Novotel Bern Expo

Booking a room for 3 adults, they will provide sofabed. But for us, better the sofa bed is folded. The twin bed, become one, was enough for 3 adults, and the room was more spacious. Water dispenser is provided near lift, and ironing room in each floor. there is no refrigerator inside the room, but we can leave food in the hotel refrigerator. Near from bus stop, its easy from bern station

The room was extremely clean, well-stocked, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating! Good location near bus stations and other transportation. Would definitely recommend.

The three (one adult, two kids) had a great time. Everything was set for our arrival including the xtra bed. We enjoyed to watch the football CL final on the big TV (and in bed). Breakfast was delicious and a great choice of food.

Close to the highway. Spacious family rooms with a bath. Huge plus. Well organized breakfast. Hygiene under the couch in the room was quite an experience itself. Late check out was offered free of charge. Thank you!

Lovely room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast. professional, courteous and most helpful staff. Well-connected with the Guisanplatz tram station right across the street for the 9 and 9A tram lines, and a couple of nearby busstops as well. Lastly, sadly, Europe has changed in the name of climate change lunacy. In the 7 hotels we stayed in, in Switzerland and Italy, none had irons or ironing boards any more, and none had coffee makers. They had kettles and instant coffee sachets, an insult to the great coffee-drinking tradition of both these countries.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are amazing and the staffs are welcoming. Special mention of Livia for upgrading our room as Accor gold benefits. Will book this hotel again.

Looks like 3 star hotel and not 4 because: Very less parking places outside and at night you would not find places for your car even if you paid parking place. Encounter a lot of dust in the room. The doors were worn out and made a lot of noise when they closed and opened. Bring me the baby bed broken on one side and told me : we do not have another one to give you, so for the price of 187CHF/200 Euro per night - does not worth it.

Katja & Mauro are such welcoming hosts. We enjoyed their fabulous service & friendly manner. Every day they welcomed us back like old friends. Highly recommend you come & mert them.

This Novotel is so neglected. No one was at the reception to greet us when we arrived, let alone check us in. After a long 5 minutes, the guy from the bar came over to help. Once when we called the reception and housekeeping three times, no one picked up the phone. Breakfast was a shame for a 4-star Swiss hotel, and also compared to the Novotels I've been to in London ExCel, Paris CDG and Brussels Airport.
