This campground is always nationally highly ranked for good reasons. You’re greeted at every turn by friendly staff who offer to help with everything including trash and recycling. The camping spots are clean, level, and fully appointed, but the real highlights are the amenities. We enjoyed the rec room games, ping pong, youth and adult retreat areas, indoor and outdoor pools, and more. With kids riding bikes and playing on the splash pad and people enjoying vacations together with new neighbors, the air is light and friendly. We only stayed for one day but we will return for more fun again soon for sure.

There's an energy there I have yet to experience at any other campground. I was there on business as a My RV Guy mobile service technician. I'm a father of two and grandfather of one. Immediately upon exiting my vehicle I was I awe of this magical place full of families enjoying a plethora of outdoor activities full of supervised interactions with what I presumed were camp counselors, quiet reflective lakeside gatherings, and parent/children activities from biking to jogging. I immediately began to think of my own family enjoying the experience of Normandy Farms. There is a basketball courts, a baseball field, a horse coral, a beautiful pool area, and the grounds were grassy and well manicured. It is a resort experience like no other. The best word for what I was feeling is joy. Congratulations to the owners and staff! Amazing!!! ❤️

Google
This is, hands down, the BEST campground around. Clean is an understatement. When taking to staff, who return multiple summers to work, are really friendly and attentive. According to regular campers, Normandy is always finding ways to reinvest in their property to make it more enjoyable for visitors. I’m being told this year was the new splash pad, which was a big hit with my 6 year old. There are activities planned all day for adults and kids. You don’t have to leave the campground for things to do but there are many hiking trails if interested. We’re already planning our next visit to Normandy!

Google
It’s a big campground full of activities for everyone to enjoy. We loved our premium full hookup #618. 5/27/25 when we got there during the spring weekday. it wasn’t as packed. Kamper kitchen wasn’t open. Hope to be back in the fall! 🍁

We stayed for two weeks in a cabin, which cost us around 6,000 dollars, only to find our kitchen infested with ants. They were all over our food and utensils. We reported it to the front desk, but no one ever came to our cabin to deal with the problem. I complained again at checkout and spoke to a front desk manager. I asked her for a partial refund given the unsanitary conditions, and she said someone would contact me. No one ever did. I’m really shocked, I cannot remember ever being consistently ignored like this by a property.

I love this campground. It's easy to see why this is the best campground in the country, and strangely enough, it is not the most expensive. We travel for work, and often have to try to jam in here at the last second. Lisa could not be more helpful if she tried. She is fantastic! The entire place is immaculate, beautiful, with multiple sparkling pools, spas, and a sauna. My kids love the bike park, and I can't wait to see the new splash park and serenity garden next time. Thank you for everything Normandy Farms and Lisa!

Let me start off by saying we stayed here last year and loved it and wanted to stay again this year. We rented a cabin for three nights we couldn’t arrive until after 9 o’clock due to the circumstances beyond our control. Waking up the next day, we do not have air conditioner. We did everything it said to do and it wouldn’t work. I called the number and less hold for 25 minutes when I finally hung up in the afternoon somebody came by to pick up our trash and I asked him about it And he said he would get somebody and they came right away. They were there for a while fixing it I don’t know what was wrong with it, but they did get it fixed. Then the next day I try to do dishes and had no hot water. Tried to call again no answer so I walked up to the front desk And they did send somebody who said it was the breaker somebody must’ve shut it off these guys that came to fix these things were very kind very nice but that night I tried to take a shower and have cold water so I took a shower and went to look at the breaker again it had tripped again, so I switched it back on started to wash my hair it tripped again . I know things happen, but it just seemed like things were happening in two days. We had so many things happen. you don’t just pay $100 a night for these cabins I would expect that things should be checked before people check in. Also, we were cleaning up the loft on our checkout date, and one of the poles was loose. and also another thing I forgot to mention was when we checked in that night the kids went up to the loft and we’re looking out the window and behind the curtain was a can of Coke and the cokes spilt all over the floor of the loft because it was left by somebody else and not cleaned up. It was just a lot happening in the two days that we stayed there . we also rented a golf cart with windshield was extremely dirty, but as I said, a lot of things were happening and we just couldn’t deal with it. Other than this, the staff was very kind. The grounds were very clean. The kids like the activities. I just would’ve rather not have dealt with all these problems when I’m on vacation and paying all this money.

