This is, hands down, the BEST campground around. Clean is an understatement. When taking to staff, who return multiple summers to work, are really friendly and attentive. According to regular campers, Normandy is always finding ways to reinvest in their property to make it more enjoyable for visitors. I’m being told this year was the new splash pad, which was a big hit with my 6 year old. There are activities planned all day for adults and kids. You don’t have to leave the campground for things to do but there are many hiking trails if interested. We’re already planning our next visit to Normandy!

Let me start off by saying we stayed here last year and loved it and wanted to stay again this year. We rented a cabin for three nights we couldn’t arrive until after 9 o’clock due to the circumstances beyond our control. Waking up the next day, we do not have air conditioner. We did everything it said to do and it wouldn’t work. I called the number and less hold for 25 minutes when I finally hung up in the afternoon somebody came by to pick up our trash and I asked him about it And he said he would get somebody and they came right away. They were there for a while fixing it I don’t know what was wrong with it, but they did get it fixed. Then the next day I try to do dishes and had no hot water. Tried to call again no answer so I walked up to the front desk And they did send somebody who said it was the breaker somebody must’ve shut it off these guys that came to fix these things were very kind very nice but that night I tried to take a shower and have cold water so I took a shower and went to look at the breaker again it had tripped again, so I switched it back on started to wash my hair it tripped again . I know things happen, but it just seemed like things were happening in two days. We had so many things happen. you don’t just pay $100 a night for these cabins I would expect that things should be checked before people check in. Also, we were cleaning up the loft on our checkout date, and one of the poles was loose. and also another thing I forgot to mention was when we checked in that night the kids went up to the loft and we’re looking out the window and behind the curtain was a can of Coke and the cokes spilt all over the floor of the loft because it was left by somebody else and not cleaned up. It was just a lot happening in the two days that we stayed there . we also rented a golf cart with windshield was extremely dirty, but as I said, a lot of things were happening and we just couldn’t deal with it. Other than this, the staff was very kind. The grounds were very clean. The kids like the activities. I just would’ve rather not have dealt with all these problems when I’m on vacation and paying all this money.

I love this campground. It's easy to see why this is the best campground in the country, and strangely enough, it is not the most expensive. We travel for work, and often have to try to jam in here at the last second. Lisa could not be more helpful if she tried. She is fantastic! The entire place is immaculate, beautiful, with multiple sparkling pools, spas, and a sauna. My kids love the bike park, and I can't wait to see the new splash park and serenity garden next time. Thank you for everything Normandy Farms and Lisa!

This is one campground that actually deserves to have “resort” in its name. Beautiful landscaping, very nice activity buildings, multiple pools-inside and outside. The hot tub was very welcoming during a chilly, damp week. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Bathhouses and laundry were clean. Many more amenities for an active stay.

When they say "luxury camping" here, they mean it. This campground is absolutely top notch! The cabin we stayed in, cozy cabin #3, was so cute and cozy as well as clean. The porch was neat and clean and so relaxing. The fire pit came with a complimentary bundle or firewood and scented fire starter. The cabin came with dishes, cups, plates, paper towels, silverware, etc BUT the only down fall is linens had to be purchased as a separate and kinda of expensive package. There are multiple pools, including and indoor pool, with 2 hot tubs and a sauna. A small gym, a sitting area, outdoor splash pad, small arcade, fishing pond, horses on site and so much more. Doordash also had no trouble finding us, as the campground is really close to stores, gas stations, etc so it was easy to order food - though they do have a snack bar and store on site also. The campground is beautiful and extremely well kept, and the staff is really friendly and they above and beyond to make your stay relaxing and fun.

A huge campground with great scenery. It's impressively quiet especially when you consider how many people are here. The hedges between sites really help keep the noise down. My site was pretty level, flat, and in good shape. Love the large concrete pad on the "camp" side.

This was our first visit to Normandy farms and it did not disappoint. Certainly the most well kept campground we have been to. The bathrooms and showers were always spotless, there were always tons of people around, cleaning, gardening, working in facilities, ect. The playground was huge, along with the other smaller playgrounds, so beautiful. The heated pool and the in floor heating all around the pool and in the huge changing area was a wonderful surprise. The service was top notch. On the first night I wasn’t able to get hot water in the bath house, I mentioned it to the front desk the next morning and it was immediately fixed, we had hot showers on demand the rest of the trip. I truly have nothing bad to say about this campground, a 5 star experience.

Had another great trip at Normandy Farms. We have been going there for 10 years now and have seen pros and cons come and go. For the price, I feel the little things are the things that should matter. For instance our sight was fantastic except for where the fire ring was there were left over cigars from previous campers. I was under the impression that the later check in was to give the staff time to get the sights looking great for the next round of campers coming in. The staff has always been friendly and very reactive when asked questions or concerns arise as well. One of the days while walking our dogs there was a group of kids heading into the playground where others were playing, no adults present. I noticed one of these kids had a samari sword in a case on his back. I kind of felt that this kid should have been questioned by someone as he walked throughout the grounds with this item. Concerned if the item was real or not. I did advise the gate guard of the situation, he advised a ranger on duty and we noticed him checking it out within minutes. Never found out the outcome, but great response time, thank you. We are looking forward to heading back in 2 weeks and again in October. We took the time on a rainy day to look at a few other campgrounds in the area and I have to admit, I am spoiled with Normandy and what they offer from the sites to the amenities it's hard to compare others to it.
