I have greatly appreciated and enjoyed my time living with North Crane Living as a student. My unit was perfect from the beginning, with more than enough space, a safe neighborhood, and great communication between management. Any issues or questions I may have had, have always been professionally and quickly resolved, which is greatly appreciated. I have seen the amount of work put to ensure the units are always looking their best and upkept. This ranged from landscaping services, painting stair cases, and upkeeping of the laundromat. The apartments are also extremely close to stores such as Publix, Panera, Fresh market and more. It is also the perfect location as a nature lover, with a 15 minute bike ride to get to Hutchinson Island and all the fun Beach activities. At the start of my lease I did not have a vehicle, and heavily relied on my bike, so Location wise this has treated extremely well!

Fred and the team at North Crane have been exceptionally accommodating. My roommate and I relocated to Vero Beach for flight school at Skyborne, and Fred found us an apartment that perfectly suits our needs. The quality of the apartment is top-notch, and any issues we've encountered have been addressed promptly—like when our dryer had some problems and was quickly replaced with a brand-new unit. It’s clear that Fred and his team genuinely care about providing a great experience for their tenants. I highly recommend North Crane!