Google
This is one campground that actually deserves to have “resort” in its name. Beautiful landscaping, very nice activity buildings, multiple pools-inside and outside. The hot tub was very welcoming during a chilly, damp week. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Bathhouses and laundry were clean. Many more amenities for an active stay.

Yelp
We had a great Camping Trip! We will definitely be back at least once a year! Stayed for Halloween weekend and had the best Halloween we have ever had!

Yelp
Another great camping weekend at Normandy Farms! If you're looking for a campground with something for everyone in your family, this is it. We played disc golf, corn hole, and candy bar bingo! The bathrooms and showers were very clean like always!

Yelp
We've likely stayed at a hundred campgrounds and RV parks and resorts. This easily makes our top five. From spacious sites to every amenity including: 2 pools Off leash dog park Horse shoes Cornhole 2 baseball fields Bocce RC Car track BMX bike park Clean restrooms and showers Laundry facilities Cabins I'm sure I've left something out. About halfway between Boston and Cape Cod

Laura M.

Yelp
Took a tour and sadly they had no openings for this summer. They said book a year in advance! Looks family friendly with lots of activities for children and they don't put up with rowdy people or noise! Maybe next year! Staff courteous, friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Normady Farms rather see an Elderly female and Her son die in the streeets of being homeless then helping us. They rather rent out there spaces to people who have places to live and they do not allow special accommodation's which they are required to do by law for the disabled. Thanks to them. We will end up loosing our lives in May 2025 due to Normady farms refusing to help. They do not give a damm about the elderly or disabled. We were willing to pay more per site per day plus a decent tip but they rather see a elderly mom and disabled son die in the streets.

Yelp
To start, the grounds at Normandy are beautiful, well-kept, and thoughtfully planned. There were several events or fun activities for our kids. The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful staff, always greeting you with a smile. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
We're here right now for day one of a five day vacation. I guess we are right in the middle of a drunken family reunion. Adults were doing Jell-O shots and drinking to excess. Extremely loud drunk adults and a bunch of their kids just walking and riding bikes thru our campsite with no regard to anyone else. I really don't feel that my kid is safe to ride his bike with all these drunk people around. I feel like I'm in a night club or bar rather than a campsite. There was about 6-8 campsites, about 25-30 people, involved in this family reunion. They were going from campsite to campsite, each had a different holiday theme, and doing shots of alcohol. This was in full view of all the kids. Nice adult role models here. Quiet time starts at 11pm but the drunken party went until 230 am. We were woken up at 1130pm by yelling, laughing, swearing and the constant slamming of a trailer door. I had to listen to some drinking game that involved numbers and the word "pickles". One drunk guy's favorite word was "obviously". Only heard that about 3-4 thousand times. The sad thing is these are not kids. These are 40-50 something year old adults acting like teenagers. Campsite is small and right on top of each other. I have about 10 feet from my stairs to the next camper. When we arrived the campsite had an empty pack of cigarettes on the ground. Cigarette butts throughout the site. Staff member Willy was extremely polite and helpful. The young girl working in the store was shy and such a low talker to the point I thought I was deaf. Rules are clearly not enforced here. We've been to many places and have never had these issues. I heard good things about this place and wanted to like it but unless things change over the next couple of days we will not be back. UPDATE: I originally gave this a one star because above but after the drunks left, the area returned to a normal camping area. There is a lot to do for children and the pools are clean. Our son had a great time and wants to go back next year. We'll give this place one more try next year and hopefully I can up it to 5 stars.

