Nordstrom Rack

Was in the store for almost 30 minutes and was not once asked for help. Wanted to try on glasses but the girl kept ignoring me and helping other people deliberately. I felt unwanted inside the store.

My first time at a Nordstrom store and visited this one. Was not impressed. Looked like a Ross or TJ Maxx. Was expecting a little more upscale for it being Nordstrom, even though it is a Nordstrom Rack. I bought a few things but the selection was your typical leftovers. One shirt I bought unraveled the bottom seam after 1 wash. Won't be going back.

Went on Thursday afternoon. The store was clean and associates were friendly. Merchandise was well organized. Got what I needed.

Not a fan... There was no service. And it seem like they wanted to avoid us versus help us

Shout to Taylor who waited on the phone got a very long time to help me get my giftcard working. Extremely curious and helpful, turned a bad experience into a good one.

2024 Update: Still a nice place to shop even with the off to school shopping rush the place still has plenty of stock available. Even better, this store becomes one of the few Nordstrom Rack stores with seating available. Well done! Nice place. And place for none shoppers to sit and wait. Free WiFi a big bonus.

How refeshing it is to go shopping in a store where help is but an isle away. We were looking for very specific items and got exactly what we were looking for. One of the managers personally guided us to an item we needed.

OMG the woman shoe selection is great right now 😍 if you need boots. They are haveing a great sale right now.

Nordstrom rack consistently provides quality merchandise for excellent prices. You might have to dig a bit to find your size at your price point, but you may just do a little dance of joy when you do.

I love the products Nordstrom sells, and it is great to get those products at a discount through Nordstrom Rack. Great deals! I love Lucky Brand jewelry, but not the prices... Nordstrom Rack ( and TJ Maxx) sometimes have that brand. The shoes , blouses and Calvin Klein bras and panties in the pajamas and lingerie section is my go to. They also sometimes have great household decor. I definitely suggest Nordstroms Rack.

Hey Y'all! Howdy and all that good stuff. I'm a True Nordstrom And Nordstrom Rack girl, it's in ma blood. I've shopped Nordstrom and the Rack for many years. Any city I venture off to can count on a drop in from me if there's a Rack (or Nordstrom). From Vegas to DC, Honolulu, Dallas, Boston, Novi, Denver, Phoenix, Houston... you get the picture. I'm hooked & am destined to experience great finds that I'll call 'tasteful treasures'. I must admit though that not all Racks are created equal. Some of course are better while others need help... ie: Vegas, Honolulu, Denver & Boston are lit & well worth the visit. I've even had to purchase an extra suitcase in Vegas And Honolulu. I since travel with an empty suitcase or two. It all depends on what area of the country you're in for the type of bags you'll leave with, but don't forget you can always have your purchase shipped home. Now to the store at hand, a recent visit to Tulsa (that area of the country) proved to be somewhat disappointing although I did capture a few finds for my clothing repertoire. The store was decent, but just not too appealing as far as merchandise. I guess it suits Oklahoma since it's country, but my expectation was more than what I bargained for. Don't get me wrong, country isn't bad. I happened to be on my stompin' ground and some of us country folk do like to kick it up a notch and be snazzy, jazzy and sexy when we strut our stuff (no shade to the Sooners). Post pandemic problems, maybe...Idk, but what I do know is Oklahoma City's Rack has been more consistent with items that were fire honey so I guess I'll have to mosey on back that way for ma treasures, just sayin'.

Big fan of having a Nordstrom Rack in town! This one is usually well stocked and always clean. The employees are friendly too. They have a great shoe selection and the prices are pretty fair for the brands. If you're tired of seeing the same brands at the mall, I recommend checking out what NR has to offer!!

I spent less than 10 minutes in this store. I was not impressed. There weren't very many people walking out with bags when I was walking in which was a perfect indication of what could be found in the store.

The checkout line went by really fast. Everything was actually really well organized and labeled. Good selection of everything mixed up. Cool nail polish colors and a lot of good makeup brands. I didn't get to check out the shoes but jackets and sweaters were abundant and priced extremely fair. Hope to be back here soon!

Absolutely love the range of stuff they have! Always do much fun coming in and seeing the new stuff. A little messy but I understand they are short staffed like everyone right now. Keep up the amazing work guys can't wait for your fall products to come in.

I'm a huge Nordstrom fan. Unfortunately I do not live near one, so I definitely came to this one when I was visiting Tulsa for the day. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Awesome, as always. That is one huge quality that sets Nordstrom apart from other stores. Even though this is "just" a Nordstrom Rack, it still is up to par with a regular Nordstrom. Super friendly and helpful employees. LAYOUT: This layout is very nice and easy to navigate. Everything was neat as well, no mess anywhere. The layout reminded me somewhat of an actual Nordstrom's. It was open, bright, organized and classy. PRODUCTS: Nordstrom's always has high quality clothes, shoes, accessories, home decor, etc. Classic and trendy items. This store has the same quality, but at a lesser price. Awesome! I wish I lived closer to one, but for the time being there is always online shopping! Haha.

This place has lost my business. Keep the shoddy, creaky shoes I tried to return with receipt in hand.

VERY long lines even if you're just returning. Every time I come it's bad. Make it more acceptable to make returns. Make it easier.

This store is completely different from those in So. Calif and Las Vegas as to quality of items and designer lines offered. Went to this store today and felt like I was shopping in a Kmart or WalMart. The store staff looks like they were rejects from other stores. Terrible excuse for a Nordstroms. One of the check out clerks told me she was from So. Calif and that this store never has any items that compare in quality to the stores in Calif. I guess I will be flying to Dallas or back to Las Vegas to do my shopping unless this store decides that citizens of Tulsa also deserve the higher quality items that Nordstroms offers in their other stores. This store's management also needs to teach all it's employees that customer's deserve to see well groomed and dressed store personnel.

