Nouvelle Pergola Hotel

Positives about this place... good budget-like hotel. The rooms though need a spruce up. This is 2019. Breakfast not included in room and the place generally looks a bit beatup. The food is on average good... the service is less than compelling it then again, this is Africa!! Enjoy the dynamic!

I booked this hotel based on the web-site and a couple of reviews. As I was to stay for about 7 nights, I thought of booking a studio with a kitchenette. Big mistake. The staying arrangements are very basic and the kitchenette has nothing. I moved to an apartment where I was told that the kitchenette would be equipped with the plates and stove during the day. Nothing like this happened. The evening, a helpful staff, after making rounds of the reception told that they had forgotten my request, and that the concerned person had left and that the kitchen will be equipped by 7.00 AM the next day. By 10 AM nothing had happened. I asked again and they said that they never equip the kitchen and that they will call me back. They then said that the person with the key was on leave. It is then that I decided to leave the hotel.||||Avoid this like the plague.

I sure enjoyed my stay in Pergola Hotel. The window in my room was overlooking the beautiful west African Atlantic Ocean and coast line. And when the sun sets in the evening, oh it's just heavenly. Pick a room that overlooks the ocean and don't forget to catch the setting sun in your camera!

Well located in city. A budget hotel with infrastructure needing upgrade.||Passable for the location and price.The amenities provided are not spectacular and not much either. The rooms are old with high head rooms and the doors can do with some replacements The restaurant food was fair after some waiting to receive the order.||Amenities need modernization and good maintenance culture by the hotel.

This hotel was booked by our company, we checked photos online and it seems to be good but reality is bit different. We booked hotel and asked for airport pickup. After arrival at Abidjan airport we waited for 150minutes but driver never came. We tool private cab and arrive at hotel. According to them driver went to pick up 1 hour after we landed , and that too at different terminal. They have big facility with swimming pool. One good this is its closes to factory and on the main road. Food is so expensive , when you ask items from Al Carte , most of them are not available. Laundry is available. Quality is not as per money they charge. We stayed for 3 days and during check out there was an issue with machine , payment refused. We had to pay by cash and one bill we paid when we arrived 3 days later from Sanpe Overall ok experience. If I have other options I would not stay.

Good business hotel with excellent restaurant, neat rooms and friendly,helpful staff. WiFi in all rooms, but not functioning well in reception and restaurant area. Breakfast buffet overpriced with poor choice. Hotel pool clean and well maintained. Recommendable + Price worthy !

Location is very good but rooms and Bathrooms are not that much good... AC is not strong at all... Restaurent is there but If you are vegetarian then you will problem... Indian Rastaurent is very near.. Lots of labanese Rastaurent are also there near about...

The hotel is conveniently located at Zone 4 , close to the port and the industrial areas of Vridi and Marcory. A ten minutes drive from the airport, taxi should not be more than 5000 CFA, although the airport taxis drivers will try and get as much as 15.000 CFA.||||The neat and well decorated AC rooms start at 40.000 CFA (appr. 60 €) which is literally priceworthy. There is a good restaurant - Le Belier - which serves tasty meals at reasonable prices.The staff is very friendly and customer -oriented, the cashier named Chantal has a contagious smile and makes sure your orders are executed in a timely manner.||The breakfast buffet is a bit overpriced, at 8000 CFA(12 €) you get a choice of Muesli, Croissant, bread and Yoghurt plus a selection of fresh fruit.No cheese or sausage and just a small glass of orange juice plus ONE cup of coffee, which is very good though.||There is a well maintained swimming pool and WiFi in all rooms. The WiFi does however not function well in the reception and restaurant area, there seem to be some repeaters missing while the existing ones need to be reset .||The cleaning staff works very tediously and a forgotten charger for my laptop was produced immediately I asked for it.The receptionist Vincent was very helpful and went the extra mile to assure my booking in spite of a breakdown of Internet.He also mad sure I had a room towards the back, enabling me to have a good nights rest.||||All-in -All a satisfying experience and definitely value for money, considering that a similar hotel will cost 100 € minimum.
