Nouvo City Hotel

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive – always going out of their way to make us feel welcome and well looked after.||The rooms were extremely comfortable and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need – they even provide umbrellas for guests to use during the monsoon season, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s clear a lot of attention has gone into the guest experience.||The location is fantastic – close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The rooftop pool was a huge hit with the kids, and a great place for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the views.||Food-wise, this hotel really stands out. The breakfast and lunch buffets offered a wide variety of delicious, fresh dishes to suit all tastes. The on-site restaurant also served incredible food and drinks – the piña colada was easily the best I’ve ever had!||I also took time to enjoy the spa facilities, which were top-notch. The massage I had was honestly the best I’ve experienced – incredibly relaxing and professionally done.||Everything about our stay was exceptional, from the thoughtful amenities to the outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!

During our trip to Thailand, we stayed in several hotels, but Nouvo City Hotel was by far our favourite. From the perfect location to the warm smiles of the staff, from the door attendants to the front desk and restaurant staff, everything exceeded our expectations.||From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Nothing we asked for was ever too much, and every request was handled with genuine care and friendliness. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the connecting family room was absolutely perfect for us. The hotel’s central and buzzing location was also perfect. ||The biggest highlight for us was the food. The restaurants offered a fantastic variety, from the generous breakfast spread to the delicious lunch buffet, made extra special knowing that everything was 100% halal. We’ve been back home for a week now and we’re still missing the food!||A huge thank-you to all the staff at Nouvo City Hotel for making our stay in Bangkok so memorable. We can’t wait to return and will be highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

It’s refreshing to stay somewhere where the staff genuinely seem to love what they do!||||The dining experience exceeded our expectations completely. The restaurant offers an impressive variety of both international dishes and authentic local Thai cuisine - perfect for adventurous eaters and those wanting familiar flavors. Every meal was delicious and well-prepared.||||I can’t speak highly enough about the spa services. Not only was the quality exceptional, but the pricing was incredibly reasonable for the level of treatment you receive. It was the perfect way to unwind after busy days exploring Bangkok.||||Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for better convenience. Having a 7/11 literally next door is a godsend, and we loved being able to walk to Khao San Road whenever we wanted. Plus, the massage places right across the street were an added bonus after long sightseeing days.||This hotel combines excellent service, great amenities, and an unbeatable location. We’ll definitely be back!

Being right in the heart of the city was another huge plus, making it so easy to explore and enjoy Bangkok’s lively atmosphere.||What really stole our hearts, though, was the food. The variety was incredible—from the generous breakfast selection to the mouth-watering lunch buffet. Knowing that everything was 100% halal gave us complete peace of mind and made every meal even more enjoyable. It’s been a week since we returned home, and we’re still talking about how much we miss the food there!||Nouvo City Hotel made our stay in Bangkok so special, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Our recent family trip to Bangkok was made truly special by our stay at the Nouvo City Hotel. We had adjoining rooms, and the experience was the complete opposite of our previous hotel—it was simply perfect. This hotel is the epitome of what hospitality should be, and we cannot praise it highly enough.||||The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. From the reception and door staff to the restaurant team, every single person was attentive, genuinely friendly, and incredibly welcoming. They gave us a warm greeting every time we walked through the door and were proactive with help and guidance. It truly felt like a home away from home. They even went above and beyond by accommodating our early arrival. After our 6 am flight landed, we arrived at the hotel at 8 am. They kindly directed us to the breakfast buffet, and by the time we finished, our rooms were already prepared for us at 10 am. This gesture made an incredible difference after a long 12-hour flight from London, allowing us to freshen up and start our holiday immediately. Their natural friendliness, without the pressure of expecting a tip, was a refreshing change and a testament to their genuine service.||||The location is fantastic, placing us within walking distance of all the main tourist sites. We enjoyed a 20-minute walk to the Grand Palace and just a 10-minute stroll to the vibrant Khao San Road night market. The surrounding area is also packed with convenience, with a 7-Eleven right next door, laundry services, multiple restaurants, and tuk-tuks readily available on the street corner.||||Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with sofas to relax on and large bathrooms with walk-in showers. Housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring fresh towels and a spotlessly clean room every single day. The hotel had a wonderful, energetic vibe, and spending time on the lobby sofas at the start and end of each day was a great way to unwind.||||The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a spectacular and wide selection of dishes. There was something for everyone, from delicious local options like rice and soups to a full range of Western choices, including pancakes, waffles, and an egg station. The food felt like what you'd find in a five-star hotel but at a fraction of the price. We also enjoyed several meals at the a la carte restaurant, where the Thai and Indian food was so good it tasted like home-cooked meals from a family member.||||One of the most impressive moments was when we made a small suggestion that the gym open earlier than 8 am so we could train before heading out for the day. To our amazement, the hotel took the feedback seriously, and the gym was open from 6 am the very next day. This level of responsiveness is something we've never experienced before and shows how much they value their guests.||||For the price, location, warm welcome, great amenities, and natural friendliness, you would be hard-pressed to find a better hotel in Bangkok. It was an absolute bargain and offered incredible value for our stay. We cannot wait to visit Bangkok and stay here again.

This hotel was beautiful with many facilities. The breakfast and lunch buffet had various delicious options and it was perfect for our family. The laundry service was amazing and came back next day, ironed and folded in packets and stains were also removed. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all situations. Me and my family absolutely loved it at Nouvo City Hotel. Highly recommend!

We spent 3 nights here and found it to be the perfect location for exploring Bangkok. It is an area that feels like a village in the middle of a city. Some fab bars and eateries in the immediate vicinity of the hotel as well as a super convenient 711 and lovely place to get foot massages on the corner. As others have said the tuk tuk drivers on the corner can be a bit persistent but not rude or aggressive.||The hotel is a 10min walk from the infamous Kohsan Road which is a must see.||It is also 10mins walk from the river taxi station which is super cheap and easy to navigate.||Must sees:||Icon Siam - if you want to see a super high end shopping mall - the food court in the basement is incredible.|MBK Mall - 8 stories of "Genuine Fakes" bargains galore - be prepared to haggle|All the Whats - temples are everywhere - this time we visited What Pho - gorgeous!||The hotel breakfast was great - something for everyone and easy to get a table.||We used the rooftop pool and gym, both have incredible views.||Anyway, would recommend this hotel for being the perfect base to explore Bangkok. Our rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable - we didn't spend all that much time in them !

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and used it as a base for an Intrepid tour. It is a busy hotel and an interesting area, plenty to do, lots of cafes/restaurants. My room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. My granddaughter's loved the pools and they were well maintained. Buffet breakfast had everything I needed and was very good.
