Nordstrom Scottsdale Fashion Square

The only Nordstrom in Phoenix! The store needs a serious remodel, but I like the staff. Nice men's section, and of course, the shoe selection for both men and women is the best of any department store. I've been to Spa Nordstrom once, and it was a nice experience.

We buy a lot of our girls clothing and accessories here. They always find things they love and the staff could not be nicer. Only reason for the missing star is because a couple of the things that were not in stock and shipped to our house arrived wrong. But exchanges and refunds were seamless and convenient. Plus the mall is nice and there is ample parking attached to this store.

Nordstrom just isn’t the customer service centric department store it used to be. I just went in December and bought 4 pairs of jeans that were each $200+. I was told that the alterations would be included by the gentlemen helping me. Come to find out after I left there was a $180 charge on my receipt. Called in to the manager and they explained it was because I wanted “tapering” as well. Turns out I was overcharged $20 too. I was fine paying it just wish they would have disclosed cost. I get my jeans a week later and not a SINGLE pair was hemmed to the correct length and no tapering was done at all. I called in and spoke to, I think her name was Justine, the manager. Told her the story and asked if I could mail the jeans to them to Be done correctly and she said it would take 10 weeks to get them back. Wow. Seemed the only way to get my jeans back in a reasonable amount of Time would to be that I drive 45 minutes from home one way back to Nordstrom to drop them off in person. I asked if they could refund me the alteration amount so I could get it done on my own but she said they had no way of refunding me over the phone I would, again, have to drive all the way out. I didn’t even think about it at the time when on the phone with her but that is a BOLD FACE lie because how did the original manager issue the refund for my alteration overcharge? She finally said I could return the jeans to the nearest Nordstrom rack. She failed to realize I want the jeans but I want them to make THEIR mistake right without severely inconveniencing me. For me, it isn’t about the money it’s about the principle which I thought Nordstrom was built on principle. I guess they seem to have forgotten their ways.

Very spacious clean location with very helpful personnel. Don't bypass the bargain racks...there are some great deals. Cosmetic counters offered a variety of options and staff eager to help you find what's best for you. Definitely nust go back !

I had such a lovely experience with Julia in the Tom Ford fragrance department. She was so kind and patient, really taking the time to help me find the right scent. Her knowledge was impressive, and I felt like she genuinely cared about my preferences. It made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable. Julia truly made my day, and I can't recommend her enough!

If your Mexican shop with caution or rather decide if your money is worth supporting staff that live off of commission as they discriminate and waste your valued time as a customer. You will be ignored and brushed off, so clearly Nordstrom is not all inclusive and employee culture needs work!

I have shopped at Nordstrom for years, I’ve bit my lip about how this company has gone downhill, but this was the last straw…. I have never been treated so poorly as I have at this location. I was in the store Saturday evening (1/4) looking to purchase some contemporary, collector, and designer blouses, and none of the women working in those departments asked if I needed assistance… of course, they asked other people if they needed help so I do not understand why that same level of courtesy was not given to me. Not sure if it was because I am tall and look androgynous at times, or that I wasn’t the typical customer they work with (decked in designer clothes, a ton of plastic surgery and lip fillers, and their elderly husband’s credit card), I felt uncomfortable looking around and unwelcome by your staff in those departments. I am taking my business to Neiman Marcus…. Way to tarnish your brand and reputation!

Acts of thoughtful kindness abound here. Accompanied my wife to a mani/pedi here. On the way, we stopped by the sunglasses dept because she's so frustrated with her current (non-Nordstrom) sunglasses. Solomon immediately stepped up, quickly fixed the problem, absolutely refused to take a tip, smiled beamingly and wished us well. Wow! Upstairs, Cindy ( the very gracious traffic manager in Spa Nordstrom somehow saw that I was a least a pint low in my personal hydration) immediately served me a bottle of water - GoldyLocks style- just right. What a delight to see that while the world around us seems to be deteriorating, the folks at Nordstrom are still doing the same thoughtful things they've always been doing. Hallelujah !! And, thanks again Solomon and Cindy. Made my day!!

