We did not stay at the hotel, but only visited it and went up to the rooftop observation deck; we sat in a cafe on the entrance floor. The service is good and the staff is courteous. The rooftop observation deck offers an amazing 360° view. There are 2 rooftop restaurants that look great (we didn't have time to make reservations). A recommended point of interest, even if you are not staying.

Was here for lunch with my tour group, service was friendly and the food was delicious, although no gluten free dessert option. I chose to get a coffee at the bar, which was excellent 👌🏻. I also shopped at the gift shop, which had some lovely and unique items, and very good service from staff. The interior was very nice. I am keen to go back to stay next time I am in Jerusalem.

Jerusalem is a magical place. If you want to make your visit unforgettable we highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff is welcoming and professional. Food In the restaurants is very good and the view from the rooftop Is breathtaking. Fantastic location, just a few steps from the New gate of Old City. Come and see for yourself.

This place is absolutely unique, an unforgettable experience. The hotel has a Catholic church inside, which makes it feel both spiritual and inspiring. The whole place feels like a living museum, with beautiful artwork, sacred details, and stunning architecture in a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming, and the hotel itself is modern, safe, and comfortable. The location is perfect—right in the Christian Quarter by New Gate, and only about a 10-minute walk to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. It is a rare combination of spiritual depth, stunning design, and modern comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jerusalem for faith, culture, or history.

This complex operated I assume as a Vatican consulate and hospitality center has rooftop restaurant. The principle feature is the terrace dining area with uniquely good views of the Old city and Dome of the rock. I liked it a lot, ordering the Chestnut ravioli with beef. And in Jerusalem Friday/Saturday dining is limited. This is a good option. Make reservations.

Excellent hotel for Christian pilgrims in Jerusalem. The hotel has excellent service and the location is across the street from the New Gate. 10 minute walk to the Holy Sepulcher.

If location could get more starts I would definitely give This is really the perfect spot, 360 panoramic view. Right in front of a gate to the old city and with the beautiful charm of a pilgrim hostel transformed into a hotel, rooms have this simple cloister feeling with is also adds nice touch Friendly atmosphere and not to forget the rooftop restaurant Everyone plans to come to Jerusalem someday, when you do - stay here

We went for an evening meal. The rooftop restaurant is awesome. We sat at the edge off the parapet overlooking Jerusalem The meal was to die for, we selected a cheese platter with a selection of cheeses and another plate with delicious food, I don't know what it was called The waiter was brilliant, helpful, courteous, prompt...everything you would expect at a top notch restaurant
