Recently visited to see Beauty and the Beast on Broadway and it was amazing! We had great seats and it was easy to navigate. Staff were friendly and helpful. They had paid parking onsite that wasn't a far walk. I would definitely visit for a show again.

This venue is amazing for concerts. The place is perfect. Greta onsite parking. Only $10 to park. The $10 lot is covered so you can hang out even if it is raining. The floor entrance is super easy no issues getting on and off the floor. Superb venue

Great arena for a show. Acoustics & sight lines were fine. Concourse narrow but manageable. Easy access to parking & ride shares.

I have been here many times and it is amazing! The security is very quick to get through and the food is pretty good! All the seats have great views!

Had a blast seeing Phish for 3 days. Probably one of the best venues I've been too for an indoor show in that area. The staff were a big help as well since im disabled. Had an elevator and everything to make it easy to get in and out!

Had a GREAT time watching the Charleston Stingrays defeat the Orlando Polar Bears! The facility was great, and not a bad seat in the house. The only suggestion would be to offer some kind of golf cart shuttle service from the parking garage to the main entrance. There were not a lot of handicap parking spaces and it was difficult for my mother to make it to/from the garage to the coliseum.

Parking was kind of a nightmare— after the event, it took so long to get out of the garage that after 30 minutes we re-parked the car and walked out to go find dinner, then returned to move the car when the rush had passed. The surface lots didn’t seem any better! And when we left the second time, signs directed us to an exit, then an attendant yelled to go a different way (another show was scheduled to start soon). Not a smooth process. $10 to boot. Inside the coliseum, we arrived after the show started and found people already in our seats. Rather than ask them to move, we just went up a couple rows to other seats as it wasn’t sold out. At that point, no employees were around working in the stands. Lots of employees around the entrances to the building though. Sound was a little loud in the upper section but not intolerable. Lights were good. Show was entertaining.