Nordstrom and its sales have been declining. Several factors have contributed to this downward trajectory. Nordstrom's brand has become irrelevant to the modern consumer that used to be their target demographic. Their marketing efforts have been desperate; only trying to engage a younger demographic that can't afford them or hasn't the class and sophistication to shop there to begin with! And so, the loyal life-long customers are left with sales associates with dreadlocks, terrible grammar, no customer service skills and no concept of what Nordstrom used to be.They can barely make eye contact or operate a register The company has struggled to craft a strong, coherent message that resonates with customers because they are constantly pandering to "woke customers" Take Shelley W in women's fashion for instance. Very heavy set, so you can't miss her. She can often be seen still wearing a tissue/napkin/mask? for some reason even though there is absolutely no justifiable reason to be doing so. For 5 years now, she's been rude to me and harassing me over things like "wearing a mask" or "standing in the right spot" due to COVID distancing but yet, can't exert herself to walk to the fitting rooms to help. She's a lost, woke, emotional. liberal woman who navigates the world with a sense of righteous confusion, obviously questioning her own identity. You can tell the type-feeling both empowered and exhausted by the need to correct perceived wrongs, as if that is her job or something. The fake friendly tone and mannerisms are intended to be more of a slap in the face and that is about all you would get from her as far as service goes. Anytime I go in anymore to shop, its get in and out as quickly as possible. And hoping I don't see Shelley W and her cropped bangs, and overly tight clothing on knowing I won't get any type of assistance if I do!! Online shopping friends. Trust me on this!

Always a good experience, their staff is very kind, attentive and knowledgeable. They have a great selection on all types of clothing , accessories, makeup and shoes. The store is extremely well organized and price points for all shoppers with a great selection and great sales. Whether you picking up an order, working with a stylist or getting something altered you're in good hands . The cafe is also really nice. I haven't myself used there spa services but their menu is reasonably priced and has a good selection. Overall Nordstrom fashion square is a great store!

Nordstrom use to be my main stop for clothes when I was still working. They have great attentive staff who are happy to help you with your needs. I am no longer working and a trip to Nordstrom's is still a pleasure. Fine clothing that is classic, sporty or dressy. I enjoyed my walk about in the store. Shared covered parking and WiFi.

I woman named Claire helped me out when I was looking for jewelry. Every person working there was friendly and helpful. I recommend shopping here for the low prices and high quality along with the friendly atmosphere.

Great Nordstrom at the Fashion Square Mall in the Oldtown Scottsdale. Situated next to the parking garage, it is super convenient to get to and from. Pretty good size as well with friendly staff. This particular day I was busy buying shoes, and found exactly what I was looking for.

Did a little shopping with my sis. When is Nordstrom's never crowded! Though, it wasn't so crowded that we couldn't move throughout the store, which was good. The checkout experience was nice as well.

Beautiful store. Excellent merchandise. Ample staff who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I did not try the cafe on the top floor, but I understand the food is delicious. Great experience in this store. Thank you to all Managers, Buyers, Sales Associates and all those I did not mention!

Went to the Le Lago scent event, and simply Love Ron as their representative. He is so knowledgeable of all the scents offered. He made the evening so delightful. Thank you Ron. I am always asking for you in the future!

I ordered a dress online for a wedding and received it the day before the wedding. I quickly tried it on and it fit nicely. I didn't check it closely. I wore it to the wedding the next day. When I got home I hung it up and noticed there were lots of pilling on the upper part of the dress. I only wore the dress for a few hours and didn't dance or anything. I called the 1-800 Nordstrom customer service and they suggested I bring it in to the local Nordstroms. The young lady that helped me look at the dress was pretty quick with her decision to refund me for the dress. I've never tried to return something I've worn before so was happy with the customer service and quick decision.

Disgusting customer service by racist and disturbing staff. She lied to me directly and demanded that I used my credit card to pay for an item, as it was apart of their anniversary sale. I know that regardless, a customer can purchase an anniversary item without being a card holder. You just wouldn't get the item on sale... since I've worked at Nordstrom before. Not only did I find this to be abrasive and creepy, but the shoes weren't even apart of the sale. And she still used my credit card to complete the purchase. She did not offer to redo the transaction. Not to mention, she gave me the wrong size shoe and lied straight to my face saying they fit perfectly! I made the huge mistake of trusting her judgement because I knew something was wrong but realized when I got home that she intentionally gave me the wrong size. If you're black and in the Phoenix area, shop online! Better than being treated like a chore by people paid to provide quality service to ALL. Disgusting and classless.

