Team of 4 travelling for work. Angela was so kind and helpful. The rooms were perfectly clean, tidy and cosy. Comfy beds and air con. After hours check-in and check out were seamless. And only a 5 minute walk to the 24 hour bakery which was delicious every time we went. Thanks North Adelaide Boutique Stays for looking after us!

Very accommodating, extremely clean and tidy. Spa room was excellent. Snacks and wine selection at great pricing. Walking distance to heaps of great eateries. We will be back. 😊

I loved this place! Fabulous room, very clean and spacious and the staff were very accommodating and kind going above and beyond. I checked in out of office hours but they kept in touch and it was easy. It is also in a great location. I highly recommend this place.

Great location, really close to the city and venues. Walking distance to restaurants if you don’t want to drive everywhere. Elegant room and styling made for a comfortable stay and has everything you need. Hospitality was great and friendly.

Absolutely great hotel for us. Location was perfect, staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The amenities are second to none and the choice is superb! We booked the family suite and we had 3 rooms joined together. Lots of space, super clean and well presented. We will 100% be back. Thanks for a great stay.

Positives: Stayed 2 nights. Lovely suite, large comfy bed and pillows, beautiful toiletries (Mor), shower was hot and strong, good size room, bathroom a little small but adequate, big white fluffy towels, block out blinds were good.|Negatives: |1. No light at front door, and felt very uneasy walking in as ground was uneven, even a sensor light would be good so there is light to see where to put the key in lock. |2. Needs a light over the mirror in main room to put make up on if partner is using the bathroom, not enough parking.... accessible parking is listed on their site (which is why we chose this accommodation) but we couldnt see any. So I had to drive in, unload the car, then I had to park out on the street and walk in with my bad hip and back using my walking stick.

Third time staying here. As always, the accessibility of the room meant a comfortable and safe stay for me and my son. Plenty of room for a wheelchair, a high/low bed with sides, and a spacious wet room style bathroom. The toiletries and refreshments provided are all super high quality and thoughtfully chosen. The vending machines with main meals are a stroke of convenience based genius. The only things that aren't perfect are the lighting, the room is very dark at all times of the day without the main lights on, which are awkwardly placed, and the high/low bed in rather ancient (and possibly haunted by the noise it makes going up and down!) We love staying here, and really appreciate the location for Women's and Children's appointments.

Recently stayed here again and yet again could not fault this place. As usual the bed was nice and soft- I like the fact that the sheets don't smell of bleach as some places I've stayed in do. The MOR bathroom products are always a nice touch, and speaking of bathrooms, the water pressure is very good with almost immediate hot water. I used the washing machine and dryer on site this stay and they were spotless and easy to use. I always get a good nights sleep here. No street noise and no loud bands pub- style! Carpet is clean and the mini- bar is quality. There are less than a handful of places I'll stay in Adelaide and this is absolutely my first choice.

Yelp
A traveler's worst nightmare. This hotel left me standing on the sidewal, in the rain with no room on a Sunday night after flying from San Francisco to Adelaide. A very careless management blew it for this place. My large government agency booked this place through our corporate travel agency so I could work two weeks in Adelaide. I arrived Sunday about 7:45pm to find no one in the office. After calling the main number, I learned I was supposed to arrange for a key code, if arriving after 5pm. This detail got lost between the bureaucracy of my agency, the travel agency and the hotel. This happens. What happened next, however, borders on criminal negligence. The hotel had two after-hours emergency numbers posted onit's door. I tried the first. It had been disconnected. I tried the second...more than a dozen times! I could hear it ringing in the building, but there was no one to answer the emergency number!? Another guest eventually walked by and asked if she could help. She checked her room, but could find no other contact. My work colleague in Sydney did the same. No luck. While standing outside for an hour, I discovered this property is also direct under the airport flight path. The noise was so loud that I had to pause conversations unt the plane passed. Tonight I'm sleeping at the Ibis and my travel agency will be looking for new accommodation. I plan to ask our corporate travel agency to remove this property from our list of vendors.