How have I never gone to a Nordstrom rack before? I love bargains and my favorite store of all time for clothes is Buffalo Exchange. To my surprise, it wasn't too hard digging through Nordstrom Rack to find unique bargains... and it had never been worn before! The theme of the trip was to get Colin some new work clothes. There was an experienced tailor on staff who measured him (I didn't even know this existed) for his exact shirt size. Because of it, we found some great collared shirts that looked like they were made just for him. Best part? The shirts were half off MSRP. Holla! I'm glad we came when there was plenty of time to walk around. Otherwise I could seen the trip leaning on the overwhelming side. Not only are there tons of men's and women's clothing but shoes, kids, accessories and even shampoo is sold here!

I walked in and was greeted by a friendly employee. They had a very nice selection of costumes for kids and adults and the animatronic displays were really cool. My daughter needed a specific costume for her themed school dance and we found a really nice one. This place is great for kids and has plenty of space so they can play a little bit. Really good store!

I thought that Tulsa would be forever devoid of a Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack, so seeing this one open was a pleasant surprise. It is well organized and has a good-sized men's selection. The staff are very friendly and willing to help, which is great! I'm also thrilled that they actually have smaller sizes for more slender guys like me, so points all around for them!

Nordstrom brings brands Tulsa does not always see at a reasonable cost with its "closeout" type discount version of their department store chain. Like a lot of discount stores, "The Rack" will have phenomenal deals as well as some items that may still seem overpriced. You may have to dig a little, but it's neat and well organized so it's pretty easy to navigate. Menswear is not a large area, but this is probably the best shoe department for men in Tulsa. Most of the store is women's shoes and apparel but they also have home goods, beauty, purses and accessories departments. If you're looking for sunglasses this spring, they have a vast selection at a wide price range. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Be sure to ask if you can't find your size, they will order it from online or another store if available.

Went into Nordstrom rack, I have a serious medical condition where i am prevented from wearing a mask without passing out. THERE IS NO MASK MANDATE IN TULSA. Told the lady about my medical condition when asked if I had a mask, she still told me I was not allowed to shop there without a mask. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I rarely shop for clothes as most of my daily wear involves wearing suits and business fair. However, on my non working days, it's good to have some less casual things to wear, like shorts and collared shirts, which Nordstrom Rack offers at reasonable prices. Also a good place to get dress socks and ties.

They do a horrible job stocking inventory at this store. Completely empty mens shoe section and small selection of clothes in limited sizes. Also would like to point out my wife and I wore masks into the store as required, mine slid down a little and immediately after this happened the female security guard snuck up behind us and yelled in my ear that masks are required. Meanwhile the gentleman standing directly across from us had no mask on. What they lack in inventory they make up in diversity hiring and customer profiling. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Will not be returning to this establishment or supporting this company.

I have been meaning to try this store for a while now so I'm so glad I stopped by to look for a dress for an upcoming event I'm attending. Not only did I find the perfect dress, but I was also very impressed with the large selection and prices on very cute and some name brand items! The store is open and well organized with lots to choose from without seeming cluttered. The staff was very helpful and friendly. At least three different people asked me if I was finding everything all right. Started a rewards card so I'm sure I will be back soon to shop some more!

I love Nordstrom Rack!! They have high end merchandise at budget prices. My cousin and I visited today and we both scored some great deals. She picked out a few outfits and a new pair of shoes. I chose a pair of Skechers wedges, Kenneth Cole earrings, and a top. We were impressed by the amount of quality merchandise available. The store was well organized and the staff was very friendly. We will be back.

Paying hundreds of dollars on clothes is ridiculous, imo. Hello, Nordstrom Rack!! Although clothes here aren't as cheap as I would like, prices ARE reduced down. They have all the name brand clothes in a nicely organized, bright store.

It's a newer rack. Nice and clean. The clothing selection was a bit small but the purse and shoe selection was decent. Lots of parking and easy to find off the road.

Nordstrom Rack is bargain shopper's dream come true! I am at at Nordstrom Rack at least twice a month. They have all the great brands; Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Micheal Kors, True Religion, Marc Jacobs, Nike, etc. Recent purchases include: my new favorite pair of Micheal Kors sunglasses, a navy blue Tory Burch iPad case, black Tory Burch flip flops, and great work blouses. The women's department is the large middle section of the store, while kid's and men's make up the sides. My favorite departments, purses, shoes, and jewelry, are always stocked with great stuff at tremendous prices. There is a small home section, with towels and linens. Also, the beauty section includes nice hair and make-up products. This is a great place to go for dresses and work clothes, as well as nice jeans and weekend attire. However, you will have to "shop hard." You will need to explore the store to find the perfect items. So, give yourself at least 2 hours (although I could spend all day!). Avoid the mall and go to the Rack. Come prepared to shop!

In general this store is very clean and fresh, with cool music. I like variety of shoes. For men this is a paradise - many nice clothes and accessories, but for women.... Eeeh... I walked through racks 2-3 times and didn't find a single thing that was worth buying. I guess all the good stuff gets sold out fast, maybe. Accessories for women lack variety too. But hey - all men in Tulsa should shop here! And Yvonne - she is working here on site, can tailor your suit perfectly!

So glad we have a nordstrom rack in Tulsa now! I love their selection of cosmetics, shoes, and handbags. I always love shopping here.

I can always find just the right thing here! Great deals on all the top lines I love. Love the speedy check out at the kiosk around the store.

Does anyone know when NR does their Markdowns? I'm trying to find out when is the best time to get more bang for my buck at NR Tulsa.
