Nordstrom Rack

I’ve gone in twice in one week because I saw a jacket I liked and slept on it, few days later I realized I needed it! But it was gone.. I then went to look at shoes and was stuck for 15 mins debating on them and randomly asked a salesman if they made my feet look weird - he assured me they looked like a good fit but didn’t push me to buy them ( I got them) and then I told him about the jacket situation, he was more than willing to hunt it down but I told him I had already done that and it was gone. 10/10 store, great service and lots to shop for.

This store was clean. Pretty busy when we went on a Saturday. The brands they had were not really ones I was that interested in but for specific brands, I can understand why someone would go in here. They did have some really nice smelling candles though.

Let’s start with how bad it smells throughout the entire store. I can understand a little smell but it was so strong and putrid I couldn’t even shop any longer. Secondly, the store itself was such a mess.. almost all of the women’s section had tons of things all over the floor or not even in the correct sizing or sections. Gave 2 stars because at least I was greeted when I walked in.

I worked for the Salem Nordstrom years ago and called the Nordstrom Rack to help my oldest and dearest friend Donna who is 90 who needed that Nordstrom care that we all were apart of back in the day. Let me tell you, Suzie who is the store manager and Victoria EXCEEDED all of my basic requests. They made my dear friends experience at the Nordstrom Rack unbelievable! I am forever grateful and indebted to them for their kindness, their expertise and care of her in my absence miles away. The store manager Suzie went out of her way to purchase flowers for my friend. Who does that anymore!!?? My friend said and I quote “It was one of the best days I have ever had shopping!” Love the Salem Nordstrom Rack and their ability to care for their customers. ❤️ Thank you seems less than what I feel for their kindness.

I was very impressed by Nordstrom Rack’s customer service. As I was entering the dressing room area, a very friendly sales girl asked me if I found everything I was looking for. When I mentioned I was looking for a particular item I did not see, this nice girl said she would go look while I was trying on other things. She proceeded to go get the items and brought them to my dressing room. This might not seem like much, but I find this to be the exception to the rule these days. I really appreciated not only the help, but the great attitude of this girl. Nordstrom Rack sells good quality clothing at a reasonable price. I will definitely return to Nordstrom Rack for my future shopping.

I’m a huge Nordstrom gal and I’m so happy to have them back in Salem. I’m happy to not have to drive up to Washington Square. Today though, I just wanted to share that I had an amazing experience with my Cashier, Susana S. (Name from receipt). She was so friendly and even grabbed the Store Manager when I had a question. Both Susana and the store manager were so kind. The store was clean, inventory was ok but the customer service is what I really applaud! I will definitely be back!

This store is a test of patience when it comes to the checkout. The people on the floor are very helpful. I found a great jacket thanks to a woman on the floor. Some of the prices aren't so good but, sometimes you can find a deal.

Excellent staff! Marco and Mariah were super friendly and provided outstanding customer service. They helped me find the perfect suit on a tight deadline. Highly recommend!

I had an on line order to return. It was easy to do it in the store. I could have had the money returned to my account, but I chose a gift card instead. All was easily accomplished.

Brought my youngest for the first time and it was great. It was bright and clean with nice cold AC during a hot day. The staff was helpful and they had plenty of stock without being messy. Great location.

Went for the opening vip party and I'm obsessed! Great selection of sunglasses, clothing, shoes, bags, cosmetics, and home decor! I saw lots of designers brands with really good prices! Gucci, Tory Burch, YSL, Barefoot Dreams blankets and so much more!
