"The $50 sparrow ballet flats from Band of the Free are a no-brainer for traveling fashionistas on a budget. The silky flats are almost identical to real ballerina slippers and even come in a dusty rose color for those looking to take the balletcore trend to the next level. The soft-soled shoes offer little support, but they’re extremely packable and comfortable enough for a night out."

Google
Amazing prices and so much fashion. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

for a seed

I recently visited this store and had a terrible experience that I feel compelled to share. I went in to grab a pair of sunglasses. On the way to check out, we picked up two small snacks for around $10, which is quite a bit for just two small smart sweets. These snacks were prominently displayed at the checkout, so I thought nothing of it. However, as soon as we opened the snacks while still in the store (walking out), we discovered they were expired! We immediately walked back to the register to address the issue, hoping for a simple return or exchange. The cashier informed us that they couldn't accept the return because it was food. I fully understand that food items can be tricky to handle, but it’s unacceptable to be selling expired products in the first place! Ten dollars for two small snacks is already steep, and to find out they were outdated is just wrong. If management happens to read this, please take note: ensure your snacks are not expired before putting them on display. It's a basic expectation for any store, and it seems to be lacking here. This is definitely not the level of service I would associate with Nordstrom standards. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Google
Grabbed 2 boxes of shoes because the box said $60 each. Went to the register and was told the total is $220. I asked why such an increase and the cashier (definitely not her fault though!) said they reuse the same boxes for shoes. I told her just keep ‘em and walked out. Never spent $1 at this place and never will. I know being a big corporation I won’t matter, but this is my personal experience. Double check your prices before you go to buy, I guess.

Google
Excellent place with lots of deals. It is so clean and today this is so important. There is so many nice items to purchase. Check this place out if you haven't yet. Got me some nice Red Adidas slip on flips.

Google
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered glasses three weeks ago and had the order shipped to the store. Upon receiving it and getting home, to my surprise it was an empty box. Okay, I was refunded. Returned home and reordered the same glasses, this time to be shipped to my residence. To my surprise, another empty box. Unbelievable! How could this happen twice? I'm very disappointed. Nordstrom once had the best customer service and this has never happened before. I'm very disappointed!

Google
Clothes are decent enough, but every pair of shoes I’ve gotten there have literally fallen apart within a couple months. The new white sneakers I got have started splitting apart at the rubber sole and the “leather” destroyed by cracks.

Google
Lots of sales here. The staff was very busy at the register doing something other than helping customers. The store looked like K-Mart after a blue light special, with clothing piled and thrown everywhere. My vision of Nordstrom was much different than this. I'm sure we will shop there again but I hope they will upgrade their look inside someday .

Google
I wasn’t impressed by this place at all. Everything looked so cheap. I felt like I was at a Ross.

Yelp
Nice store, friendly employees and good selection. Prices aren't as low as they should be considering this is basically a slightly upscale TJ maxx or Ross dress for less. Was so excited to see Clinique products last time. No discounts. Not worth buying since I can walk down your Macys for a full selection and they always have gift bags. Clothes are okay. Not worth the prices. They had nice black DKNY pants marked down to $50. Good name, good brand, would have considered since I was wearing the exact same pants and I love them. But the pair I had on? Costco $16.99 so Nordstrom Rack thinks $50 is a deal. Bring back the better jewelry and makeup deals and get some better name brand purses in. Haven't seen anything that's really high end there since pre Covid. Kate Spade, Coach, even Michael Kors. Bring them in at a discount and make it worth it. You don't see anyone buying. Make the prices better and we'll buy

Yelp
Bargain shoppers paradise! Racks upon racks of clothing and shoes to look through. Great prices. Long lines at check out but multiple registers. I would shop here again.

Robert S.