Yelp
We had a great stay here in a Safari Tent! These tents are back on the edge of the park so you are out of the fray. We went early in the season so the park was not overly full and it was pretty quiet. Each tent has a microwave and heater with a comfy bed so it's more like glamping. It's a short walk to a very well kept rest room. We brought food to grill outdoors. We also were able to visit Patriot Place which is a must do as you're so close. Our only negative is the tent does not completely touch the ground and so we had a few chipmunk visitors who ate some of the food we had left in bags on the floor. Once we noticed we lifted all up onto the higher shelves but they still wanted to check out the cool digs. This was a fine stay and so close in Foxborough!!

Yelp
We just stayed at Normandy for 11 days and it is easily our favorite place to stay with our trailer. The grounds are beautiful and so well maintained. There are so many staff members everywhere and they are all so helpful and friendly! We were sad to leave and go to a new camp site because this place is so awesome!

Katie C.

Yelp
Great! So many activities and things to do. TONS of workers constantly working to keep everything amazing! Extremely clean and rules enforced. I know some prople complain that they are too enforced, but as ling as you are curteous and use common sense, ypu will be fine! It was nice to have a non-party campground. Pools were amazing and even had each tempature of each of the 4 pools tempatures for the day. Even have a barn with animals. (You arent allowed to touch them sadly) Stayed for 4 nights and already booked another for next year. Dont even get me started on the dog park! No dog poop left on ground, 1.5 acres, seperate area for small dogs, and a area to hose ur dog off after playing!

cathy h.

Yelp
This is a resort campground for sure. There is plenty to do. Each campsite is spacious and has some sort of divider between your neighbor, such as hedges or boulders. The bathrooms were always clean. Even though there is over 200 campers, the place was quiet at night. You can rent yurts, a pop up or cabins as well. Plenty of activites for the entire family at the activity center or pool area. We enjoyed pur stay here.

Yelp
I called a couple hours ago to make reservations. I got everything set up and paid. My SIL mentioned the date to me, I looked and said let me call them back. I called and the reservations that the girl made for me are for 2024, but she NEVER mentioned that! So I call back, a couple hours later to cancel and was charged $25 to have someone remove the reservation from the computer, ugh!

Michelle W.

Yelp
Had a great time and wanted to say a very special shout out for all the young people working in the recreation area, I have a special needs child in a cruiser chair and they ran to open gates and hold doors for us Management allowed an exception for a float and my Eli enjoyed the pool so much. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Yelp
I guess every campground even this high priced one has a few undesirable sites. My site had room for my Class C and the picnic table 3 ft from my door. The best part is my neighbors clothes line attached to the only 2 trees on my site was dangling over my picnic table with wet swimsuits dripping on my table. I called the office three times. The stated rule is no clothes line. I confirmed that with the woman and she promised it would be taken care of. Called 2 more times with no change. I couldn't sit at my own dirty table to eat. The next night I ran into a worker who surprisingly knew all about it. I told him it he didn't take care of it; I would. The next day one end was attached to a different tree in their site. The clerk then says oh I was on vacation when the rules changed. There are some very nice sites there but you could find yourself in the worst site. Just because there's a plot of dirt doesn't mean it should be a site. Do better Normandy Farms!

Karla C.

Yelp
A great resort. Beautifully planned, built and landscaped. A ton of amenities including 4 pools. You really can't ask for more!

Yelp
So this place is huge! I mean "huge" with lots of campers! Overall this place is immaculate and filled to the brim with all the amenities and more! However, with that being said I felt pretty cramped and like I was a sardine in a can and although they have the basic camp rules they are not enforced. Our neighbors directly in back of us were up well into midnight singing, playing games and making a lot of noise. Children were everywhere and do not know to keep out of someone else's campsite with their bicycles. But if you have kids and families that you like to get together with at a camp that has everything and more for all your children, 5-18, and don't mind the noise all hours of the night, then this is the place for you. Aa for me, no matter how nice the place was we will not be back!

Barbara H.

