North Rustico Harbour Inn

This place was a pleasant surprise. The motel rooms have been completely refurbished with many thoughtful touches. Our room was immaculately clean and everything smelled super fresh. The beds were comfy, and a clever wardrobe contained a coffee station and microwave. The owner was very friendly. While it would be nice if breakfast was included, there is really no common area where it could be served. We were easily able to have a small breakfast in our room using the coffee maker. Also note that the property is not on the harbour, but it is very close to what would be considered the centre of the village.

This was our second year staying at North Rustico Harbour Inn in PEI and once again it was an amazing stay. The owner is very pleasant and so kind, you can tell he truly cares about the guests. The housekeeping staff are wonderful as well. The rooms are always spotlessly clean, with the most comfortable beds, as well fresh towels and toiletries provided along with daily housekeeping. There is a cute little playground and grass area which is great if you have children, along with some picnic tables and outdoor chairs if you just want to go out and enjoy the fresh air. The location is very convenient, there is a pharmacy right across the street and it is less than about a 10 minute drive up the road to cavendish. One of our restaurant highlights during our stay in North Rustico is just down the road right on the wharf, “On the Dock”. Overall, another wonderful stay at North Rustico Harbour Inn and we are looking forward to returning again next year for our stay.

Super experience! Great spot. Exceptionally clean. Fantastic comfortable beds. Decent coffee and machine. Very friendly and accommodating staff. |Previously stayed in a cottage that was way overpriced and had mice. We will try to book this motel from now on.

Tao was a fantastic host! Super friendly and helpful to us on our cycling trip when we needed a little extra help. The units are very cute and look almost brand new, with big screen TVs and a very decent channel selection. Great place to stay!

Excellent stay at this lovely motel. Rooms are beautifully decorated and beds are luxurious and comfy! So clean! Very quick walk to town with shops and restaurants! Would definitely go back.

Clean and Modern: - Looks recently renovated. I’m a clean freak, and this place is sparkling clean. Every corner of the hotel is meticulously maintained, which made my stay extremely comfortable. Friendly staff: - The customer service was exceptional. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, ensuring all my needs were met with a smile. Quiet and Peaceful: - I am usually woken up by noise in the hall or next door easily in the early morning, but this place is very peaceful. It was a pleasure to stay in such a quiet environment. Slept like home - I usually can’t sleep well due to the mattress when I’m traveling, but I was pleasantly surprised that I slept like I was at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable. - One unique feature is that just outside your room door, you can see the stars ✨above you because there is no light pollution. It’s a magical experience. Overall, my stay at was excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and comfortable stay.

We were very happy with our stay here. The rooms are great - clean, updated and the beds are very comfortable. The owner is friendly and had lots of great recommendations for us. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to those traveling to PEI.

Great little motel, super clean, very comfortable bed, and helpful staff. The location is very central to everything. 2 / 3 minutes from cute breakfast place by the harbour, and cute shops. We were looking for a place half way between the bridge and the ferry dock at Souris, outside Charlottetown vicinity, this inn/ motel was just perfect! We had car trouble on the way from the States and got to the North Rustico Harbour Inn extremely late, the staff was extremely helpful at communicating with us and making sure the room key would be available when we got there. Will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity. Thank you North Rustico Harbour inn!

I cant believe its a motel. A motel conjures up clogged up toilets, cracked walls, ripped carpets in a seedy town. To the contrary, North Rustico Harbour Inn looked immaculate and ideal for lodgings. The lodge is owned by a family consisting of a couple and two daughters. The day I checked I was greeted by one of the daughters who was beyond kind and who welcomed me wholeheartedly. The place itself is easy to find. It is just four miles of Cavendish in a serene fishing harbour community with plenty of local and homemade shops and restaurants surronding the area. Parking is free and convienient, you will park right near room. The rooms itself like I mentioned in the beginning was the opposite. Inside felt like a juxtapose of Canadian Wildlife Lodge and sleek sophistication of a fancy London loft. Whole place was clean and spotless. Toilets, sinks, and showers were very functionable. It seems to me the owners take immense pride in this lodge and it sure showed. Thank you all for being so dedicated to establishment and your to your guests.
