Dear Nordstrom Rack Management, We’ve been loyal customers at this location for over seven years and have always appreciated the quality and professionalism we’ve come to expect from your team. However, I feel compelled to share a recent disappointing experience. Well really multiple encounters with a specific employee. During our latest visit, we encountered an employee at the register named Laura C. Her attitude was dismissive and unkind, which is not what we’ve come to expect from your staff. While we don’t expect luxury service at Nordstrom Rack, basic courtesy and professionalism are non-negotiable. This experience was off-putting enough to make us reconsider returning, which is unfortunate given our long-standing loyalty. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

I wanted to share what a great experience my mom and I had at Nordstrom Rack on the morning of April 3. The associate at the register was kind, professional, and clearly enjoys working with people. He made us feel welcome and comfortable, which we really appreciated. We also had a positive interaction with the associate working in the fitting room area. She was so friendly and helpful. Everyone we spoke to that morning was genuinely pleasant and it made our visit really enjoyable!

I recently visited this Nordstrom Rack and was quite impressed with the store. It’s very clean and has a large selection of items to choose from. However, I did notice an issue with the pricing. Some items are marked as saving 51%, but when you check the original tag, there’s no actual savings. This was disappointing and something the store should address. Overall, it’s a nice store, but be cautious with the advertised discounts.

I recently went to pick up an online order i had placed and unfortunately the shoes i bought were too small, thankfully Jerome was kind enough to try and help me find them and even though we couldn’t initially find them online (i ordered from nordstrom not nordstrom rack, whoops!) he contacted me after to let me know they were available still on nordstrom if i really wanted them! I’m really grateful for him and everyone working there as they were kind and beyond helpful, thank you Jerome!

I was really surprised with the men's department. Best shoes 👞 collection I've ever seen. Innovative products!

Clean store. Great selection. Lots of parking. Good location. Restrooms clean too.

Stopped by during the end of December, I don't see what the fuss is about. If you're into expensive items at regular prices. You found your store!!

Located by Hwy 10, Nordstrom Rack is a great discount store for high end bargain shoppers. Part of the fun is browsing through the clothes to find that treasure.

Looked up womens formal dresses and drove to this store to find out it is a cheap clothing store like a Ross or Marshalls. No good formal dresses found - only inexpensive maxi shirts. Disappointed. I think false advertising ir miscategorization by Yelp.

Nordstrom rack is pretty much like other discount stores like TJ MAXX or Marshalls but they have nicer brands. I went there last time when I was looking for outfit for the company Christmas party and I could find a nice dress, Via Spiga shoes and accessories and they were all very good deal. Just be careful when you buy shoes there. Many of them tend to have scratches or spots. Although I like Tory Burch shoes and they have good selections of them but I still prefer to pay more and buy online.

Great place to shop and great customer service, employees are very helpful & soo nice, they have great merchandise absolutely love it :)

This particular rack is as good as it gets for this area Its not as big as the Nordstrom rack in Denver near the Cherry Creek mall or near South Coast Plaza mall in Costa Mesa, which is my personal favorite. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and overall friendliness of the employees. They carried all the regular brands that Nordstrom's carries such as Zella fitness wear which is comparable to Lululemon, Havianas, Nike, and Reef. It also had some little gems such as rag and bone boots, Swedish Hasbeens sandals, and Frye boots at amazing prices. I feel if more people shop here, this store will get more merchandise. I drove from Albuquerque to come here and I will definitely be back, if that says anything.

Agree with the rest. I'm from Dallas and we have like 5 Nordstroms there. None of them are as empty as this place. Almost NO suiting options, very little depth in brands. On the positive side you can AG jeans and True Religion for about $100 so that's a plus, and the shoes are decent. But overall doesn't measure up if you know what to expect from the Rack. I have to take into consideration that I have visited this place and every time I see a decline in product. It seems that they are not getting any attention at all and the product selection continues to get worse. It's a shame because I love the rack so much and El Paso needs something like this, but sadly it is not a good story.

You can't beat the shoes in this place! I truly love this place! Why? Well because I like high heel shoes but do not wish to pay and arm and A lake for them you can find great brands in the store for great prices I found a pair of Calvin Klein shoes for 5997 that is almost 50% of the savings I also found a pair of BCBG shoes for 39.99. The service is always awesome! Good location as well

I was really offended when I went in today. I don't live in El Paso, but my parents do and I was born and raised here. There's not really one amazing shopping location here. I'm used to shopping at the real Nordstrom's, Neiman Marcus, Barney, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Christian Louboutin, etc . Anywho I left my Prada glasses in Dc and it was really hot and sunny here so before I went to eat with my cousin I told her I needed glasses because I wanted to sit outside, so we went to The Rack. Well there wasn't anyone standing at the front by the glasses when I first came in and within mins of being there loss prevention came and stood right in the middle of the glasses while I was looking and every time I moved she was either looking at my every move or follow us until I told my cousin I don't know why she's over her staring and following us like I'm about to steal something. She then heard me and went to stand else where. Instead of just asking could she help me. Mind you I was walking around in Valentino shoes, a Gucci diaper bag and a 5 cart diamond wedding ring. Red flag I'm about to steal something??? Why the heck would I want to steal out Nordstrom's rack? Cause I'm black? The glasses i usually buy are $700-1000. Nobody wants to steal $79 glass lady!!!! Well then I proceeded to the baby section and while in route a nice associate asked me could he help me which he did and I ended up spending $600 in 5 items. I'll probably never come back just because of her. Don't let you not knowing who someone is or seeing color be the reason of how you treat them. She racial profiled the hell out of me.

I love their shoes for kids!! A lot of variety and they're very good brands. Very comfortable. They also usually have great sales on kids clothes. I've purchased shirts as low as $5. What I really like is the material. My kids love it.

I came from NE Ohio where we also have 2 Rack stores. This one is hands down the cleanest. It is smaller, but it is nice and open and organized. I haven't had luck finding anything for me at the store, but that's obviously a personal preference.

Not exactly sure what these people below were expecting, but I had a great time at this Rack. You have to understand that the Dallas market is much more afluent than El Paso, and with that, you cant expect the same high end designer brands and offerings in every store to be the same. I found an awesome Ben Sherman suit for $299 and several pairs of jeans you cant find anywhere else in the city. They even checked me out on a mobile checkout device of some kind. The store is nice looking, its a joke to say its equivalent to a Marshall's or Ross, thats just an asinine statement. Check it out and see for yourself, just keep an open mind unlike the people below. It's off price retail in El Paso, not midtown Manhattan.

I cannot agree more with the review below. This Nordstrom Rack is about the level of Marshalls. Worst one I've ever been to for sure. To top it off, snobby and rude sales associates add to the negative shopping experience I had here. Never shopping here again.

This is like the TJ Maxx of Nordstroms. You have to bring some patience and time to shop here. It has never been too crowded, yet the store always seems cluttered. If you have the time to rummage through the racks you can find some good "deals". Keep in mind these clothes are from Nordstrom which is pricey. You will probably pay more here than a Macy's but you will find more name brands here, Tory Birch, True Religion, AG,Stila Makeup

Love this store! Always find what i need and the employees are super sweet! Cant wait for my next visit to the store!:) great finds, you just gotta look!:)

Save yourself the trouble and just go to the outlet mall off transmountain. I've shopped at many different Nordstrom Rack locations and this one has to be the worst one I have seen. It is seriously lacking in inventory as well as any sorts of deals. Lastly the layout of the Fountains shopping center is terrible which only makes this place an even worse deal.