Yelp
The campground has all sorts of amenities so probably something for everyone. Unfortunately, our visit was not enjoyable. It was CONSTANT construction noise. Dump trucks, loader, backhoe, skid steer, etc etc. We were in the back next to their storage area and it was so loud and annoying. If they were going to be doing construction, we feel we should have been offered a different spot away from all the work but no one ever mentioned the construction when we checked in and never offered a better site even though there were TONS of empty sites. At night there was the constant hum of traffic from the highway. We had high hopes but were utterly disappointed during our visit.

Yelp
We only went for two days with our new pop-up camper to try it out but i wished we had stayed longer. The camp grounds are well taken care of. They have several pools even one inside which was awesome when it rained. They have an arcade and basketball courts which our kids loved too. If you don't have a camper they have all different types of sites including nice cabins, yurts, safari tents, and tent sites. We brought bikes and rode all around which was helpful since the grounds are very big! The restrooms are air conditioned and well kept and spread around the whole site. The restaurant food is decently priced and i was surprised with how good it was for snackbar food. We will definitely be going back again!

Yelp
Everything is great here, I wouldn't call it camping as much a Glamping. They are something for everyone of all ages. Place is well run, clean and convenient with a camp store, snack shack and pools. Highly recommend. The kids bike track, and Rv car track are super cool.

Dawn F.

Yelp
This is more than a 5 star beautiful resort will not be disappointed at all. Extremely clean and all the staff are helpful and very polite. I also had a family medical which force me to leave early and they so graciously refunded me. I actually cried I can't say enough how concern and caring they were. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

Yelp
Best campground we have experienced yet! Clean and so much entertainment! Highly recommend!

Sherri K.

Yelp
This is the ultimate campground. They pay great attention to details. 4 pools (one heated and one indoors and 3 hot tubs), fabulous playground with beautiful sites with a lot of pine trees and landscaping was great! My grandkids loved the goats and walking around the fishing pond. Shower houses were very nice. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Only complaint is why isn't there one in Ohio!!!
google avatar

Tyler M.

Yelp
one of the best campgrounds i've went to i'm from Nh so i been camping a lot i'm not a fan of the pool rules tho. no toys no floats for kids no jumping and 18+ for the hot tub

Christi H.

Yelp
LOVED this campground! It's clean, well maintained and everyone was so friendly. There was tons for the kids to do and we loved the shaded sites. It's close enough to use it for a jump off point to Boston and Rhode Island. When we are in the area, we will definitely be back!
google avatar

Jan R.

Yelp
This is more than resort than a campground. There are many activities and a plethora of sports and amusements for kids, adults and the whole family. It is dog friendly and very well kept. However, you kind of lose the outdoorsy camping feeling here. It's more like sitting in an RV lot surrounded by other campers. It's nice to come once a year but I wouldn't come any more than that.
google avatar

Anne M.

Yelp
This place is a disaster. It's like a night club, so loud can't even watch a movie. There's no consideration for neighbors and sites are on top of each other. Dogs won't stop barking!! It's a free for all. They charge for everything, even events that don't cost anything. Not worth the money at all!
google avatar

Sarah C.

Yelp
My second time camping here in a tent. Stayed for the weekend and had a great time. We rented the open field, and it was a good deal and we could set up all the tents we wanted-3 because there was 8 of us and the price was reasonable. Clean bathrooms and nice showers with hot water and good pressure. Didn't use the pools this time around, but enjoyed them on our last visit. Campfires past midnight rule is pretty lame, especially on the weekend. Was approached by a camper and security to kill the fire around 1am. Overall, nice campsite with access to Patriots Place where there is food and entertainment.
google avatar

Susan W.

Yelp
There is a reason that this campground is one of the highest rates RV parks in the US!!! Outstanding staff and activities for all ages. Landscaping is immaculate, bathrooms are spotless. They are also very family friendly and do not tolerate intoxicated, obnoxious guests. Our family and several others were concerned with the four letter language and loud belligerent behavior from a small group that had over indulged at the pool. The issue was handled discreetly and quickly. They are consistently full and I can see why - top shelf. For those reviews that speak to overcrowding-- this is a RV park not a national forest- as a result you do see your neighbors- but it is so quiet you would not even know they were there.