Was browsing shirt and tie areas to pick pieces for an upcoming wedding. Somebody from Nordstrom approached me and asked if I needed help. I described what I was looking for and he helped me pick some pieces. At checkout I was charged a $75 "designer fee". This fee was not negotiable and I was forced to pay it for the advice. Note this advice was unsolicited and I thought the employee was being nice. WARNING: Do not accept any help from workers, they will charge you without warning

Worst management ever. Biggest liars in Chanel fragrance I have ever met. Literally blatant liars.

Drove 50 minutes to exchange some shoes and they didn't have in stock so they opted to mail them to me. I had to return them then rebuy them. I had used a Nordstrom note and asked to make sure that the amount I was charged was the same. He assured me it was. I got home and realized that he didn't apply my Nordstrom note. I called and was told since it had been more the 30 min they couldn't fix the transaction. So frustrating. They ended up after 3 phone calls fixing the problem.

The only store in the mall where sales associates actually offer to help. They greet you, ask if they can start a dressing room, and are very friendly! Way to go Nordstrom. I will be back.

Terrible customer service. Always cancels orders with no reasonable explanation and won't even offer you anything. Yuck. Shop elsewhere.

So Yelp asked me "You you recommend this business?" To which I reply "yes, absolutely shop here you can afford their merchandise. Gucci, Balmain and the such aren't in everyone's budget (certainly not mine). But they do have an amazing cosmetics and perfect department. And a massive selection of men & women's clothing. I really like their arrangement of the parking situation for in person or curbside pickup. The only thing I'd suggest is that they put ALL their candles & home fragrances in one area, all together. I found some fantastic candles on the 3rd floor in Home, right next to the baby clothing. I was actually looking for NEST candles, which were on the 1st floor in the fragrance department. I think having all of their home fragrances together would be easier for all.

The clothing selection has gone down over the years. Don't know who your buyer is but I no longer find things I love at this store. Taking my business elsewhere.

I go here for the shoe shine, coffee bar, and cafe. Fadel is the best, might be one of the nicest people in all of Old Town Scottsdale.

I like this location. However, I only come here to purchase from Le Labo as this is the only place to get it here in Phoenix. Rob, has been amazing every time I come in and will continue to my sales advisor for Le Labo as long as he works here.

SERVICE IS LACKING There always used to be people asking me if I needed assistance no matter which area I was browsing, but the past few times I've came there is no one to help me in the shoe department. I came on a busy weekend, and I've also came on a slow weekday morning. Everyone around me gets asked if they need help, but no one has asked me anything. I feel like I have to order my shoes online, and just return them if they don't fit. But it really sucks that I drive out of my way to come to this Nordstrom location and no one helps me. I miss the old location in Chandler, they were awesome in helping me buy shoes!

Tried ordering online but could not finalize order. Used the call in and person very helpful but ordering process troublesome and when I wanted to increase order for more of the same- process insisted on me re entering,by text, credit card number that I just gave them. Nordstrom is no longer customer friendly or service oriented. In the future I will try to avoid any Nordstrom purchases. Nordstrom wants to take your money and make you jump through their hoops Shame on them.

Curbside pickup is on the top of the parking structure causing so much traffic in a tight space.