Yelp
Nordstrom Rack is one of those places, that if you have the time, you can find great stuff on their racks. The store is huge, so going through all the deals can be tiring and time consuming, but if you have the time, some great deals can be found. I spent some time in here and found some really cool long sleeve shirts for not a lot of money....they were renowned brand names so I knew the quality was going to be good. There were not many employees around the store and many of the registers were closed, so I had to find one that was open. Still a great place to shop.

Steve Y.

Yelp
This is a clean and well organized store. The employees are friendly. Betsy was upbeat and hospitable - genuine. Thank you for a great experience!

Kristen S.

Yelp
The best shoe selection! My husband is a size 15/16 foot and we almost always find a pair of sneakers or shoes for him. Women's shoes are great too. Their after holiday sales is always a time to find discounted seasonal items. Has its own entrance from parking lot and parking is always plentiful on this side of the mall.

Ken A.

Yelp
Closest store to us, so we were in the area and made it a point to cover here. Good bargains along the walls. Seemed to have a good variety of clothes and other items. All in all a nice shopping experience.

Judd Z.

Yelp
Great selection of men's and women's clothing! Great values Planning on return visit very soon

Ashlee M.

Yelp
When they first opened this Nordstrom Rack it was amazing! Now it's basically a glorified Tj Maxx. What happened to brands like Tory Burch and Vince? I barely see either of them in here anymore and it's genuinely disappointed. They have a ton of Michael Kors making it basically a nicer Burlington! I purchased a pair of basically "no-name" shoes for $60 today- not cheap and they had rhinestones and beading throughout- but I have a feeling these will not stay and will end up falling off. I might end up returning them- just don't understand the price point. Yes they were embellished booties just not sure if they are worth what I paid! Upon checkout there was about 7-10 people in line and only ONE person ringing. Since Nordstrom closed at Providence Place - this is the closest I have come to a "replacement" and their doing a lousy job. However store is neat and not a mess- which is a plus. Bathrooms are clean as well! 4 stars - for a store I'd normally give 5 stars too. A bit disappointed!

Jason B.

Yelp
Employees were friendly and the store was clean and easily navigable. The 'deals' did not seem that great. Worth another look down the road, but I didn't think it was anything special.

Leah S.

Yelp
Man I love this store. Almost every time I come here, I find something awesome. It's a drive from Newport, but it's all I've got. I have always been a huge Rack fan because I love the uncertainty of what you might find and what deals might be hiding around the next corner. Also I am a sucker for a good deal, and good deals are to be found here! On my most recent visit, they had an entire rack of Vineyard Vines and Brooks Brothers and I was able to find so many beautiful things for my better half. They also have a lot of Ted Baker at times, and those three brands are what hubby wears best, so they are a steal of a deal. Being a tall person, I find that the Rack tends to have things that the regular stored maybe can't move as well, and I benefit from the extended lengths that others cant fit into. They also have awesome shoe selections, home and bedding, and accessories galore. It's true, you never know what you're going to find, what the price might be, and if you leave it, you probably won't see it again. That said, when you do find that perfect item at that hugely discounted price, the win will speak for itself! Parking is plentiful, lines can be long and take awhile, but the savings are worth it in my opinion.

Amanda B.

Yelp
I have to give Nordstrom's as a company the lowest star. Their entire business has gone downhill. They used to have great customer service and return policy. Now both of those things are trash. They sent me an order completely missing one item. I told them to please send out the missing item as I need it, instead I was told they don't do that. I'll get a refund in a week. So now I have to wait a week and REBUY the item, hoping it's still in stock?! No wonder the providence place mall store went out of business. Unfortunately the refund is a credit so I must shop their once more but afterwards that is it. Never again.

Margie S.

Yelp
I have to say there really wasn't anything that was eye appealing. I've been here twice. The only thing I can relay to other shoppers that it's been disappointing. I was hoping to find holiday gifts at a reasonable price since I love Nordstroms, but sadly no:(. There was one thing that I liked . The leggings I especially like and have a hard time finding the specific style was there!! That was a happy find for me. The store itself is neatly kept and the parking area is easy to get in and out of the mall so you don't have to go through the mall itself. That's about all I can share on this Visit it yourself and compare other reviews. Good luck.

