I visited Riyadh as a tourist and was excited to finally experience Nouq, a place I had heard so much about back home. Unfortunately, my visit was extremely disappointing. I arrived about 25 minutes before closing, and despite the shop being completely empty, the staff were unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. They refused to serve even a single scoop of ice cream, even after I explained that I had come from very far specifically to try their products.
This experience felt completely out of line with the warm hospitality Saudi Arabia is known for. I left feeling unwelcome and surprised that a brand with such a strong reputation would allow this kind of customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously so future visitors don’t face the same treatment.
