Novel Hotel City Center

My recent stay at Novel Hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was perfect, with easy access to gym and pool. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on my next visit.

We stayed there for almost two days, and the location, room, and overall place were peaceful — full of excellent vibes. I especially want to mention the man at the reception, Talib. The staffs are very kind and approachable. They also have amazing rooms that leads you to comfortable sleep. they also have other staff to do like they have pool, gym, ballroom, spa, and ktv. they have an amazing hotel to the point that you will not be bored while staying here. Also, thank you Mr. Lee and Ms. Shane for assisting our stay here at the hotel. We have an amazing stay.

We received two nights of free accommodation through our flight with Etihad Airways. We have to be honest—the facilities at Novel Hotel are a bit dated, but overall, the place was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk, the doormen, and the room service personnel were all very friendly and helpful. We’re truly grateful to these people who genuinely enjoy what they do. The location of the hotel is excellent—there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, and the stop for the free city tour shuttle bus is right in front of the hotel.
