Novotel Abidjan Plateau

Each member of the Novotel Plateau hotel deserves recognition for always being friendly and helpful. I had the wonderful opportunity to move my room - it was a bit too close to the lifts for me. The team overdelivered and gave me two room options to choose from - such a nice surprise. It was my second time at Novotel Plateau, and will highly recommend to other future guests.

I stay a couyple of nights at the hotel . The reception team as well as the staff were very open and available to my questions. The hot water in the shower didn't work on the first day and once I made the remark they tried to fix it but without success so the following day I asked to change room that they did. Also they offered me some snack for the inconvenience

My stay was very, very good. A dedicated and professional staff took care of me, the bed and food were excellent. I strongly recommend this hôtel to my colleagues visiting Abidjan or coming for meetings.|I encourage the hotel leadership to continue in the same vein.

Good breakfast. The pool is very dirty. The rooms are clean but with a noisy air conditioner system. Small fridge and a coffee machine. Tiny gym with insufficient air conditioning and partly warned out equipment.

This is not a place for non-french speakers, otherwise you’ll find a difficulty while you stay in this hotel. My room service experience was very bad, staff avoided to talk to me when I would like to order room service because i’m not a french speaker. I find it’s very inconvenience when you have to stay in the place that you cannot find anywhere else to go and eat because there’s nothing around. Food was take a lot of time to deliver and they served me with some of used and opened small condiments jars also. It’s not hygiene at all.

Nice place, we use to go every friday for the bruch , 3 time we atend tge Xmass day lunch and evening alway great service and very attractive to client satisfaction

Good business hotel on Plateau. Typical Novotel set-up. All one needs without thrills. Good kitchen, clean rooms.

I had a great time at my stay with Novotel Plateau Abidjan. Though antiquated, but it is a classic hotel, clean, the staff was kind and friendly. Always willing to assist.
