Novel Hotel City Center

Amin,Adeel and the Manager Lee were outstanding. We have received excellent customer service throughout our short stay. They were exceptionally helpful and make me back to this Hotel in near future. Very well done

Clean, safe, great location and a very nice staff. Mary and Lee particularly were very nice, and helpful. There cooperation regarding everything was great and fast. Importantly, how they handle any comments or help requests from guests. That exactly what happened with us when we lost our mobile phone in a taxi, and forgot money in the passport during the check-in. Thanks Mary and Lee again for helping out. Mohammad &Aseel

Had a very good stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, great location, and excellent service. Adeel was especially helpful and professional. The only downside was having to reactivate my room key almost every afternoon. Still, highly recommend.

I booked this hotel cause it was near where I grew up and I don’t live in the UAE anymore. I’m quite familiar with the place and the staff are very helpful. Location wise lots to do in the area but you always need a car or taxi to get around the emirates in general cause of the heat. Special shout out to adeel who was great at looking after our bags after check out.

Our experience was amazing and so much better with your bell boy Adeel Tariq he was always kind and knowledgeable. Always happy and cheerful. Your front end people were always happy to help....

We took the offer of a stopover when flying via Etihad. We were given a really nasty old room that absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. The walls were very nicotine yellow. We were greeted by a cockroach. We immediately asked to change rooms but were told they were fully booked and we had to wait until noon the day after. Noon came and went. We asked at reception multiple times and they kept moving the deadline for when it was possible. After four attempts, did they finally find another room for us. Bed is hard as a rock. Breakfast not included, but offered as upgrade for 45 dirham per person per day. I would not recommend this hotel or Etihad stopover to anyone.

absolutely loved my stay! The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Great location, and the front desk staff were helpful(Lee & Rewan).It’s a good option if you’re not looking for luxury. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