Love, love, love Nordy's. My wallet might not be such a fan, but I am! Always find something here. I can't speak much for the parking, as I park near Dillard's and usually take a walk over, but from what I remember it's in a garage. (The one time I've tried parking in said garage, I was trying to do an online pickup order, and the garage was PACKED. Not one spot to be had to park and get my purchase. I got frustrated, gave up, and parked elsewhere and just walked to the store). Not the fault of Nordstrom's, though. Busy mall, busy store, it probably happens pretty often. Go see Stephanie or Luis in designer shoes! They'll take great care of you and you'll have some laughs along the way. Also, Natalie in designer handbags- I'm not sure if they each have separate designers they're in, or they work the whole area, but I was in YSL at the time. Soloman in the little designer sunglasses box-- across from the cafe area in the front of the store, is a hoot! You will have a blast with him! My mom always stops to visit him regardless if she's buying glasses or not. I DO COMPLETELY agree with the reviews that mention bringing the candles alll in one place. Apothke, Voluspa, Harlem Candle Co, and others are upstairs in the home-goods. Dyptique, Tom Ford, (I believe) Malin and Goetz(Sp?) , and others are downstairs off to the side of makeup/skincare. While I don't mind getting some steps in, for the sake of not assuming you're going crazy, yes. Put them together! BOPIS orders are usually pretty quick. Obviously, the earlier in the morning you place the order, the faster it's ready. And be advised you no longer pick it up near shoes-- the little area has moved up to the third floor, in back, kind of off to the side. In short, always a pleasure to be here. Never have run into someone less than stellar.

Nordstrom has always been my favorite retailer for many years. Always the best customer service. I only stopped in to visit the shoe department. I want to thank Mark D for assisting me. He was very friendly and professional. My wait was short as he retrieve my shoes from the back. He's now my new favorite sales associate.

I love Nordstrom and am bummed the one in my hometown closed a year or so ago. They have such a large selection of items that you can do all your shopping here and even go to the coffee bar or the cafe on the third flood and eat! We shopped for shoes, clothes, bags, and activewear. They have wonderful name brands inside, and if they don't have what you need in-store they can order it will free shipping and free returns. Their return policy is amazing and always has been. If you didn't know there is a Nordstrom cafe on the third floor - now you do! Always check it out! It's got really good salads, pizza, and sandwiches as well as pastries.

Can not thank the sales department staff in the Men's Department enough. You saved the day. My son has been a professional ballet dancer for several years now and has a very tiny waist and a major job interview and no belt for his suit. Staff worked with us along with alterations to cut his belt to size. They did not have to do this and sales associate saw the issue and immediately jumped on a solution to make this work so my son felt confident and felt good in his business suit for his interview. Also, get great service and attentive staff at this location This is why I love Nordstrom's as they are very customer focused

I will make this short and sweat! Edgar is by far the best personal shopper ever..... he goes out pf his way to find items I don't even know I need lol. If you need help putting outfits together, for work,vacation, or just because you need to update your closet, he's your go to person. He doesn't just assist in the salon shoe area, he helps me with handbags, and honestly everything else, he has made this experience my one stop shop.

My review is for Spa Nordstrom, specifically my mani/pedi with Isabel. I hands down had the best manicure and pedicure of my life, Isabel was absolutely AMAZING. I can't rave enough about my experience, time, and quality of my manicure/pedicure. I was fortunate enough that my mom let me use her year end perks towards a spa day for myself. From the second I arrived, I was welcomed and greeted with water, a lavender neck wrap, and a foot soak. Isabel washed the bottoms of my feet and proceeded to take me to our private room. I was whisked in to a zero gravity chair, and the rest was a dream. My mani/pedi included a lotion scrub, hand and foot massage, and a paraffin dip. I also had my fingernails and toes polished with quick-dry polish. Isabel was amazing, talented, patient and so friendly. She was like talking to a life long friend - and she knows her stuff. Isabel, if you're reading this, thank you for the amazing service! This was truly a special treat for me, but I can't recommend the spa manicure and pedicure enough.

I love this location & it's the closest one near me and whenever I want to order some thing they have it! Normally I shop with the actual store that sells the luxury brand I'm looking for so I get all the cool packaging, but I am very impatient so if I need something last-minute or quick I order through Nordstrom's and they offer same day/next day pick up and curbside pick up. so convenient than having to walk upstairs /downstairs! I ordered a Burberry belt And called to see if I could pick it up the same day and I spoke with a employee named Connor and he informed me that the belt actually wasn't in stock that I needed to cancel the order and re-order it in a different size and I did so and he stayed on shift & made sure that I re-ordered it and then went and grabbed the belt and had it ready for when I came to pick it up! just so I could wear it out that night! it was beyond the best customer service I've ever seen in my life!!! he is such a great employee he made my experience here 10 times better!! Bought a Canali two button suit with the help of Chris Bowling. He had tailor Sabir make major alterations to make my jacket and pants fit perfectly. Neither one of these men were on duty the day I picked up my altered suit, but Chris told me to ask for tailor Ahmad to give my suit a final look when I tried it on. The trouser hem needed a slight lengthening and Ahmad worked on it and had it ready for me in 30 min. Good service.

