Notre Dame Bistro

Amazing atmosphere and food. The hospitality is top-notch, the service was fast, and everything was served fresh and clean. The waiters are amazing—always welcoming and attentive.

I’m posting this here since I reached out via email and didn’t receive a response. I came with my mom all the way from the south to Jerusalem for a festive evening, and while the host at the entrance was polite, the rest of the experience was a huge letdown. We were fine with the 25-minute wait to be seated, but after we sat down, we waited another 20 minutes at the table without any service or even a "hello." A waiter was standing right next to us but completely ignored our presence. We saw another table having to get up twice just to ask for their bill. Eventually, we felt so invisible that we simply got up and left. Regarding the food rating: I had to rate it low because we didn’t even get a chance to order or eat anything due to the lack of service. It’s a shame because the atmosphere was lovely, but we left hungry and disappointed. Date of visit: 19/12, around 8:00 PM. I hope this feedback helps the management improve their service.

The service was excellent , waiters were polite, ready to help and very welcoming, the food presentation and taste was very good, a little bit the prices are expensive, but it is worth to try snd I do recommend this place and always would love to dine again

We sat here for a vegan cake and coffee. The cake was served nicely but was too sweet and perhaps not fresh enough. The waitress was nice and inexperienced. Instead of good soy milk they brought with my coffee hot almond milk. But the place is nice and tranquil. Note that besides the rooftop restaurant, there are two (not one) ground floor bistro.
