I have lived here just under 3 years. The change of management has been good, especially with the new system of being able to pay online without a $60 transactional fee. Also, staff has been so far kind, a much needed change from Brittany's consistent attitude. We are moving to get more bang for our buck. Our base rent on a one bedroom is $1,629 and with all of the added fees we pay $421.95 on top of that. So monthly, for a one bedroom at 781 sqft and a 12lb dog, we pay $2,050.95, pretty insane. Maintenance is quick, they may not fix something on the first time around but at least if you call them again they will most likely be back the same day. The dog park / area is depressing, and you CANNOT bring your pets into the courtyard. Huge missed opportunity there. They have been saying for years they're working on the dog area... I have seen absolutely no change. GOOD LUCK getting into P1. There is always traffic blocking the entrance. You will end up sitting, blocking oncoming traffic to wait for it to clear or having to do a U-turn to get in. You WILL hear the highschool, even during summer break they have something going on. You will hear the class bells, any event (music blasting morning AND night), it's super fun... Lastly, since the management change I have been seeing bugs! Many spiders on our patio and we even have had cockroaches which we have called to get our apartment serviced. I think the ball was dropped on that one during the transition. I have enjoyed living here, but the price is just not worth it.

This is the worst apartment I’ve even lived in. I’ve lived in 5 apartments over the last 8 years. All over the country, from New York to Rhode Island, out to Utah. I would never recommend this to anyone. Over my time living at north union, here are some of the things we had to deal with: - a resident pulling a firearm on another resident (no resolution) - the constant smell of smoke in the building - 2 separate occasions of my car being broken into, even in the ‘secure’ parking lot - incompetent staff in the front office - pool and Hottub constantly broken or unusable - unexpected new fees implemented during the contract with no ability to say no… it will cost you more and more by the day to live there Only good thing was the maintenance and custodial staff who kept this place alive. We appreciated you!

Love living here! Everyone is super helpful and fun in the front office, maintenance is amazing, and the amenities are top notch. Can’t say enough good things!

This place has been great, we have been here for a year. Staff is friendly most the time and maintenance workers are swift and friendly. The neighbors are fairly quiet but being on the fourth floor I can’t speak to having someone above us. It’s nice and kept mostly clean in common areas. We’ve had little to no problems living here. The only issue I have is with the cost but upon asking about renewing our lease they informed us that our rent would remain the same as long as we kept the same lease term. It’s good to know we don’t need to worry about our rent going up on us upon lease renewal at least this time. Thank you north union.

Overall good experience. Great amenities and neighbors all picked up after dogs thanks to the poo-prints program. My issue was that the bike room was broken into and my $3k mountain bike was stolen. Also, they charged over $200 in cleaning fees despite the fact that I left the apartment spotless. See photos for what they dinged me on.

I have been here for about 6 months now and I absolutely love it! It’s always clean and smells wonderful. People are kind and friendly. I love how many dogs live here! Plus, the dog wash is a HUGE plus! Love the pool and hot tub. All social areas are so nice to enjoy. The zen den is peaceful, the social room is big and has a great vibe to it, the grill area is so fun and convenient! Not much needs the help of maintenance, but if it does, they are quick and responsive to the issue at hand. I also really appreciate the EV chargers in the garage. Very accommodating. I recommend this place to anyone!

Drove 30 minutes out of my way for an apartment tour that I scheduled online and they acted confused when I got there. Then found out the price listed online at $1466/month was incorrect and it was actually $2700/month, which is an absurd amount of money to be off by, and extremely unprofessional. I was made to feel stupid and looked down upon by leasing staff for THEIR mistake. Get it together and be considerate of people’s time and emotional wellbeing.