Shawn B.

Yelp
Look it's about the amenities, ATM empty at 10 in the morning, cash only at the snack machine broken no idea when it's going to be fixed. Even then it opens at 11:30 You have to walk all the way around to get to pools. This place is just ok,

Yelp
We arrived for our second visit to the campground. Yes it is on the expensive side, as other reviews mentioned, but there is so much offered. We had to stay more local due to my husband's new job. We loved our visit in April so we booked again. The staff was polite and very nice. They really talked up our site, abuts tennis courts, right next to playground, close to pools, etc. Well once the lights go out on the court, literally all hell breaks loose. Kids are riding bikes and running through sites in the dark. A couple kids showed up to come through my site in the dark. I'm there staying alone with 3 kids and 3 teens come out of the bushes. First time ever being nervous while camping, not a good feeling. Every night when the courts close the crowd of unruly kids just roam the campground screaming, swearing, pushing and shoving each other. I work with children and have 3 of my own, before there is any question on my dealings with kids. To have to send my girls inside in the middle of smores because kids are screaming I love to suck d#$k and you suck d#$k or F off, go F yourself, among other very colorful words, really makes you angry when you've spent $700 to stay here for a week. I think perhaps instead of screaming from the guard shack or office telling them to go home like they did last night, perhaps someone gets off their butt and actually polices the campground. I finally called because they all congregated at bathroom 1 and were continuing to scream and swear. The woman who answered acted like I was interrupting her. She cut me off because she had a noisy rig coming in and I had to wait a minute. Wonderful attempt at customer service. She says ya ok I'll send someone out. By the time the ranger arrived the kids had moved on to ruin someone else's night. It's pretty crazy when they give guests visiting the third degree meanwhile this crap show is going on every night. Do better!

Yelp
Love Normandy! We have been camping here over 10 years and it is our favorite place around MA and NH. So many great activities plus , 4 pools and 3 hot tubs. The take out restaurant is delicious, Rec hall has ac and big so can hold a lot of people, kids lounge is great and full of puzzles , games ect. , I could on and on!
google avatar

Donna C.

Yelp
Amazing that a camp ground that is so large could be so quiet. Away from all the activities and pool , which is just the way I like it. However the T15 campsite, was on the road and quite busy. Every car, RV Or golf cart that drives by stirs up a lot of dirt and road dust. Restrooms are nice and clean get an A+ from me. Great place for a family and lots of things for children to do. Visited on Rhode Island weekend and everything in the gift shop was 25% off. Was disappointed that all but two pools were closed down For the season. I thought the season ended when Rhode Island weekend ended not the day before. The weather was hot, so every pool could have been full.

Jon D.

Yelp
We haven't camped here in a few years. It is even better than we remember. It is a huge campground. We got site 13 and we love it. It's right in the middle of the action. There are so many activities for the kids. They have three pools. They are doing a great job managing the campground during COVID. My only complaint is that the bundles of wood are $7.00 for literally 5 small pieces of wood. Other than that, A+ all the way!
google avatar

Brandon K.

Yelp
Great experience for the family. 4 pools, bike park, frisbee golf, store, very clean air conditioned bathrooms! Looking forward to coming back 1-2 mor times this summer! Definitely recommend

Donald M.

Yelp
If you enjoy camping in the middle of Disney World this is the place for you! Very crowded but also very nice facilities. If you want to invite visitors from outside they can only stay for an hr or pay $15 bucks each. Nice place but not my style!

John R.

Yelp
I gave it 5 stars because this is genuinely a 5 star resort. Everything is top notch and clean. The amenities are incredible. The help is plentiful and friendly. Great cable TV and WI-FI. Bathrooms and 2 dog parks are real good. Something for everyone. This was our second time there and we will definitely return.

Laurie T.

