What a beautiful house, this is one of the nicest places I have stayed in for a long time, the atmosphere is great and the owners Carla and Giorgio are so friendly and helpful.||Carla meet us in the parking area and took us the short distance to the B & B. They helped us with recommendation and reservation to restaurants, what to see in Noto (very good knowledge and you could feel their passion for the area) and beaches to visit. ||We loved the rooms, good space, clean, fresh, stylish and harmoniously decorated with plenty of small details that made you feel welcome. Also the bathrooms were lovely. ||Breakfast was fantastic, prepared by the owners with only local products, good selection of cheeses and meat (different selection on day 2) freshly squeezes juice, fruits, newly baked bread and pastery. ||The location is perfect, quiet and 5 minutes walk to the center. ||||Notia Rooms is highly recommended, we will definitely return.||||Thank you Carla and Giorgio for taking so good care of us and making us feel so welcome. ||||Regards from the Norwegian's

Beautiful house and two fantastic hosts. Can't say enough about the place we were so well looked after by Carla and Giorgio. Delicious fresh breakfast every morning which had daily variations. Lovely chill out room with great internet and even bluetooth speakers! Loads of patient advice on what to do in the area. Carla and Giorgio are proud of their area and their house and rightly so, this was the best place we stayed in our one month honeymoon around Italy.

Notia Rooms has only been open a year but Carla and Giorgio pull out all the stops for a great B and B experience. They met us in the parking lot and showed us the way to their B and B as well escorting us back when we were leaving. It is a newly renovated building, with a beautiful decor. The breakfast Carla served was one of the best we have had at a B and B. Notia Rooms is conveniently located for exploring Noto. TIPS: 1) Our only regret was the we only stayed one night. Consider at least two nights using Notia Rooms as a base to explore the area around Noto. 2) There is a small winery, Cantina Marilina, run by two sisters, just outside of Noto. They have some unique wines. It is worth a visit.

Notia rooms is a beautiful upscale immaculate 3 bedroom home, which is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. Each room is comfortable, and breakfast is amazing. Carla and Giorgo make the arrival safe and easy with perfect directions. They are great hosts and willing to share their knowledge and love of this area.

This was one of the nicest places I stayed on my recent Sicily trip. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful--making suggestions about where to go, meeting me in the parking area to escort me the 100 meters or so to the B & B, calling restaurants to make sure which were open (I stayed in November, which is definitely off-season). ||||The room was modern and comfortable, and the breakfast probably the best of my trip--with different selections of cheeses and meats on different days, two types of honey, etc. ||||Notia Room is in a quiet area just a couple of blocks up from the main street of Noto. There's plenty to do in the area. I stayed two days, but could have stayed longer and used it as a base for other trips. Very highly recommended!!

Everything was great. The hosts Carla and Giorgio are incredible and the breakfast heavenly. They picked out the best from all the local producers. Everything is fresh and made for you. Rooms are modern and well appointed. Place is quiet and has everything you need. Two minutes walk from the center.

The wonderful couple Carla and Giorgio created an amazing, inspiring place in the heart of Noto. I've never been to a better B&B. It's all you could ask for and a lot more you couldn't even think of. The breakfast was a delight. The rooms were perfection. ||Whenever I will come to Sicily again, I will make sure to stay here as well.

This is an excellent B&B. The accommodation is of a very high standard and the owners are charming, very friendly and extremely helpful.||||The accommodation is lovely with modern and tasteful furnishings and decorations. We had a big double bedroom with a big bathroom. There is a nice lounge area for use by guests. It is an easy walk to the centre of the old town where there are lots of bars and good restaurants.||||The owners helped us to find somewhere to have dinner by calling the restaurant on our behalf and they gave us a lot of really useful information about things to see in Noto.||||The breakfast was excellent, individually prepared and substantial.||||The accommodation is in a pedestrian area but it is only a very short walk from a little parking area where you can park free of charge. Notia has some very narrow lanes in the centre so be careful if you are using a SatNav as it may try to take you through the narrow streets in the centre of Noto. The best way to get to the property is stay on the ring road that goes round the centre of Noto and go along Via Tommaso Fazello and take a tight turn onto Ronco Amante just by a grocery shop. Then drive along this road until you see the parking area on your left.