Steven K.

Yelp
I just placed an order on their website. I was promised a first time ten percent discount. I called customer service she had me on hold for thirty min the supervisor who I could not hear Refused to. Help avoid this crap.

Jess N.

Yelp
How is it that you order online and it's already paid and they can't help you once you get here. They make you go back on line. Horrible customer service and the sales rep was very rude.

Jean D.

Yelp
I really like this store. Tons of shoes, lots of sizes and colors in Womens apparel, handbags, cosmetics, oat are well discounted. Lots of room, neat store and dressing rooms.

Bill S.

Yelp
I'm on a timetable, I had a pile of underwear & socks that I thought I packed up. When I got to my hotel room in Rhode Island and unpacked, I noticed my undies were missing. What the heck?? I call my wife and she said, oh yeah I left them on the side of the bed. Go to Target and buy some more? Yeah.... I'm gonna pass thankyouverymuch. Do they have Outlet malls here? I do a quick Yelp search (Love Yelp) and sure enough, I find a Nordstrom Rack in the local mall. Sold! Nordstrom Rack, they have many high end brands on sale. I bought a 3 pack of Penguin brand undies as well as some socks and I'm on my way. The Mens department seemed smaller than the Nordstrom Rack store by me in Long Island. If your looking high end clothing at a discounted price, Nordstrom Rack!

Stephen C.

Yelp
Much of my wardrobe comes from Ted Baker and I normally don't want to drive up to Newbury Street in Boston each time for one or two shirts. This is where Nordstrom Rack really shines. Sometimes TJ Maxx or Marshalls get's kind of stale with what they have to offer and Nordstrom Rack offers a nice selection. Staff is generally very nice and helpful, the store has a huge selection of shoes, coats, shirts, slacks, belts, ties etc. The deals are fantastic and I usually find myself stopping here every so often just to see what I can find.

Yan L.

Yelp
The employ here are very friendly. But i didn't enjoy shopping this place at all. Feel so boring my first time visit here and will not go back again.

Yelp
I fell in love with Nordstrom Rack in New York City. That was my first taste. And I kept returning for more. Some of my favorite fashions were purchased at the NYC location, so when I saw that a Nordstrom Rack was opening at the Warwick Mall I was extremely ecstatic! On opening day, I visited the store with crowds of others, taking in the gorgeous fashions the store had to offer. Considering the amount of people who had flocked to the store, I think the staff did a fantastic job helping customers. I was really impressed that they allow customers to pay for their purchases anywhere around the store where a staff member can ring them up on a small handheld computer and scanner. Your receipt is then emailed to you. This saves time waiting in a single line (and saves paper!) and was so convenient since many of these special staff members were throughout the store at all times. It was so easy to flag one down when I was ready to check out. As with any Nordstrom Rack, the prices are a huge savings, but sometimes can still be pricey depending on the original price of the garments. It's definitely more expensive than a Burlington Coat Factory, but the clothes are generally nicer too! I have found my new local go-to spot for getting great deals on designer clothing. At the opening I made off with a nearly $300 BCBG cocktail dress for under $40. Now that's a bargain! Can't wait to see what I discover next :)

Emily S.

Yelp
This Nordstrom Rack has a great selection of items and wonderful customer service. I can't wait to go back once it's safe to do so.

JLynn C.

Yelp
I was excited to shop at Nordstrom rack when I heard it was coming to WW Mall. I went in and was totally disappointed!! It was wicked ghetto it was set up horribly, they had some name brands but all garbage that no one else wanted apparently. The prices weren't that good and overall it just sucked. I think TJ Maxx has more to offer to be honest. I don't see any reason to go back here. EVER.

Allison R.

