The cakes are delicious, no doubt about that. However I was very disappointed with the service. I went in the Wednesday before Father's Day and placed an order for 7 bundlets that were gifts for Father's Day. I was told I could just come in on Sunday morning and get them, but I chose to proceed with pre-ordering them to ensure I would have the specific flavors requested. First off, I should have known this was going to be a horrible experience when the girl who was at the register put in the wrong flavors of cakes, good thing I looked at my receipt before leaving because she put in flavors I didn't even request for. When I told her she put in some of them wrong, she looked at me blankly and questioned me if I was sure. A lady from the back happened to have come out to the front and the girl told her the issue, so the lady from the back proceeded to check off what was correct on the receipt and scratched off what wasn't correct and wrote the names of the correct flavors on the bottom of the receipt. Sunday morning I go in to pick up my order which didn't come from the back, she (being the same girl at the register on Wednesday) proceeded to take cakes out of the display by the register, which was fine. Again, knowing what happened Wednesday, I double checked the flavors she sat on the counter and saw two cakes were not the flavor I had ordered. I informed her I didn't order any lemon ones, I ordered lemon raspberry, once again she just looked blankly at me and said "oh". She finally said "we don't have lemon raspberry" as if they didn't sell that flavor at all. I asked "what do you mean you don't have lemon raspberry"? She then said "oh, we're all out, that one sold out". I said "I'm confused on how I don't have the flavors I ordered and paid for on Wednesday, the whole purpose of ordering in advance and not coming in day off was to make sure I had the particular flavors they ALL requested". I was then told "well your order wasn't in the back, because when I went back there to get it they all said they don't know what I'm talking about". So....someone there messed up at some point, not sure exactly who it was, I assume just like with most businesses pre-orders are fulfilled or else what is the purpose of ordering in advance, because if it's not a guarantee that I would not have the exact flavors I ordered, I should have been advised of that, which I wasn't... So taking the time to come in and pre-order was a waste of MY time and instead of being upfront and apologetic about my order not being handled appropriately and for not having a particular flavor I ordered, she just tried to slide a substitution of her choice off on me, without telling me she was doing a substitution. Therefore my experience was very unsatisfactory, there was no empathy or remorse whatsoever. Highly dissatisfied with the customer service received on both days I was there.