Yelp
I'm shocked! People are piled on top of each other! And how much are they charging people to be in a parking lot? Avery large group of tents right outside my RV window! Tents should be in tent sites not where someone could easily drive over them! As I was backing up, kids were running and riding bikes behind me and the camp spotter never said a word to me or the kid! There may be a lot for kids to do, but adults go "camping" too! I will say the facilities are clean and well kept, but very expensive! $5 for a load of laundry! I have no idea what the draw is. Someone needs to tell these people about the beautiful State and Federal parks! I booked this location because of the rave reviews, if it hadn't been necessary to be in the area, I would have taken the loss and left!

Mary s.

Yelp
Clean, organized and very pet friendly. Huge dog park. Many amenities with friendly staff. Will be back next year!
google avatar

William G.

Yelp
We camped here with our 30ft class A RV and we loved it! Plenty of space, fun activities for the entire family and lots of things to do. The campground is clean, well staffed, organized and we highly recommend it. My only complaint is the phone service before you get here. You press a dozen numbers on the phone directory, just to find out you're not getting anyone on the phone. What happened to "you call, someone picks up and transfers your call"? Other than that, we don't have any complaints about the campground itself. We will definitely be back!

Maria L.

Yelp
I went there with my family to spend friday, saturday, and sunday night at the campgrounds. It was our first stay there and we had a really good time. The employees were very polite, and very helpful. The campgrounds were clean, the bathrooms were clean, the pools were always being maintained well. It was super busy but that's normal for a campground during the summer. I recommend it to anybody who doesn't mind spending time outdoors. We brought our tents and slept in there.

Patrice C.

Yelp
This was our second stay at Normandy Farms and it was just as good as the first. We stayed on 6/17 on site 29. I've seen reviews that this area has small sites but it was perfect for our tent and so close to the rec center and playground. Staff were incredibly nice ( even when we unintentionally broke a rule started a campfire way before the allowed time) . The kids loved the pools and the pond and we loved the peace and cleanliness of the campground. I've stayed all over Massachusetts but won't bother with any other campsite from now on. A wonderful stay.

Yelp
Me and my faimly stayed here, and we are very happy we decided this place. They are so welcoming, and are very helpful. If you plan on sightseeing they give you tons of information on how to get there and what they suggest you do there. Depending on where you camp, the campsites have much space between, and it gives you privacy. They have everything from swimming pools to tons of fitness and sport options. They have 2 outdoor swimming pools, 1 indoor, a sauna, and a hot tub. They have tons of fields and a very nice gym. That also have many places to just sit and hang out with your faimly or other campers. They have great security, and this place will alway make you and your family feel safe. Overall this campground has everything I would want in a campground and more!

Lindsey H.

Yelp
Best campground we've stayed at yet! And we've stayed at lots of "resort" style campgrounds. My son races BMX so the bike track was a huge hit for him, he also loved bringing his RC. That sold us on this campground. The restaurant and few amenities weren't open yet due to it not being their "peak" time yet. Very clean, the only weird thing was you couldn't have "pool toys or jump in the pool". If you have 4 pools, designate one of those to kids. The pools were so empty my son was 1 of 4 people ever in the pool, but anyone with kids know they aren't swimming laps! Their kids. I understand the no pool noodles or floats but my son had 1 dive shark playing by himself (he's an only child) and was told he couldn't have toys, and he jumped off the side of the pool and couldn't do that either! So seems odd. So I would change and designate a pool for kids to be kids! Other than that we had a great time!

Yelp
We are currently staying here. Staff-staff is great! Friendly, helpful and polite. We were able to check in early and that was great after our 4 hour drive! Location- very close to Gillette, our reason for being here. Not much else around. Campground- very busy and full. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Disappointed that the back facilities do not have showers! This is where tents and trailers without full hookups are located. Seems like this area is exiled. All pools are located in the front, with 4 pools and 3 restrooms with showers perhaps the back are could use some attention. Campsite- this is the worst. It was a parking lot. No room and I could see in my neighbors windows. I could not put my slide out completely out as it would of crossed over into our neighbors site. I could put my arms out between the two campers and touch both. This felt more like tailgating than camping. Extremely disappointing considering the price we paid to stay here.

