their grand opening & NO -I didn't use the complimentary Valet Parking! Oh, and I managed to spend under $100! ...and that includes a new pair of shoes!!! Hope this helps!

Awesome shopping experience! I was nervous because I went during what I assumed would be a chaotic grand opening, but the Rack team did an incredible job. The opening began with breakfast and live music then doors opened at approximately 9AM. The Rack team greeted everyone at the door with cheers, water, and shopping bags. I walked in and was impressed by how well everything was being kept organized even with the large crowd. Their team walked around answering questions, helping with shopping, and making conversation. I couldn't believe how calm they all seemed with such a packed store! I normally don't like crowded shopping experiences but I felt completely at ease and spent a little over an hour in the store. If you love Urban Decay, Joe Fresh, Rebecca Minkoff, Nike, Puma, Tory Birch, lots of beauty and cosmetics options, perusing a wall of shoes that includes a luxury brands section, and scoring some good deals then this is the place for you!

Unlike other stores, they don't have many designer options. The few things they do have are intermingled with other pieces of clothing. It's unorganized and challenging to find specific brands. Also, the check out takes FOREVER. I'm currently on minute fifteen and there are still 4 people ahead of me.

Worst manager. I've spent alot of money at Nordstrom over the years and will never come back to the Memphis location. She wouldn't let me try anything on because "the fitting rooms are closed". Took my business to another establishment. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude. Terrible manager.

Shoutout to Ema E. She was so helpful like the most seamless return I've ever experienced in the great city of Memphis. She really really really deserves some recognition for how helpful she was.

Name brand shoes, jewelry, makeup, handbags, clothing. My favorite is shoe shopping because it's sorted by size. I go to the rack with my size and see 100 or more choices: Nike, adidas, Cole haan, Born, Franco Sarto, etc. then there is another section sorted the same way with higher end shoes like Tori Birch. There are great deals on makeup by Mac, Urban Decay and more. I got a few $89 tagged Kate Spade scarves for $13. By far my favorite place to shop in Memphis now.

There's absolutely nothing fancy about this place. I was actually at the grand opening and boy was it packed. Of course this is new to Memphis so everyone would try and clear the store out with purchases. I was disappointed for the most part because most items looked just like those in Macy, TJ maxx, and Dillards. The selection was limited and the customer service was horrible. So I decided to give this place another chance and nope not "gon" happen. Maybe I'll give it a third try in the future but it wouldn't be my first choice. Let's hope the third time is charmed. Any who don't let little ole me discourage those that are reading. Shop on. This is just may own opinion.

I bought a nice handbag here but the clothes are ridiculous. If you're out of your early 20s you're out of luck. Why not carry nice clothes for women instead of junk? Shoes are also difficult to shop.