Lizzie Yerman is the best! I booked an appointment with her and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! She will personally shop with you and get you absolutely fitted. I highly recommend shopping with her, you won't regret it!

Nordstrom online is a JOKE. Ordered 2 items back in August (August 15) and still have NOT had them delivered. Nordstrom's uses ONTRAC which is a joke at best....and the order has been delayed 8 times!! When customer service is contacted.....it is literally a template that has the same lame answer given to everyone and they could care less about you. There is absolutely NO accountability What a PATHETIC excuse for a store you have become Nordstrom!! I recently had FANTASTIC service and quick delivery with Sephora and Macys...even BLoomingdale's is faster and better! Going to definitely stick with them.... So.....let's see....Customer service...."nah".....quick delivery .....".nah."....the "nordies experience".....GONE!!!

Really nice Nordstrom! They have really good sales online. Came in to find the same pair of shoes but didn't find it in store. The deals online they don't have in store. Returning was super easy. Everyone was super friendly that worked their and dressed really nice.

Went shopping for wedding guest dresses and we had a very successful shopping trip. Krystal was super nice and helped us get dresses in different sizes if we needed them. She checked on us often when we were in the dressing rooms. So helpful and easy going. My mom's dress needed some stitching to be fixed because her dress has beads in them - she took care of it and took it to alterations while we shopped more. I'm just so impressed.

I wish I could buy everything but that's not happening anytime soon having said that I do frequent Nordstrom especially this location at Scottsdale fashion valley. The store is very clean and well maintained, sales associates are friendly and helpful. One is always greeted on the floor. They have a order online pick up in store which is a separate section making it very convenient. Cheers!

We went to Nordstroms in Scottsdale on Sunday July 16. Very busy, partially due to back to school shopping and also due to the upcoming Anniversary Sale. Nordstroms lets their credit card holders have various advantages on pre-sale items depending on the customers 'status' with their credit card. In other words, the more you charge the higher your status. We used to have a Nordstroms credit card but did not use and it apparently expired. One of the sales people talked my wife into applying for a new card in order to get the sale price and not have to wait for her merchandise until the sale date. She accepted their offer, got the sale price and the merchandise. Later we were being helped by another person on another purchase which was not on sale. My wife mentioned her prior purchase details and the person helping her got very defensive to the point of being rude. She said the prior clerk made a mistake, give me her name and we will straighten this out. We declined and left her presence. This Nordstrom's employee meets none of the expected customer service skills for any store, let alone a high end place like Nordstroms. To make it worse, she claimed she was the highest ranking employee in the store and had full charge of the entire store today. If this is true, it is a big mistake on the part of Nordstrom's management. Nordstrom's is not store it used to be. Selection of merchandise is not like earlier years and store staff has a few rude and marginal employees. We met two other rude ones today, sorry we didn't get their names. Other employees we met were helpful and professional but for the most part we didn't get their names other than Marcus in the men's department who was very helpful and treated us with the respect that all customers should receive. Marcus 'get's it", we wish a lot of his co-workers would do the same. Based on this experience I don't think we plan to make this Nordstrom's a regular stop with our shopping trips. We have shopped at other Nordstrom's stores in various part of the country and have always had a positive experience. There is something wrong with the Scottsdale operation.

Paula totally helped me in the lingerie/bra department!! I always have a hard time finding the right fit and she got it,,spot on,,right away...THANKS SO MUCH TO YOU PAULA YOU ROCK!!!!

