Noriboi was such a great experience and memorable meal during my time in Ho Chi Minh. The interior is aesthetic and well-designed. There were also many servers accommodating you as you come in.
There are limited seats, so my friends and I booked a reservation ahead of time. You do have to make a deposit to maintain your reservation.
We each got the first set, and it was amazing! Chef Ha explained the dishes and made each plate meticulously right in front of us. There was a lot of coordination between the servers and the chef, which was great. Our server, Vy was always there if we had any questions and would fill our drinks before we would have to ask. The service was amazing! The food was also spectacular. The wagyu and sea bream were my favorite plates. The wagyu just melted in your mouth, and the fish were so fresh. Loved the smell of smoked fish and wagyu as they were making it.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time ay Noriboi and definitely would have to stop by the next time I visit!