Yelp
Shoes. Let's get some shoes. SHOES.... So, the most bountiful department here is the women's shoes. Clothing is so so, probably could use a store with a bigger footprint but they made it count where nordstroms is known for, their footwear. Timberland ballet flats for $25, Cole Han patent leather flats for $30. Toms, docs, lost of other brands I would buy in an instance at great prices

Gerald M.

Yelp
I really wish they would have a special checkout line for online returns. It's painful to wait in line when most people are returning items they purched online. Most of the orders are multiple items that need to be tagged and put in a separate bin. I'm in line now. Irritating.

Alexis M.

Yelp
I had bought a pair of slides from here and not even a week later they had fallen apart. I had only worn them twice and when I brought them back WITH THE RECIPT AND TAGS INCLUDED the manager denied it because "she had never seen a shoe break like this before". So if anybody has worn their shoes even once and they break well then your out luck because they will not give you any sort of refund wether it be store credit or cash. We were completely turned away with no remorse and will never be returning to Nordstrom rack in the Warwick Mall! Wish I could put half a star or even no stars for the way I was treated.

Yelp
Homegirls beliefs, character, wit and attitude can be accurately surveyed through my #ootd. If it's rainy, homegirl may try a brighter hue to liven up the spirits of strangers without having to say a word. On a hot day I'll go with an "old Hollywood glam" because humidity will prove powerless against my curled bouncing tresses. And if it's a chilly Sunday morning I'll head to church with same sky high leather boots whose cognac color perfectly accentuates the wash of my denim. And on Sunday's homegirl wears bedazzled denim-because the Angels ain't gotta be the only ones to glimmer. My search for that perfect pair of bootcut, bedazzled, well fitting denim was on. I tossed and turned during the nights anxious that my criteria for jeans would be too extensive for minds to comprehend. Alas I had been wanting to believe in Nordstroms Rack but had been shot down too many times by their competitors. But homegirl had to do what was right and give them a fair chance. I whisked through their isles knowing what I wanted and there on a sale rack, fifteen paces ahead, hung about 4 quality pairs of denim homegirl approved of. Me and goldilocks had more than fabulous hair in common while in the dressing room. Too big. Too small! Too hot. (Even homegirl must turn it down). But then I found them. Diamond emblazoned, boot wearin, wash and fade to my liking and ready for homegirl to dance the night away in them. So fine all mine. And while about 70% of the store is still hiked up shenanigans my jeans had been marked down to $30. $nap.

Kristi L.

Yelp
Thank you Nordstrom for bringing Rack to us. From the bottom of my heart...thank you! What a great store for those who love Nordstrom but don't love their price tags. Granted this place is not cheap, but it's certainly more reasonable than what you'd find at the mothership. The store is brand spankin' new and with that, it's very clean and pretty well organized. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and though I somewhat expect that to diminish with time, it's still an appreciated aspect of the shopping experience.

Christian V.

Yelp
Nordstrom Rack is Nordstrom's cheaper little brother. It's where they send their off-season overstock as well as some store brands. If you search online, you will find some tips on how to spot the difference because it's that simple difference that will make your experience either positive or not. Why? Well, here's the thing: Out-of-season stuff from Nordstrom will be reasonably priced but the stuff made specifically for Nordstrom Rack will be MUCH more affordable (read: Department store quality, Marshalls price). Otherwise, it's a regular department store chain. Service is pretty attentive because they have hired enough people to tend to the amount of patrons they get. I'd recommend during one time of the year, Tax Refund time. You know, when you have a little bit more money lining your pockets. Otherwise, it's just a Nordstrom but a few dollars less. If that's your deal, go for it!

Laura M.

Yelp
I have been in 3 or 4 times since they've opened, and each time I left there disappointed and deflated. I went in again yesterday, hoping to find a pair of jeans. Their selection of women's jeans (and women's section in general) is just pitiful, if you're not looking for a pair of skinny jeans, which in my opinion are pretty awful. The men's jeans selection on the other hand seemed plentiful. Anyhow, I tried on the 2-3 non skinny jean options, with no luck. But the worst part of trying things on was the super loud, annoying music blaring right above my dressing room. I felt like I was at a nightclub. Definitely not the Nordstrom experience to which I've come accustom in the Providence store. Most likely won't be back.

