Notre Dame Bistro

We sat here for a vegan cake and coffee. The cake was served nicely but was too sweet and perhaps not fresh enough. The waitress was nice and inexperienced. Instead of good soy milk they brought with my coffee hot almond milk. But the place is nice and tranquil. Note that besides the rooftop restaurant, there are two (not one) ground floor bistro.

Amazing view and atmosphere! Hard to find a nice table without or with reservation. Excellent food!

Awesome place! Great food, good portions, food is well presented, very tasty and surprisingly affordable for the area. The building is beautiful, full of flowers and offers a marvelous background for photos. It is very clean as well. The service is friendly and the food comes promptly. Servers speak English. Indoor and outdoor tables. This place is located across the old city’s New Gate, so after suffering with rude service, expensive ordinary food and dirty and loud places inside the old city, we were so pleased and happy to have found this place! We highly recommended it!

We ate at this restaurant and had a very bad experience. We ordered a BIG pizza and they brought us a tiny one. When we asked the waitress, she asked us laughing if we wanted to ask for something else. A lack of respect. I sent them a Facebook message saying they were thieves and scammers (which is true), and the manager approached our table asking what the problem was. At no time he offered an apology, that speaks very badly about the Restaurant.

They serve the best hamburgers here, I also tried the latte and omg it’s the best one I had in Jerusalem plus their prices are reasonable. I love this place and will return back for more.

It has the nicest and quietest atmosphere with amazing food and drinks!! Especially the home made burgers.
