Overall, my stay at Novel Hotel was a positive experience. The hotel itself wasn’t bad at all. The room was cleaned daily, which was a nice touch, and the service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond, and their friendliness really stood out—it made a huge difference to the overall experience. The location is ok, right in the center, which made it easy to explore the area. As for the hotel's vibe, it's definitely got a unique, burlesque-inspired style—there’s a playful and glamorous feel to the décor that’s not your typical hotel look, which was fun and refreshing. All in all, I’d say it’s a great spot for a comfortable stay with excellent service and a quirky, memorable atmosphere.

This hotel is an absolute disaster. My room smelled like mildew, the carpet was stained, and the sheets looked dirty. The noise from outside and the hallways was unbearable. The bathroom smell like mold, and the water pressure was awful. Breakfast was stale and inedible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

It's been a week today since we came to Nobel Hotel. It's a good hotel. Every staffs are very polite and supportive. Rooms are also well cleaned. Room service is very quick, housekeeping staff is very clean and good behaviour. Specially thanks to Ram sir.

Hotel location is very good at city center. Rooms are quite clean and housekeeping service is also very good. Restaurant service is very good but veg. items variety is less. Special thanks to the housekeeping team, particularly Zamurrad as he was looking for our stay to be comfortable and relaxed.

Over the past four weeks, my wife and I have hopped between four different hotels in Abu Dhabi, including a Wyndham property that delivered exactly what you’d expect—solid, predictable quality. But then we decided to throw caution to the wind and try this "unknown" little gem. Why? Its proximity to Hamdan Center—a spot we hold dear for nostalgic strolls and bargain hunts. And boy, did this place blow us away! First off, the staff? Absolute rockstars. Genuinely kind and attentive without that forced politeness you sometimes get. The room? Small, sure, but packed with everything you need and surprisingly modern for a non-chain hotel. Bonus points for having CNN on the TV—finally, something other than endless free-to-air channels! Their toiletries didn’t make me feel like I was auditioning for a "chemical burns survivor" show, and the amenities were spot on for a short stay. The only downside? The gym was hotter than a desert barbecue thanks to the lack of A/C or windows. Thankfully, winter saved the day, but I wouldn’t want to try it in summer unless I was training for a sauna endurance competition. Checkout was a breeze—ten seconds flat with a cheerful reminder to double-check for forgotten items. That final farewell sealed the deal—they’ll definitely be seeing us again. This place is the blueprint for budget hotels done right: fantastic service, spotless rooms, all the essentials, loads of parking, and a location that’s as convenient as it gets. Five stars all the way—and not just because of CNN!