James D.

Yelp
The accommodations are nice and the sites are large. That being said, their website flat out lies about their prices. On the website, the prices for what we booked are listed as $62 for weekdays and $77 for weekends. Our stay should have cost us $263, so you can imagine our surprise when we booked and were charged, WITH NO PRIOR INDICATION, $303. And let's not forget the additional $40 because we have the audacity to want to bring our 2 children with us. We booked several months in adavance, yet when I inquired about the price hike, the condescending woman at the front counter told me the price increase was due to us booking short notice. The $62 nights were $66 (which would be acceptable), but the $77 was increased to $105. What !?! With no notice !?! The condescending woman said we needed to book at least 9 months in advance. So my wife asked if we got on the website today to book for this week next year we would get the lower rates, to which she replied "maybe. It is possible." She couldn't even get her story straight about the load of crap she was feeding us. Also, please note that we are here in April. The condescending woman further explained that the website states prices may vary due to occupancy. First of all, there is no shortage of vacant sites. At my best guess I would say they are at 40 - 45% capacity. Second of all, if there is going to be a $30 increase, it needs to be posted prior to charging the customer. Bottom line, buyer beware. They can charge you anything they care to and stay it is an increase due to occupancy. They will offer you no relief and no apologies. They will, however, gladly take your money and treat you with distain for asking them to justify a 36% increase in rates and how they can charge a customer that increase without first informing them of said increase.

Yelp
I have stayed at this campground (tent) several times. It is a bit pricey but it's worth it and the place always seems to be at 100% capacity. The bathrooms are very clean, and the facility is constantly being painted and well maintained. The staff were always helpful and I decided to extend and they did not make me move my tent. They actually had someone else take a different tent site, that was super helpful. Place has activities at night for adults, kids, and does not disappoint. The lighted horseshoe pits are a nice touch and many people gather to meet and play.

Yelp
I wanted to pick a place near home for my first camping trip with my two young boys (age 3 and 6) and Normandy Farms ended up being a great spot. It was my first camping trip since I was about twelve years old so I was a little worried about how soothly it would go being in the wilderness with my boys but Normandy is more like an RV resort - with some spots for tent campers as well. I will say this is NOT the place to go if you want wilderness, deep shady camp sites, or quiet walks down walking trails. The sites are very exposed - ours was right at the edge of deep woods facing a large field. At night time I could hear the highway way off in the distance. Since so much of the resort is picture perfect - its a damn shame that the tent sites are so barren. The rest of the grounds are very shaded, well manicured, and extremely clean. We were bummed that the bathroom near us did not have any showers - we had to walk a bit further to a bathroom in the middle of RV-land for showers. It gave us the feeling that they really dont cater much to tent campers. But for young kids it was a lot of fun - even though it may not be the kind of outdoors, getting-in-touch-with-nature, relaxing fun you had in mind. There is an amazing playground there with wonderful slides and climbing structures. There are 3-4 heated pools, one is indoors. There is a beautiful fishing pond, horshoes, a bike park, dog park, disc golf, basketball courts, a video game room, ice cream stand, and a small general store. This place is not cheap though - they do charge you for every person, child, baby and pet you have with you. However I did get a tent site somehow this last trip for just $30 a night (on the phone they quoted me $50). I do see where the money goes - the staff is everywhere and the place is in great shape everywhere. There is WIFI, bingo night, movie nite etc.. I think we will go back sometime again and try to tent in a different spot.

