We went to the rooftop restaurant for Mom's birthday. The service and the view were awesome. The wine was great, but the food was just alright. After dinner, we checked out the 360 rooftop terrace, and the view was amazing. I'd totally recommend it for a special occasion.

A chic hotel which trensfer you in the medieval era. The hotel belongs to the Catholic community, and it gives a western European touch. It has a fabulous view to the old town. The restaurant and the caffes of the hotel are fantastic and have European cuisine.

Perfect Stay at Notre Dame Center! Notre Dame Center is an incredible place to stay in Jerusalem. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Old City with breathtaking views. The hotel is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. A special thanks to Abeer, whose kindness and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond to help us, making sure everything was perfect. If you're visiting Jerusalem, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at the Notre Dame. The highlight is the staff and the highlight of the staff was Ms Abeer at the front desk. She always had a smile and was extremely helpful. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the rooftop dining is even frequented by the locals. The Notre Dame is just across the street from the New Gate of the Old City so you are steps away from great restaurants and shopping. The Notre Dame is also right by the upscale Mamilla Mall. I will stay here again.

Arriving at Notre Dame after a quick drive from Ben Gourion airport, I was pleasantly surprised with an early check in to my beautiful room. A special thanks to Abeer at the reception desk who was always gracious and helpful during my stay and to the restaurant staff who made sure each day started with an amazing breakfast buffet. I definitely plan to return to Notre Dame of Jerusalem during my next visit in a few months.

I rarely write a review, but I felt the need to do so, as I have been blessed with a most wonderful stay at Notre Dame Guest House in Jerusalem. You simply can’t beat the location, its cleanliness, their impeccable service, the stunning view of the city from their rooftop, and when you have Ms Abeer with her beautiful smile at the reception to welcome you and attend to all your needs, you know you are at the right place.

Notre Dame of Jerusalem – Sacred Views, Perfect Location, and a Unique Experience If you’re looking for a place to stay in Jerusalem that feels like Europe, with breathtaking views, peaceful ambiance, and deep historical roots – Notre Dame is the perfect choice. The hotel is located just opposite the New Gate of the Old City, within walking distance to the Christian Quarter, Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the Western Wall, and Mahane Yehuda Market. It’s an ideal base for walking tours around Jerusalem’s treasures – and yes, it also has parking, which is a rare luxury in this area. The building itself is magnificent – by day and by night – with castle-like architecture and a serene atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, the service is warm and helpful, and you feel a mix of spiritual serenity and premium hospitality throughout. A small tip for visitors: The rooftop restaurant offers one of the best panoramic views in the city, especially at sunset – highly recommended! Just note that although the restaurant is open until 11:00 PM, the kitchen closed early when we arrived at 9:30 PM, which was a bit disappointing. Bottom line: Notre Dame offers an amazing location, calming atmosphere, and a touch of holiness. A great choice for anyone looking to explore Jerusalem on foot while staying in a truly special place.

We had a very unpleasant experience at the Notre Dame Hotel. The rooms we were given were not clean and clearly not ready for guests. We had specifically requested two rooms next to each other, but that request was ignored. Despite asking for the rooms to be ready by 12:00 PM, we had to wait more than two hours with no proper updates from the staff. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Definitely not the experience we were expecting. Would not recommend.
