Stunning showroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, too. If you’re a fan of the brand this is a must-visit.

Terrible organisation for the 3daysofdesign. They announced an event in the app of the festival (!) without mentioning that there is another type of ticket that is required to access the venue, so I waited in line for nothing. If you're attending an event there, I suggest double checking if you really can enter before going. Very embarrassing.

I have ordered 1 Normann Copenhagen product (Slice Bench) from Nunido webstore (ROCKET COMMERCE GMBH). The bench I received as a replacement for the first order (which was defect) was falling apart and is a safety hazard (see photos). Is this representative of your product quality? Or is this supplier (Nunido) selling defect products that wouldnt pass your quality controls? I contacted your customer service directly to complain about this 3 months ago but I was refused any form of assistance and I was directed to the retailer for the defects. For this customer service and poor quality I give you 1 star. If this is not representative of your quality, you should take action against Nunido.

Weird.... ok, let me start with the good things and that’s their products. Amazing design. The store itself is pretty big, at the time we visited though it was rather strange as stuff was all over the place but no one really explained what is going on. Now, the staff was the worst part, at least we got hello but that’s about it. If I would be working in a store and something is going on, if I have a customer, I come to them, welcome them and explain what is going on, otherwise the customer will feel weird and even unsure that he can be in the store. This is pretty much the vine we got, I mean... do people wanna make money or people are just too cool for school?

Dreadful company to deal with. Consistently "inaccurate" statements on when delivery will be made. 3 weeks has now turned into 13 weeks. I actually have no confidence they will deliver within that timescale. I would certainly not deal with them again.