Today I want my review to be all about Charisse which is a godsend in the jeans department! I would like to rate her 10 stars out of the possible five! Amazing generosity and helpfulness and really serving the customer if I'm going the extra mile and then doubling that! The largest Nordstrom in town I believe. Three levels and tons of cute stuff. If you have extra cash burning a hole in your pocket, it won't be hard to spend it here. I had to chuckle as I passed a rack of clothes with a sign that said "under $100". Bahahahahaha

Well Nordstrom continues to live up to its name. My oldest daughter and I are in from out of town and her dressed arrived and needed pressed and no dry cleaners open around so Juan in the alterations department helped us at the hour of need for a special event. Needed to buy Moroccan Oil hairspray and Lucy at the special event area helped us she was such a delight and with Lyndia's assistance she made out check out fast, fun, and friendly. Thanks!

World Class Employees at Nordstrom Scottsdale Fashion Square! We shopped Saturday, November 19 and I am thrilled to report that the absolutely BEST Sales Associates on the Planet work at Scottsdale Fashion Square Nordstrom Women's Clothing Departments. SHARMA W. is amazing & I appreciate her suggestions---Sharma placed my Women's Active clothing choices in the dressing room & added a few things she thought I should try & I Loved It! I would never have imagined that I could/would wear that style. Sharma assisted me on previous occasions & she is always genuinely interested in helping customers have a wonderful shopping experience. ELLIANA Y. Assisted me at Scottsdale Fashion Square Nordstrom Women's WM BTR Clothing Department on November 19 & I appreciate all of her kind & considerate assistance. Elliana's knowledge concerning all the different brands offered by Nordstrom was very helpful to us & she made our shopping day sweeter. First let me say I'm surprised that there is only one Nordstorm full line store within 200 miles of this location. However they have Nordstorm Racks everywhere! Ok so I came to AZ during the Anniversary sale and I did t have my Nordy card because it expired the end of July and I did not receive any replacement cards. I was able to make my purchases and they used the card as it was in their system. When I explained to the rep that I never got my card she said that I could call them have them overnight it to me. Since I didn't want the address to the Airbnb associated with my account l, I had it overnighted to the Nordstorm store. I called customer service back the next day to get my tracking number as soon as it was delivered the next day I picked it up in curbside pick up. I am forever grateful for that accommodation as all my cards were on my watch/phone and I did not have my physical card and I was almost in a jam. With that being said, the curbside pick up is pretty streamlined and the only time I had to show ID was when I was picking up my Card!

We were looking for dresses for my brother's wife. He had just passed away and we needed to get her a dress for his funeral. We were all feeling very emotional. Yvonne in the dress department was so patient and helpful as we tried to make decisions not only what to buy but how to best get it home in time. Nordstrom should be very proud of her. Thankyou for the extraordinary extra mile service when we needed it most.

I went in yesterday to hopefully buy some tennis shoes and there was a young man in a blue tuxedo outfit in the athletic shoe department around 12:30 who was extremely rude to me. I kindly asked him if he was helping someone because I needed a size, he answered "Yup" rolled his eyes and walked away. There is nothing worse than horrible customer service. I understand he was probably frustrated that the one customer he was helping was giving him a hard time, not anyones fault. Especially being in a store like nordstrom, knowing your going to spend your hard earned money on some pricey items. I will never go back & I hope that they hire people who actually wanna work and aren't miserable in the future.

I like coming to this store, however, I was disappointed in the restrooms. There was toilet paper rolls on the floor, No toilet paper in the stalls and just plain dirty. I'm surprised that Nordstrom has such low standards for their restrooms. It is nice that there is a separate area to breastfeed, but there was no paper to dry our hands afterwards. No paper anywhere. Another lady was looking for paper and we told her we used the paper by the door. That is the paper used to open the door. Nordstrom management, please have higher standards for your restrooms as you do for the rest of the store.

I can't say that I've ever actually bought something here, buuuuuuut this is for sure one of my top places to browse and take a bathroom break!!!! Literally Nordstrom, you guys have THE NICEST, CLASSIEST, PRETTIEST bathrooms everrrrr!!! Thank you soooooooo much for doing this, i may be the only person to tell you guys i appreciate pretty bathrooms, sooooooo THANK YOU!!! :)))) Everyone needs a thrown an ya all got mine!!! #BestBathroomEverrrrr