Kameron S.

Yelp
I used to love going to Nordstrom Rack when I lived in California. First of all this store is much smaller than the other ones I have been to. They do have a great selection of children's and women's shoes, but the clothing section was not that exciting. The layout is annoying, even though I usually enter from the parking lot. I like the fact that they have checkout people throughout the store. Only problem is you can't pay cash then. As far as the prices, I think once they get more established the deals will be better. I used to go and get shoes for crazy clearance. Since they just opened it might take a while before they get more clearanced items.

Tom M.

Yelp
Come on folks, it's Nordstrom Rack. It's hit or miss. Every day (literally!) they have different merchandise to choose from due to daily deliveries. You might strike out one day and hit a grand slam the next. Their service is exceptional. I really like being able to check-out with any green shirt employee in the store, and there are tons of them, who can simply swipe your card through their iPhone. I usually shop there for specific items. I know where to look for them (jeans, shoes, active wear, button down shirts), so I go to that area of the store, check out the inventory, and either buy what I want or try again another time. I find the merchandise to be discounted quite a bit. Don't get me wrong - some stuff is still pretty expensive, but it's all high-end goods. You also need to know what to look for, such as Cole Haan's made in China and not Italy.

Genevieve D.

Yelp
Customer service is absolutely stellar. I recently had an issue with some defective Frye boots bought from here. I had purchased them almost a year ago and no longer had the receipt required for Frye to replace them. Frank Giorgio went above and beyond to help me find the transaction and email me the receipt. My not having the exact info meant that this process took quite a while, but Frank was super patient and didn't stop working on it until he found it. A store that stands by their merchandise and commitment to customer service is a refreshing change of pace. Thanks Frank!

Kristine R.

Yelp
So I had real high hopes for this Nordstrom Rack. With it's promise of last years designer brands at discounted prices. A great fashion steal is my idea of a grand-ol' time! I walked in with high-hopes and walked out with deflated disappointment. Sure they are discounted. But not by much. Frankly you're better off scouting an outlet center. Don't waste your time, it's not all that it's cracked up to be.

Rebecca M.

Yelp
Truly an unexpected dining experience. With a name like Big King you would be expecting to walk into a scene out of Game Of Thrones or a furniture store. In fact it's the opposite. Small, quaint, intimate setting with seating only accommodating 20 or so people. I did my due diligence before my arrival and knew the menu was constructed daily with the freshest ingredients from all local farmers. The menu was handwritten and to my surprise had chicken and fish options to go along with their predominantly vegan selections. There were 5 courses in total all of which had suggested sake pairings. Each course more tantalizing then its predecessor. Satisfying but leaving you wanting for more. The Big King may not live up to its name in stature but it left me feeling like I was one of royalty! (9.1 WILL TRAVEL)

Sarah G.

Yelp
ordered two pairs of pa pants online December 6th it's December 19th still don't have it. Not because it was out of stock nope. It's because Nordstrom Rack chooses to do business with Laser Ship the worst delivery service out there period! Go look at there reviews one star across the board why because you can't give zero stars. Nordstrom Rack uses a company to deliver its packages that has zero customer service no one gives you a status and loses your package which is what happened to me. How do I know well Santiago in customer support for Nordstrom Rack told this much when I called last night on 12/18 he said they don't know where your package is. Wait it gets better I say I want a refund and Santiago tells me I have to wait 10 business days ok let's think about this. You tell me they lost my package they don't respond to any of my inquiries but I have to wait 10 business days for you to refund me my money for a product that I haven't received? Ok well the other side of that is yesterday when I called it was the 10th business day and they were still refusing to refund me. So I'm forced to now go to my credit card company have the chargers reversed that's now two calls and three inquiries to the delivery company if you can call them that for two pairs of pants. I will not buy from Nordstrom Rack again your customer service is garbage you do business with shoe makers like Laser Ship. I'm actually surprised that companies like Amazon haven't put you out of business yet. Well I know the product I want so I'm gonna give my money to Amazon and that will be one more nail in your coffin.

