My place for my daily Gelato, my favorite is the almond Gelato and hazelnut but honestly all the flavors are good 👍

Noug is a fantastic innovative creative store, a destination for Camel milk and dairy products. My favorite section in the store is the gelato cart. The flavors are awesome. The staff are friendly and welcoming. You feel good vibes and a nice ambiance. I tried the dark-chocolate coffee and pistachio gelato. Great combination (the intense chocolate, robust coffee, and nutty pistachio) the balance of flavors was spot on! Smooth gelato at Noug is my way to escape the summer heat! There are many other camel milk dairy products to choose from, and my first impression of Noug is that I absolutely loved the concept, Noug is here to stay! Overall rating 10 out of 10

It was a unique experience! I tried the lotus and pancake ice cream for 25 SAR, and it was absolutely delicious. 🐪🤎 The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They also have outdoor seating making it a perfect spot to relax and chat with friends or drawing like me!!

I visited Riyadh as a tourist and was excited to finally experience Nouq, a place I had heard so much about back home. Unfortunately, my visit was extremely disappointing. I arrived about 25 minutes before closing, and despite the shop being completely empty, the staff were unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. They refused to serve even a single scoop of ice cream, even after I explained that I had come from very far specifically to try their products. This experience felt completely out of line with the warm hospitality Saudi Arabia is known for. I left feeling unwelcome and surprised that a brand with such a strong reputation would allow this kind of customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously so future visitors don’t face the same treatment.

I swear to god I used to come this branch since it opened in 2023 but today will be my last! And you have the Yusuf the guy who works on the ice cream department to blame for that. I am sick and tired of the low level of customer service that the staff in this store provide their clients with!

After four decades of life, I finally had the chance to taste camel milk, and NOUG certainly knows how to elevate it. Their camel milk coffee was great, rich and creamy. To top it all off, their camel milk ice cream as well as camel milk oud flavor was an indulgent and unique dessert. But the real star was the spicy cheese (you can’t have enough!) If you're looking for a truly exceptional culinary experience, NOUG is the place to be.
