We had an amazing few days at the Greatwood cabin! Stephanie was so responsive to our inquiries, and communication about our stay was very clear and easy. The cabin and property were beautiful and so well maintained. Peaceful setting, lake is great for swimming and fishing, we loved the paddle boards and kayaks. Hot tub such a nice bonus. We will definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful cabin and property; we had an incredible time staying in this cabin. The homes themselves were cozy yet modern and stylish, furnished with everything we could possibly need, equipped with tons of activities and entertainment, and just incredibly comfortable. I have stayed in other properties owned by North Country Cabin Co. and they have all been incredible, as has the experience working with the owners.

Gorgeous cabin, well furnished. Small family owned business. Loved the kayaks, paddle boards and dock. All first class and impeccably clean. Owner does happen to be my son & daughter-in-law and as parents we have seen their passion and drive to make their guests have fabulous family memories. I loved our stays there and will repeat as a paying guest. BTW - nice fishing lake. 60’ deep with nice small mouth and blue gills. No junky docks.

My husband and I booked Loon lodge for a friends weekend and I can’t say enough about this place!! The coziness, cleanliness, and general quality of the space was top notch. The amenities were plentiful and had everything we needed in terms of toiletries, kitchen/cooking supplies, etc. The backyard views right on the peaceful lake were especially gorgeous in the Fall. This weekend was just what the doctor ordered, and Loon was an all around hit amongst our friend group!!

Over the last several years have stayed at all the North Country cabins. They are all very comfortable, well maintained and supplied with everything needed to enjoy cabin life. Owners were very responsive to questions and promptly resolved an issue with a missing paddle.

We’ve now been to all of the North Country cabins, and have thoroughly enjoyed each one! The locations are great - it’s beautiful country and only a short drive from Woodbury, MN. The cabins are clean and stylish. We love the kayaks, local restaurants, and hiking in the area.

I highly recommend staying at any one of these cabins. You will have a fantastic, serene time. Also, if you have a big group, like many families getting together, you could all book the cabins on Long Lake for a great group getaway. That's if you're lucky to find availability. (full disclosure I'm the owner's honest cousin)

Warm and inviting cabins with wonderful views of nature both inside and outside. Love the big windows and outside spaces which add to the ambiance. The added bonus of a hot tub under the stars which are so bright with the lack of light pollution makes this a place to really enjoy!
