Novotel Bandung

Stayed here during a long weekend as part of a short birthday trip. I booked the Superior King Room (the most basic option), but was pleasantly surprised to find that it included a bathtub—a big plus, as not all 4-star hotels offer this in their entry-level rooms. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the standard amenities you'd expect. Service was friendly and responsive throughout. Check-in took a bit longer due to the high occupancy, but I was given a complimentary tea voucher while waiting. I also appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprise prepared by the team—a handwritten greeting card, a small but tasty birthday cake, and a towel decoration. It was a simple but meaningful gesture that we really appreciated. Had dinner at the restaurant, which was decent, and breakfast the next morning was good with a variety of local and international options—standard for a 4-star hotel. Location is very convenient, close to Bandung city center and easy to reach. The only thing that could use improvement is the kids club—some toys and books were incomplete, and the TV/game console wasn't functioning during our visit. Still, for the price (especially during a peak weekend), the value for money was excellent, and I would definitely consider staying again.

I’ve stayed at Novotel Bandung a few times and it’s my go-to choice when I’m in town for a solo business trip. The room is spacious and comfortable. As a Gold member, I usually get offered a free upgrade, but I often decline since the standard room is already more than enough for one person. The hotel and rooms are a bit older, but still well-maintained and very comfortable. Breakfast is a highlight—plenty of variety and good quality. Definitely planning to stay here again.

Used to stay here many many times before. We booked 2 rooms and checked in around 3.30 noon time and only 1 room available because We requested adjoining rooms. The problems started when the reception gave us wrong room number which already occupied by other guests. Turned out that she wrote wrong room number . We received the second room by 04.15 and found many hairs in the tub and shower from previous guest. We Complained to the manager. And the service recovery is good. Thank You The hotel has good location but limited parking. Breakfast can be chaotic as the tables location inside the restaurant are blocking the traffic during breakfast.

The hotel is very good, Room is big. Breakfast is good, many options. They also have spa facilities. Café, restaurant and mini market is just walking distance. Quick check in process. Toilets near resto is good. But they need to assist somebody / guest from hotel who wants to cross the street to go to minimarket.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Cihampelas. The food was delicious with a great variety of local and international dishes. What truly stood out was the staff — always friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything I needed specially to ms. Celyn the fnb staff. Their warm hospitality made my experience even more enjoyable.

It's true, Novotel Bandung sits in a fantastic spot right in Cihampelas. For a well-known hotel like this, the prices definitely feel reasonable when you're visiting. As a Gold member, that upgrade to the Executive Room was a nice touch – plenty of space and everything was clean, plus you never have to worry about parking here. However, walking around the hotel, it's hard to ignore that some areas are starting to show their age. Seeing things like cracks on the furniture and some mold in the room does take away from the overall feel. It makes it tough to rate it as a perfect stay when those details are noticeable. Novotel Bandung has a long history of being a top hotel in the city, and you can see the potential is still there. Hopefully, they'll invest in some updates to bring the building back to the standard that their name suggests.

I stayed at Novotel Bandung for 2 nights. I chose Novotel because it is located in a strategic area, which was convenient since I traveled with my family to enjoy the attractions in Bandung. Thanks to the Novotel Bandung team for the excellent service, especially Billy, Ghea, and Fiola, who provided us with helpful information during our stay. I also loved the room’s authentic design, spaciousness, good condition, and the bathtub inside, which my kid really enjoyed. Definitely, this was one of our most memorable experiences during our stay in Bandung!

The food also nice and appetizing. However, the diversity and variety of the food can be expanded again. For the room itself, is comfort already. Suitable for family resting place at vacation. The hotel is in the central of the city which ease us to go anywhere. The service is good and friendly. I personally thank Ms. Lia and Ms. Fasha for the good hospitality.
