Novotel Bern Expo

Excellent service, hotel room and location. Personal of hotel was super friendly and was impressed by the languages and customer oriented thinking! Plus is definitely my favorite Rituals Karma smell in the room. Had a perfect stay over! Tip: The parking spots are really small, I saw cars taking two for one. I would repaint them so that your clients have a less stressing parking experience ;)

Nice design, clean room, very friendly staffs. Well located and easy to reach. Nothing to say more. We were there for 2 nights and easily to explore Bern for 1 day. The public transportation just in front of the hotel that can bring you to the centrum. For sure next time we will back .

The hotel was clean and located in a quiet area. The room was large and everything was modern and new. Would have been nice if they had provided conditioner and body lotion in the room. And for ALL Accor members free parking or reduced parking rate should be provided.

Accommodating staff and the rooms are spacious. Very convenient location too since there are close tram and bus stops. We didn’t get breakfast though so can’t comment on their food.

Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with great amenities like a fitness center. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays

Booking a room for 3 adults, they will provide sofabed. But for us, better the sofa bed is folded. The twin bed, become one, was enough for 3 adults, and the room was more spacious. Water dispenser is provided near lift, and ironing room in each floor. there is no refrigerator inside the room, but we can leave food in the hotel refrigerator. Near from bus stop, its easy from bern station

For one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland, such as Bern, you need a hotel that matches the standard – and Novotel Bern delivers. Located right in the heart of the city (across from EXPA, just 5 minutes from the Rose Garden, and reachable via a beautiful boulevard), it also offers a pleasant surprise for children – a small horse stable only 4 minutes away on foot. The views of the city are stunning, and the breakfast is outstanding – definitely worth praising. I would like to highlight Magda, who worked tirelessly in the restaurant to make sure everyone could taste the local specialties. She is truly management material! At the reception, Romina was also extremely kind and helpful. I did have a small misunderstanding regarding parking, but it was resolved in the best possible way. However, the hotel should pay more attention to handling parking reservations, especially for guests who book and pay in advance. That would be my only remark, alongside my warm recommendation to visit both this wonderful city and this hotel.

Great hotel with super friendly staff! 👍 Nice, renovated rooms could be bigger but they are full equipt, you can even make a coffee from Nespresso. The bathroom was really clean and nice, you can wash in brand Rituals, which is very good. The beds vere comfortable. You can park your car directly in the hotel garage and the city centre is short 15 min walk away or you can use public transport. Breakfast was really good. A big choose of food and very tasty. We recommend.👍

This Novotel is so neglected. No one was at the reception to greet us when we arrived, let alone check us in. After a long 5 minutes, the guy from the bar came over to help. Once when we called the reception and housekeeping three times, no one picked up the phone. Breakfast was a shame for a 4-star Swiss hotel, and also compared to the Novotels I've been to in London ExCel, Paris CDG and Brussels Airport.
