Novaro's Restaurant

Best European food in town. Amazing, seasonal menu. The lamb was to die for and we got a surprise capsicum soup as appetiser. Highly recommend when you visit. Great service and awesome cocktails.

We are so glad we chose to dine at Novaro’s. The food was really excellent and sourced locally, The owners are the wait staff..so the service is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and relaxed. Looking forward to returning, Highly recommend.

Amazing food, very good quality and different. All meals were well balanced and delicious. Service was amazing, fast and staff were very attentive. Will definitely be coming back!

I'd like to start by saying that the food was really nice and the service was excellent. We were seated quickly without a booking and were served promptly. The pasta was cooked beautifully, and the flavours were on point. My only negative is that the portions were very small (entree size) for a main and the price. Pasta was $48.5 per plate, and the tortellini was $28. I know it's a tourist town but that's too high. Even high-end Melbourne restaurants charge less or similarly for more. A little more food on the plate, and you have a winner

We love this place. Absolutely the best restaurant in Launceston. Kath and Tyler are incredibly genuine and deliver a beautiful dining experience every time. Thank you guys for another wonderful evening.

So-so fare. Nice attentive staff, but let down by some basic errors on the food. I enjoyed the bread albeit tell-tale bread maker machine crust. The agro dolce oysters just poor, kingfish main little overcooked and lamb main okay but lamb needed some spruce up. Free potato soup shot over peppered, seasoning issues on carpaccio, the chef doesn't season his food appropriately. Please add salt/pepper to your dishes!!! The tiramisu was divine and tasty coffee to finish. I think this restaurant is okay but value for money no, as secondi/mains are best part of $50 each. If the staff ask if you want cracked black pepper?please heed their advice, you'll need it. $257 @21/04/2023

One of the best restaurants in Launceston. Service and food were excellent. Also a great location and easy to walk to from nearby accommodation. We enjoyed our visit and we will definitely be back.

Top class experience! The team was such a well oiled machine and very friendly and knowledgeable! Food was absolutely delicious with lot of fresh local produce. Music was nice and gentle and in the background, so you don't have to 'yell' at each other over the music! Over all an excellent experience

If you want an amazingly tasty meal in Launceston you cannot go past Novaro's. The best steak and perfect fettuccine marinara. The food enough will make you want to come back regularly but the inclusion of the personal and friendly service from Brett makes Novaro's one of the best in Tassie. 5 Stars absolutely.

Best dinner ever! Service is as amazing as the food~ Might be a bit expensive, like an average $100/person, but really worthy! Love the scallop $ eye fillet.

Beautiful modern Italian food, great wine list and fabulous service - highly recommended.