Yuanyuan G.

Yelp
Although this NR doesn't have really good deal designer shoes or bags, you still can find some useful stuff with reasonable price~

Alexa D.

Yelp
What a great store! The experience I had today was fantastic. I was greeted while shopping and the store was extremely neat and easy to shop in. The fitting room associate was especially personable and helpful. My cashier, Kathleen G., was also very kind and helpful. I left spending around $150 and it was well worth it. The great quality clothing and the amazing staff will make me come back to this location for sure.

Marlena V.

Yelp
Excitement. Disappointment. A little more excitement. More disappointment. That just about sums up my experience checking out the new Nordstrom Rack yesterday. While I love me some Nordy's long time, this absolutely did not live up to my expectations. Upon walking in from the mall-side entrance, there was an absolute overwhelming feel that struck me: granted it's a little silly to base a store on its physical layout, but I think it's worth mentioning that I absolutely cannot stand their set up. Walking into a store and immediately being surrounded by tall, black racks of shoes just seems.. odd. Especially when there's a sea of shoppers bending down, etc all around for said shoes. ...and that's just stepping a foot through the entrance. Their selection of clothing however, was a bit underwhelming. To be honest, I had been expecting something more like a higher end Marshall's or an Off Saks. I would have been pleased enough for a sale rack like the flapship Nordy's downtown (I've scored $150 shirts for $20 or less on clearance there) but alas, this was totally not to be. They had a few bizarre off-brands in the women's department that were around the $30 - $40 range while their dress selection was okay but still more pricey than what I expected. The accessories/hand bag selection wasn't bad at all though. I found a fantastic selection of kate spade, Coach & Michael Kors purses for around 50% off the retail. Still though, if you're a way serious bargain hunter like I am, I've found the same products/similar styles from the same brands cheaper either during sample sales, seasonal clearance or even Nordstrom's AWESOME sales online. How disappointing was it to find an adorable kate spade leather pouch for $50 when the company itself has the identical product on sale on their website for $30? Not too cool. I did find however, a really nice selection of Betsey Johnson jewelry for $20 and under. Poking around I also noticed that near the registers, there was a cute little set up for cosmetics and beauty items. They had an ample selection of Stila eye shadow and Urban Decay travel palettes for $10-12 a piece which actually is a pretty good deal. And behold ladies, they also sell Kérastase products for around $30ish a pop! I nearly picked up a couple items when I spied a 'lil something that put the nails in the coffin: NYX. They had a pretty huge selection of NYX cosmetics, which in itself, is not a bad thing (I love this brand). For fabulous ladies not in the know, they're a very high quality drugstore brand that makes fantastic products in the $2-15 range. The jaw dropping part? ...Seeing them actually sell NYX blotting sheets for $6.99. Why is that a big deal? I can buy these at Ulta/drugstore for around $2.99. Most of the cosmetics were strangely upcharged. I was.. confused. Overall, it was alright. I imagine there would be a few good deals buried somewhere but honestly, seeing them actually over charge for drugstore make-up kinda irked me. I've scored absolutely amazing deals at TJ Maxx on high end products (I've found Gucci there frequently!) as well as just simply checking department stores for sales. I'll probably stop in again to browse but before swiping your card in the heat of the moment, I really suggest doing research on the pricier items ahead of time. You'll probably find a better deal elsewhere.

Andrea R.

