We stayed here 7/17-7/2. The resort is VERY far away from everything. There is a very bumpy dirt road that leads to the resort. Thankfully we rented a Jeep! The restaurant hours were unreliable. The key pad to get thru the gate didnt work well and we had to enter our code multiple times. The beach was quiet and the pool was nice and clean. Our condo was very nice, but this resort was not what we expected, despite tons of research. We only spent half a day here, and visited other parts of the island the rest of our trip.

This resort is so secluded but felt safe the entire week. The staff was kind and the pool area was immaculate. The view from the second floor condo was amazing and the constant sea breeze was awesome. The restaurant was not open during our visit so I can't speak to it. My wife and I would recommend this to anyone who wants a private vacation and who doesn't mind driving about 20 minutes to town. We appreciated the guard at night as well, even though without the guard we would have still felt plenty safe.

Wow.. this is such a beautiful place. Our condo was amazing, and our view from our balcony was perfect. The ocean view and pool side were great. The sunrise was the best part. The owner we rented from Lisa was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure you were enjoying yourselves . You do need to rent a car to get there. I would stay there again.

Yes, it is on the other side of the island but we rented a car and everything we wanted to do was within a 20 minute drive. We left the crowds for solitude! It has an on site restaurant (1-8pm) great food & drinks! The best Dominican coffee!! Ask Yanneris to make you a cup! The pool was huge and practically empty!! The hot tub was hot! It is also a gated resort! Our host Noelle was amazing! Our condo was so clean and beautifully decorated. Oceanscape B1-101 We will be staying here again and again!

We were looking for a quiet secluded oasis and we found it and more at the Northwest Point Resort. The condo was so lovely. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. The pool area is beautiful, clean and inviting. The restaurant was great with good food, a bar, and a friendly staff. The manager Lisa is amazing and addressed any questions that we had immediately. But the beach. Oh the beach. It’s heavenly. It’s quiet and full of conch shells and the perfect blue water was wonderful. The beach is very secluded and quiet and natural. It’s the most beautiful beach that I have ever seen. We loved it so much we are going back in July. It was heavenly. Some pro tips: you need to rent a car. The resort is remote and secluded and away from the tourist trappings of Grace Bay. Call Tashy at Rent a Buggy. She was great and brought it out to us. Bring Cash. Everyone prefers US Dollars on the island and give discounts when you pay in cash. There are cash and carry grocery stores and liquor stores. There are also more expensive stores that take credit cards but the discounts were impressive. Know that the bar and restaurant close at 7, so plan accordingly. It’s about 20 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay but the drive is worth the serenity.

If you are looking for a very secluded place than that's your spot. 20 min drive from the airport, at some point the pavement road turns into a decent dirt road so even a tiny car we rented was fine do drive on it. And yes a rental car is a must for that location. The restaurant that is on the premise is currently closed so you need to bring your own groceries. The buildings look very nice, the pool is great and very clean, big outside hot tub is a nice addition. The beach access is easy but the beach itself although have beach beds and umbrellas(kayaks and paddle board are available as well) it's not the same standard as the other beautiful beaches on the island. Good for a morning and evening walk but lots of seaweed and not lots of place for a pleasant swim.

What a great secluded location! We rented a 3rd floor 3BR CONDO. We could cook for ourselves or go down to the pool’s bar and restaurant or jump in our rental car and head into town for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The private beach is so close and there are about a half dozen shaded beachside tables to set your cooler or lounge chairs under. Then just chill out, take in the views of the beautiful ocean, and work on your tan lines Go gangbusters in town with all there is to do on land or water. Then come on back to NWP for some laid back fun times with family and friends. There are also Kayaks and paddles to go out and have fun with too.

Two bedroom beachfront condo. Stayed at Vista Del Mar for my Easter break. Felt like I was at a five star resort on the beach with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. The actual condo I stayed at was something out of a magazine and soooo comfortable. Communing with nature, removing myself from the hustle bustle of every day life and immersing myself in paradise was so healing and rejuvenating. I’ll be back to this hidden gem with family and friends over and over. Whether a bbq dinner made poolside or venturing out to the many delicious restaurants … it is always a welcomed way to end your day at the beach. The turquoise waters and white sands just keep whirling in your mind as you nestle into your king size bed and either watch TV or read your book. This condo has it all ! Great vibe ! And …. The snorkeling is amazing. Also the paddle boarding and kayaking is readily available. Enjoy 🏝
