Novotel Bandung

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Bandung. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety and excellent taste. What truly made the experience even better was the service, especially from Mba Salsa. She was very kind, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality really stood out. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend Novotel Bandung to others.

Had a short stay. It was a good stay. Check in was easy. Staffs were freindly and helpful. Room was okay. Not too big not too small. It was clean. Its somehow feels a bot old but atill very acceptable. Parking might be difficult when its crowded. Great location, just downtown. Very near to a lot of things.

I really enjoy my breakfast experience here. The food was nice and a lot of variety. The service was so good and Salsa was very friendly and helpful. I really happy.

The hotel is centrally located allowing visitors to visit other places from this area. The breakfast was good and the staffs are very friendly and humble. They are also respectful and polite when serving guests. Staff named Salsa, especially was very nice and helpful in explaining the ingredients in the food and helped to make an awesome cappuccino coffee for me. Thank you Novotel Bandung 💐

Alhamdulillah, this is my second time stay at Novotel Bandung this December. Qadarullah, I was initially booked in room 807. The Wi-Fi was weak, making internet access intermittent and slow. Management then moved us to room 415 (a junior suite) with an in-room signal booster. In the following days, my family and I had a very pleasant stay. I got used to ironing all my clothes, and I also got to borrow an iron every day. The restaurant also offered a wide variety of food. Thank you Atra, served our family very well and kindly. I will definitely stay at Novotel Bandung again next time. Hopefully, when we return, all rooms will be equipped with signal boosters.

Room seems old but still decent and well maintained, shampoo and shower might be reviewed for the quality and scent All service are well delivered, except the parking arrangement, many visitor feels like VIP and parked their car in the lobby and almots closed the access, on Dec7th, 2025 the security just stand still without action! He promised to arrange, but after 1 round checking the parking availability, nothing changed, just lip service. Access, it’s very closed to train station and also to the downtown.

Breakfast here isn’t just a meal — it’s a morning ritual wrapped in sunlight. Every bite feels curated with quiet confidence, from the perfectly fluffed omelets to the coffee that tastes like it has a story to tell. A slow, beautiful way to begin the day. Also, thank you to Ms. Salsa for her excellent service.

Great hotel and all good. Lovely front desk and cleaning staff. Spacy neat clean room. TV is full of functions with many channels. Good stay in Bandung. Love to come back. Nice view. Good wi fi. Basically all good. Didn't have meals. So can't say anything about those.