Yelp
I only live about 20 minutes from Normandy Farms. I have stayed here several times. I would go more and more..BUT..it's out of control. We are major camping maniacs in this house! We own a travel trailer and we "USE" to go here quite often. Several times a year. What kept me going back to this place was the activities! (More on that later). There's a lot I actually don't like about Normandy, but I just overlook. The prices here are absolutely astromonical! They just went up again for the 2012 season. You'd like to think with the way the economy is...they'd keep their prices down so it' would be affordable..NOT! OK..hold on to your seats..$79.00!! yes I said SEVENTY NINE!!!!!!!!! FOR ONE NIGHT for a full hook up..water, sewer, sewer. OK..I could stay in a hotel for that much..why bother? You wouldn't mind if I didn't have to see Mr. Scratch His Ass in the next camper literally parked next to mine only a few feet away! The sites here are so close together you can again..hear Mr. Scratch His Ass..farting and burping! YES! And that's exactly what we heard when we were at the "family campground" actually a couple in the tent next to us who were up all night drinking going "at it" for hours! Until I flipped out at 3:00 a.m! I couldn't take the moaning and groaning anymore 2 feet from head! Also, good luck trying to book a site here..it's worse than trying to get into the White House with a back pack! You either have to a.) know someone. b.) be a seasonal or c.) call 4 years in advance and pay in full 4 years in advance. How the hell do I know what I'm doing 4 years in advance? AND...you have to book for an entire week..no less. Here's my example: I called in November thinking I would get a good site for the 2008 season: You have to pay 3/4 of your site now! Hmmm..lets think..500.00..plus taxes..it's one month before Christmas..it's not happening! It's just ridiculous! I must say..the staff at the front desk are truly gems. They always very professional, very sweet and always take as much time as you need. We stayed here on our anniversary one year and they sent us down a big bouquet of ballons from the staff. That's the major reason they are getting 3 stars. The staff here is amazing. Be forewarned the sites here are so close together.. You literally are on top of one another. We almost had a fist fight with our neighbors because he was putting his baby to sleep at 9:00 on a friday night and we were playing games around OUR own campfire w/eight 30+ adults! But, on a very postive note, we called security and literally they were there in seconds and took care of it. This person was out of control threatening us and everything else..Normandy Staff was again, Very professional!! The sites are just waaaay to close together. They are just trying to pack waaay too many people into one area. Another time I was there on a completely different weekend I was with my husband and there was a huge group of drunks at the end of our sites screaming and singing 'penis' songs until 4:30 AM! Our whole entire street was up with their kids out of their campers/tents and everyone was upset. They were getting really rude with a lot of swearing! There were kids there! It took security 30+ minutes to come..(in Normandy's defense...I guess he was a new guy just hired..and had no idea what he was doing yet.) The whole street got a one free night card from Normandy including us. The other really nice thing about this place is the pools! They have 4 pools! Again, be forewarned..it's KID HAVEN! I think one of the pools should be for ADULTS ONLY! They also have sauna's and jacuzzi's. Everything here is immaculate. There is one MAJOR problem here..They have some 20 something male staffs running the activities..please be careful if you have young female teens going to the activities. They were making comments about my nieces breasts and were following her around and she's 14! They then came to our campsite one night while they were drinking!! They wanted to drink with us and our teenager nieces! I found it very unprofessional..Just be careful and make sure you know where your teenage daughters are.. The bathrooms are extremely clean! They have excellent laundry facilites. The activities are just awesome! They do have a snack bar--it's ok--service is super slow.. I also love the disc golf! They also added a new dog park which opened in 2008. The main attraction to this place is how many activities they have for the kids..AND adults. Every time we go here by the time dinner comes you are just too exhausted to eat and end up just going to bed. It's really a fun place. It's really not located near anything. It's about 35 minutes from Boston. It is, however located near the new Foxboro Patriot place..so that could be a good thing. I still don't understand the 79.00 pricing..no mountain views, no lake..hey..people are paying it....We haven't been back since the Niece incident! It's a total

Yelp
This resort is probably the best RV park we've ever stayed at. So many amenities. Wonderfully maintained landscape. Actually grass like they say at your sites. Friendly and helpful staff and you don't feel like their watching your every move. I wish we could have experienced it to its full without COVID restrictions. A park that actually puts money back into keeping their park looking beautiful.
