The hotel is centrally located allowing visitors to visit other places from this area. The breakfast was good and the staffs are very friendly and humble. They are also respectful and polite when serving guests. Staff named Salsa, especially was very nice and helpful in explaining the ingredients in the food and helped to make an awesome cappuccino coffee for me. Thank you Novotel Bandung 💐

Stayed here during a long weekend as part of a short birthday trip. I booked the Superior King Room (the most basic option), but was pleasantly surprised to find that it included a bathtub—a big plus, as not all 4-star hotels offer this in their entry-level rooms. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the standard amenities you'd expect. Service was friendly and responsive throughout. Check-in took a bit longer due to the high occupancy, but I was given a complimentary tea voucher while waiting. I also appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprise prepared by the team—a handwritten greeting card, a small but tasty birthday cake, and a towel decoration. It was a simple but meaningful gesture that we really appreciated. Had dinner at the restaurant, which was decent, and breakfast the next morning was good with a variety of local and international options—standard for a 4-star hotel. Location is very convenient, close to Bandung city center and easy to reach. The only thing that could use improvement is the kids club—some toys and books were incomplete, and the TV/game console wasn't functioning during our visit. Still, for the price (especially during a peak weekend), the value for money was excellent, and I would definitely consider staying again.

Overall, a great experience at Novotel Bandung. Service was great and the food was up to the standards i had before coming here. Was served and treated well by Lia and Annisa which has definitely made my first experience here a wonderful one. Their in-room services (laundry & housekeeping) was really nice and accommodating. Highly recommended!

The service is really good. The breakfast tastes good. Miss Lia and Miss Anggi are very humble. I am offered a free glass of iced cappuccino. Overall, it is worth trying if you want to look for a hotel to stay in Bandung.

I am an ex Diamond Member and currently a Platinum Member. I had stayed in this hotel for many times and had been very satisfied and happy with the service by Ms. Ledi, the front office manager. This last visit on 31st July 2025 I learnt that Ledi was no longer part of the team and was instead serviced by Mr. Billy, the duty manager. What a disappointing experience it was.||First of all, Mr. Billy as duty manager had missed fulfilling our benefit as Platinum Member. Our room’s AC was not cool enough and very noisy all through the night. We came down to front desk anf complained at 3 am to staff IN FRONT OF Mr.Billy and our problem was poorly done. We were not given alternative room and was unable to get a good rest. The building facility was poorly maintained. ||All of our requests which had been agreed by duty manager was casually neglected and he HAD THE NERVE TO LIE that our request was not available for Platinum Members. We then responded if it is the fact then we will email Accor Group to confirm. He then quickly changed his response and apologised that our requests were actually included in Platinum Member privilege. Very, VERY disappointed with this dishonest attitude and such a shame for Novotel Bandung to keep this standard of staff. I am now contemplating to move to another Accor Hotel if Novotel does not improve its standard of service.

Great hotel and all good. Lovely front desk and cleaning staff. Spacy neat clean room. TV is full of functions with many channels. Good stay in Bandung. Love to come back. Nice view. Good wi fi. Basically all good. Didn't have meals. So can't say anything about those.

Stayed here for an office event. Foods and ballroom were great. The room was clean and tidy. They also use very minimum plastic-made amenities, good job! :)
