Beautiful clothing! Amazing quality, well-made fabric that feels soft on the skin. This is clothing you’ll have for years to come if you take care of it and is well worth the investment. Couple years ago it was a very organized store with selected, higher quality garments. However today came back and realized the store was extremely cluttered, messy, without space to walk through, a looot of fast-fashion low quality clothes quite overpriced. It looked like a Primark. The staff was super kind and sweet, but this review goes to the brand itself to come back to its roots/concept regarding quality and store experience.

I thought this was a cute shop with a nice variety of items. I found these adorable pearl earrings, and the staff handed 1 to me, even holding it up to my ear so I could see it better. I asked about the price and was still debating whether to buy them or not. I went to find my boyfriend, who was sitting near the cashier, and returned to the display, still deciding if the earrings were worth it. I got a bit distracted by some pretty scarves, and suddenly, the staff member came up to me and said, "I can't have you walking around the shop holding the earring," in a really rude tone. Did she think I couldn’t afford them? She could have communicated the store policy in a respectful manner without telling me off?

In the shop there is a water basin with Kois for decoration purposes. The pool is very sparse and contains no plants, sunlight or anything similar. I am really not an expert in fish science but this cannot be a species-appropriate animal husbandry. The tank is about half a meter deep which is definitely too low for Kois, according to Wikipedia.

SHAMEFUL!!! I bought a perfume made in Denmark in this shop in my vacation two weeks ago, the wrong ones selled to me a TESTER OF PERFUME, so a not new product and when I see that I was cheated it was too late cause the day after I had to come back to my country. I wrote a lot of e-mail at the same shop and also to official brand and I was told that they would send a new perfume but real big lie cause to my answer with address they disappeared. Never has such a thing happened to me, incorrect and false, almost abuse of power! I hope that you will have what you deserve.

Summary: Think Anthropology but more boutique Soho-esque. Very well curated selection of brands that are trendy, but different enough. The Store: It has a very Soho feel. A very great job merchandizing with plenty of places for guys to sit... you'll want to because there is a high probability your girl will be there a bit trying things on. The Price Point: Mid-range, similar to Anthropolgy for the US, but more urban. This store would not make sense in the suburbs. The clothes: It's a very curated selection of brands that are of great quality but I've never heard of them. That's the joy of traveling though and perfectly what I'm looking for. It's a great place to stop if you're looking for the plain piece that has just right extra something (example, a white shirt for work, here's it's slightly sheer with just the right buttons and hang).

I was not impressed with Norr. The clothes are overpriced for the quality, in my opinion, and the customer service was lacking. I bought a skirt here that I realized didn't fit right when I tried it on again at home, but couldn't find the receipt. The woman working at the register wasn't helpful or understanding. I didn't expect to be able to return the skirt and get the money back on my card, but I did think that I would get store credit or something else! Instead I am stuck with a skirt that is too big. It was expensive, too!