Yelp
Oh Nordstrom Rack..... where to begin. I was excited to check this store out after all the hype had died down since opening day. I did not see anything I HAD to have especially since I'm looking for a huge deal. I'm sure there are some really good bargains in there but I personally did not find any. The prices really are significantly less for designer items but even so, it's not a place I will be frequenting. I'm sure if I had a larger budget I would probably appreciate this place more. I did see some good deals on shoes, but not in my size. The costume jewelery was reasonable. This is a glamorous T.J. Maxx and is really a hit or miss spot. You have to be in the mood to hunt for your bargain to fell good about this place!

David L.

Yelp
This is a late post/review and I have to really thank the staff at Nordstrom Rack for their above and beyond service for me and my family. My father passed mid March, and my mom didn't have anything to wear for the funeral services a week after. My mom, my brother and I went to Nordstrom Rack on a Tuesday, found an outfit and it needed some alterations done. Unfortunately, the tailor doesn't work Wednesdays and we needed the outfit for Friday. We were helped by Karri during this process and what really surpassed our expectations was after explaining our situation, Karri and the store manager reached out to the tailor on her day off to put this as a rush job. While we did have an option to go to the Providence store for the alterations, we felt so comfortable with Karri that we decided to stay with the Warwick store - and we live in Providence! Thank you all for accommodating us; your efforts and collaboration enabled us to have my mom's outfit the day before my dad's funeral. While this may not be considered an "everyday" thing, our family really appreciated the effort and results this store provided to us in this very difficult time.

Alma C.

Yelp
As with other Nordstrom Racks around the country, it's definitely a treasure hunt type of situation, with a lot of prospecting and digging around....but when you get it right, jackpot! Just the other week I was crowing to my girlfriends about finding not one, but three pairs of Italian leather boots (2 pairs of Ferragamos and a pair of Aquatalias) on clearance for over 75% off retail along with an armful of other designer loot (Theory, Walter). For some reason, I find more stuff I like here more frequently than their closest regular store at Providence Place....I don't get it, but I'm benefiting b/c this store is not as busy as many others and the local fashion sense as it is, I have my pick of loot that many of the locals would simply pass by. uh oh, I'm in trouble!!!

Jeff M.

Yelp
I'm probably not the target audience, my wife thinks its great and has been twice in one day. Myself, I see a better organized and higher priced TJMaxx. Not sure I needed a new place to buy $70 shirts and $100 jeans.

Ashley G.

Yelp
Totally unimpressed! I'd rather take the Drive to Natick. This Warwick rack carries limited designer apparel and accessories and many brands I do not even recognize from Nordstrom. Shoes are hit or miss. I actually think the men's selection is better than the women's. The women's department is overly cluttered and disorganized. I do go in once in a while to see if maybe I can score but it only ends in disappointment.

Yelp
Besides that the place is horrible to shop and you feel like you were transported to some dive shopping mall on the strip in the 1980s ... Prices are ridiculously high even the clearance there is no good deal here. Nothing like Marshall's or TJ Maxx

Yelp
I've been here a few times and got some decent deals. It's not as great as Tjmaxx but you can still find some good stuff if you poke around a bit! My visit today pushed it from a three to a four. My husband got a crazy deal on two designer suits, and the tailor and salesperson in the men's department were both super friendly and helpful. I will definitely return the next time he needs some dressy stuff!

Yelp
Okay...I had to delete my prior post and update my experience here. The first time I went here I had a terrible experience. No employees to be found and a mob of rude, "run you over" type shoppers. I decided to give it another shot during a dead time. It was night and day compared to the first time I went and definitely a better experience. The store was not full of people and I was able to walk around in peace. I came in contact with two employees that were very nice...but you still had to go around searching for one. It's not like the main store where you have a helpful employee around every corner asking if you need help. At the Rack you are pretty much invisible unless you ask for help. You have to be careful of what you buy...some of the items have holes or pulls in them (I found this out after I got some items home). They gave me no issues about returning the damaged items. You definitely have to go here when it is not mobbed with people and never on a weekend. If you really search you can find some interesting buys at a good sale price, but be careful of some of the stuff made directly for the outlet store itself.
