Went for a health screening and was attended by Dr Todd — he was very thorough, mindful and patient during consultation, and provided good advice with regard to my queries and overall wellbeing. Dr Todd also gave excellent options and was never overbearing with his professional opinion which made me feel comfortable during the entirety of my experience at Novi. To add, nurse Lee Kheng and front desk were also welcoming, pleasant and efficient — this has been a smooth and reassuring medical visit.

Been seeing doctor Kyle for many months now. He is always supportive, professional and easy to talk to. The staff supporting him are warm and attentive as well. Overall it has been a great experience for me so far. Highly recommended!

Nurse Lee Kheng is incredibly professional and gentle. She stayed calm throughout the injection and kept reassuring me, which really helped me relax. The injection was completely painless — truly one of the best experiences I’ve had.

Great service. The consulting Dr. YEO was clear in his explanations, patient and also respectful. The concierge staff were friendly and helpful too. The location was convenient and they really do offer balanced advice and health plans that puts your well being in the forefront.

Did my annual health screening. Nice ambience. The tests are transparent with price, variety and ability to customise. Good customer service and friendly. The doctor meets you for pre-and post consultation, takes time and patient to explain and advice. Unlike doing health check in regular GP, this feels more like dedicated screening service, and don't need to worry waiting with other patients who are unwell/contagious.
