very satisfied. located in a convenient location. breafast was excellent. service is good and the staffs are very friendly especially Max. helped me alot about foods and traditionals in korea and spoke excellent english, which is very easy to understand and helpful. personal rate9/10. would i stay there again:100000% highly recommended

Excellent customer service. Amazing views of the city. This is a great location to be in the middle of tons of places to eat. Even better, you don't have to go outside to get to the subway. Take the elevator to B2, and you can walk through the underground mall all the way to the red line.

Excellent Hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Size of my room was over average of comparable hotels, service is very friendly. The breakfast is great! One of the best choices I ever had! It is just a pity that it is impossible to taste everything which is offered...

Probably one of the best hotel stays I've had. The staff was friendly and very helpful everyday that I was there for the duration of two weeks. The room was nice and amenities we're more than sufficient. There are a few quirks but they are minor and may or may not affect a given customer. Given the cost to stay at the hotel, which is quite low compared to other hotels of this caliber, I think it's safe to say you'll get more than you paid for.

They upgraded me to a suite for free and the room was awesome. I basically stayed in what felt like s small apartment, and had everything I needed within reach. The features and free WiFi were a plus. I just wish there was a free breakfast for what the cost is per night. I've stayed at two other Korean hotels in the same trip and they both offered a complimentary breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating too. I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel right in the center of downtown! The rooms are nice, but the rooms could be a bit better. Staying in the premier suites, it's not as nice as a regular room at a place like the Hyatt House. However, being on the 22d floor provides a spectacular view. Plus, breakfast is included with the premier rooms, which is really nice. Overall, I would stay here again!

Good hotel, clean rooms, helpful staff. The elevators are awfully inefficient though. There are two separate control systems for the three elevators (two in one side, one on the other), so many people call both, even though they will use only one. That means the elevators stop on nearly every floor even if no one gets on. You will wait a considerable amount of time at peak hours. Lots of excellent eating options are nearby.

Really nice employees. The gym is Amazing, I'll post some photos... I love the view, the room has great amenities and the bathroom is very modern style and even has a Beday (one of those things that washes your bum and dries it)... Too cool!
