Novotel Abidjan Plateau

The hotel staff are very professional and friendly. The room well kept and always made neat. The only concern is on the first elevator that frequently develop issues, even after report and repair. I hope that will be thoroughly looked as soon as possible as it can be a safety concern. Aside that, all is beautiful in Novotel Plateau and I will surely be back.

Chritiane at reception was brilliant she was courteous and helped sort out my booking when I needed to extend for another day. She speaks good English which was a huge plus. Very professional. I will recommend this hotel while in Abidjan. The breakfast was fresh and good. Fruits were awesome

The hotel is upscale, clean, and nice. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. They have a nice pool and deck area overlooking the river. The breakfast is good with a nice selection of items, but the restaurant is very expensive. The location is not good for tourists as it is located in a business and government district. There are very few restaurants in the neighborhood, and the neighborhood isn't very walkable to attractions or shopping. The music played in the lobby of the hotel and restaurant is very loud and makes it hard to hear when having a conversation. Refund policies are rigid.

Alvine is very diligent Super customer relationship skill, Very hospitable. Treats all complaints promptly with a smiling face.

Very kind and passionate staff. Chef offered glasses of Cocktail even before check-in. Breakfast was buffet. The children were super excited.

I stay a couyple of nights at the hotel . The reception team as well as the staff were very open and available to my questions. The hot water in the shower didn't work on the first day and once I made the remark they tried to fix it but without success so the following day I asked to change room that they did. Also they offered me some snack for the inconvenience

Each member of the Novotel Plateau hotel deserves recognition for always being friendly and helpful. I had the wonderful opportunity to move my room - it was a bit too close to the lifts for me. The team overdelivered and gave me two room options to choose from - such a nice surprise. It was my second time at Novotel Plateau, and will highly recommend to other future guests.

Horrible,||Loud music all night. Couldn't sleep a wink. I asked the staff when will they stop all the ruckus, they keep promising me that soon, basically lying. I had to finally descended to confront them but none of the staff didn't seem concerned at all about it. |A hotel is first to rest
