North Hanover Grille

Finally tried this tonight and wasn't disappointed. I had the burger, and for a non-smash burger, this is the way to do it. Perfect medium rare and tasted great. Wife got crab cakes and enjoyed them. That's saying something. Everyone else enjoyed what they got. The wings looked really good. But smaller but perfectly sauced. We'll return for sure. Prices are very friendly, even drinks. Taste + cost gets the first visit 5 ⭐.

I can’t believe I haven’t done a review in this yet. This is one of my favorite places for dinner in Carlisle. I come here a couple times a month. I always sit at the bar and I have never had anything bad. They have daily lunch and dinner specials and always have a seafood special that I enjoy. Their Brussels sprouts are so good! This is a family owned place and they are so personable and friendly. Parking is on the street and free in the evenings. This is a great place for meeting friends for wings on a Wednesday or getting a nice dinner with your significant other.

Came in on a slow Thursday. Sat down and was immediately served. The waitress was super nice and paid attention to everything I needed or asked for. Had an amazing cheeseburger and a Yuengling. The atmosphere is super dope. Chill sports bar kind of vibe. The burger was delicious and served with a huge side of fries. Best spot I’ve been to in Carlisle.

Very good experience here at the North Hanover Grille. This was the first time I visited this establishment. Today, I started off with a bowl of French onion soup and then a dozen of their bourbon hot chicken wings. I was very impressed with both. The food came fast, and the service was good. I am definitely a wing person, and these past the test. I would definitely come back again. It's also located right in the middle of town, so it is very convenient.

If you're looking for a homie feel and great food, this is the place. The drinks are great, and while the beer selection is not too extensive, they know what to get. Recommended 100%

Make it your idea to pickup food from here for lunch, and take credit for both the good eats and the required nap time afterwards. Friendly every time I've been there, and have not disappointed with the food. Oh, and the gluten-free buns for their burgers are really good.

Awesome place. The burger was so huge and delicious 😋 I enjoyed every bite. The service was fast and pleasant, despite that there was only one waitress.

Walked into a warm and cozy establishment, was greeted right away by the lady tending bar, sat at the bar and was greeted again with a gracious smile and welcoming feel. Ordered a couple of beers for my husband and I while we looked over the menu. Started off with a dozen wings two different flavors, they were great! My husband got a dinner special, I went with a crab cake sandwich with f.f. Everything was absolutely 🤌💓 except for the f.f. I was a little shocked really that they were cheap frozen stock fries. However, the Kaiser roll, my lump meat crab cake came on and the cake itself was superior! The crab cake was plentiful and full of flavor, just enough breading to hold it together! My husband's salmon dinner special with brussel sprouts were fantastic! Beer was cold. Service and I'm going by what our check said who we were served by was Teri and she was amazing! Hit every point someone in the industry should touch base on. Perfecto! We would most definitely become a regular patron of this restaurant if we lived here and will surely mark it in our travels as a place to come back to when we are here again. Just an all around great environment and job by everyone! P.s. Change out those f.f
