Norman's Hallmark Shop

The staff at this store is amazing! I went in looking for a Harry Potter themed card. One of the staff members came from around the registers to help me look for what I needed. I typically wouldn’t expect that to happen during the holidays with so many people in and out of the store. She even showed me a few other items they had in store which I posted in the photo above. My fiancé loved the items. Thank you again for the superb service!

Went to this store to buy a nice Christmas card. I found, but not surprised, that they stocked no cards about the real meaning of Christmas, the birth of Jesus. I hope Hallmark and the other big Corporations enjoy their money. See if you can buy your way to heaven with it!

Absolutely appalling behavior from some of the workers. My sister went here today to look for some cute Christmas ornaments. While she was looking, two women kept following her through the whole store and constantly asking her if she needed help. It was very clear that they thought she was going to steal. They clearly made assumptions about her and singled her out because they did not behave this way towards any of the other customers in the store. On top of that, one of the employees was making very loud, obvious negative comments about the products that my sister looked at, making her feel judged even more. My sister has never once stolen and never would. She loves Hallmark but this behavior has made her never want to go there or buy any Hallmark products ever again. I wish I knew the names of the two employees so I could report them. These people ruined her day and should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for profiling people. Disgusting. Do not shop here if you don't want to be treated like a criminal just for walking in the door.

Beautiful store with great items for spring

Awesome card gifts etc. The staff was extremely helpful pleasant, attentive, awesome place to buy unique gifts as well as a major selection of unbelievable cards a must.

My mother in law went to this location and was racially profiled by one of the workers here. It’s a shame that in 2024 people of color can’t shop without being followed. This location needs to do better and we will be letting everyone know that this location does not have the same values for all their customers. Will not be shopping at this location.

Second time here and what a great experience!. A lady named Linda was extremely helpful and kind each visit. This store has a great set up, an awesome selection of gifts/inspirational items, and the best quality cards for every occasion. This store is awesome!
